    @JioCare @reliancejio Recently got a JioSTB connection. But was disappointed to see ads in the Indian Serials in Hotstar app. Based on what was communicated, I was promised a premium subscription. Speaking to your customer care did not help. Please help resolve this issue ASAP.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Since morning I and all my Jio mobile network colleagues are facing a problem in making calls and answering calls. No voice or text msg happening. After contacting customer care. They tried calling me on my Jio number but couldn't hear both of us.

    @JioCare problem unresolved for 20 days now. Everyday a someone would call and ask to describe what is open. Do you folks even use a CRM or a complaint management system ? You can afford to waste your time. Do not try to waste mine

    @JioCare @JioCare if my request is already noted why there were 3 complaints closed without resolution or update and were is my refund read tye complete history and then provide my refund this is the indias number 1 fraud company with 3rd class poor and pathetic assistance to customers

    @JioCare I checked in with other people who have premium subscription. They say that there are no ads for them. I just stopped using Tata Play Binge on 20th March. That did not have this issue. Why is only Jio having it?

    Worst experience with Jio Fibre complained and assigned a technical guy to visit by 7 pm. He didnot and managed to delink the tracking link. Contacting again it is scheduled next day. Wait now is 24 hours. Not even an apology. Should I seek a rival service? @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare based on my complaint the time really not taking to attend internet connectivity there is no use in continuing JIO network. For last two days. No one has contacted back to us. Please do something to restore internet.

    @JioCare Need to know who is incharge for Ullal Bangalore. Many people are contacting but no one is ready to support. I'm following up with Prakash from RR nagar but his way of talking is not customer friendly. Also for 124 flat located area you guys are not giving the priority.

    @JioCare i had moved from pre paid to post paid plan . I was told my pre paid balance would be credited to post paid account. 4 months subscription is pending and no one is responding to emails . Look for a time-bound resolution. I do not wish to engage your bots

    @JioCare @reliancejio I never said I am experiencing issues but I gave feedback to come out with unlimited 4G data option as well like VI does. So simply escalate to right team. It sadly shows Jio in bad light if you can't understand a simple message and use irrelevant scripted responses

    @JioCare I reported is specifically regarding privacy and harassment concerns arising from calls being placed to numbers . Requesting additional sensitive information such as complete residen, and other personal data appears excessive and disproportionate to the nature of the complaint.
