    @JioCare I have two issues with my Jio numbers: 1) Even though the signal shows full (at out side) not able browse internet. 2) Wi-Fi calling is not working most times, hence unable to make or take calls at home. (please note that the signal strengths are not good at indoors).

    @JioCare At least first call came in 6 service requests. That too to suggest cancel existing connection and take new connection. As relocation is long process. Seems offering new connection is easy process to trap customers and get funded. Then leave them on their own perils.

    @reliancejio For the past three days, telephone number (i.e.18008893999) of Jio Mobile Appellate either disconnects 1 second after the call gets through or it connects the caller to general customer care who (citing some technical glitch) ask you to call the same number again.

    @reliancejio I've a Jio Fibre connection & it's under trial period. I'm facing connectivity issue however the service team is just asking me to go round & round using different channels to register my grievances. Is this how Reliance Jio provide customer support for issues?
