    @JioCare @reliancejio unable to dial any toll free numbers from my postpaid JIO connection. Getting a credit limit related error message. Already raised a complaint which was closed without a resolution being provided. Can someone pls take ownership and resolve?

    @JioCare @airtelindia Your team asked me to cancel the connection as they are not sure when Jio will restore the connection. The connection was cut by the local municipal authorities. You have no clue what the problem is and keep repeating your answers like parrots .

    @reliancejio Hi Jio True5G Claimer, I am in Bengaluru , Balladur Area and haven't ever seen 5G signal at my phone till the time writing this. Can you please let us know, what are the places in Bengaluru , where 5G signal is available.

    Anyone who knows a jio contact who can help, have reached the @JioCare and appellate team as well. Still after 3 mnths of disconnection, they have not refunded my settlement as it was a post paid connection and refund is due for approx 25 days. There are 30+ emails with no solsn.

    @reliancejio Though I have raised the complaints regarding no 5G connectivity on my phone since itโ€™s been upgraded from 4G to 5G . There are no action taken yet except false promises by your tech support past 1 month . Such a pathetic experience of being a Jio user .

    @JioCare Thanks for nothing, Suraj. I wasn't expecting anything to come out of an extension but there's been nothing done about how absolutely horrible it has been to deal with your customer support team. You're the third on the list of people I spoke with who had zero care.

    Pathetic service from @JioCare @reliancejio. Took a new Jio Home connection with a 100 Mbps plan, but getting miserable 30 Mbps right from day one. To make matters worse, customer care is flat-out refusing to even register my complaint. Absolute breach of trust and terrible CRM

    @Lawyer_Kalpana @JioCare Yes, I'll also port all my jio connection (total 05 including fiber) to idea. Now days idea provide better network than any other. We should make them realize that if an customer take them to sky then he showed them ground too.
