    @JioCare your guys sent a message for feedback and I have reported the same issue to improve indoor signal strength in the Bangalore city proper and you guys can’t even do that, I don’t see any reason why not to port for other connection for a better services and connection!

    @JioCare At d time of installation itself your engineers r acting in d most pathetic manner, then after installation they will never ever turn up. Your engineers have tested our patience. Coz everytime i receive an email i ask my family members 2 stay home as u r coming for installation

    @JioCare My JioFiber broadband has been suspended for more than 5 days. A complaint was raised via the MyJio app, but it was closed without any resolution. Engineers are not responding to calls, and no one is providing any update. This is extremely frustrating. @reliancejio

    Worst @JioCare in Ludhiana! Sec 32A Head Sandeep promised an upgrade, then IGNORED me. Manpreet took payment for 18th, now just says "call Sandeep". Chandan (Flamez Mall) guaranteed install today 4:30pm, now ignoring calls. Is this a joke? @reliancejio

    @JioCare My internet has been down since yesterday. SR #SR000038TDW5 has been rescheduled 3 times without any prior intimation from your team. What's the use of a scheduling option if appointments are changed without informing customers? Poor support experience.
