I was told it is mandatory valid for 28 days or so and from next month onwards I'm free to choose any plan. Is it compulsory for a new customer to recharge for βΉ240 after completing the MNP process to activate the sim?

(please note that the signal strengths are not good at indoors).

Ibon #ProudlyAssamese (@IbonBorah) reportedJio, please fix the 5G network in my area. Iβm near Mata Amritanandamayi Marg, Pocket 3, Sector D, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi 110070. My Jio 5G keeps fluctuating between 5G+, 5G and 4.5G, with 4.5G being the most common. Even on 5G, speeds rarely cross 90 Mbps. This is especially frustrating on the βΉ349 plan, where 5G data should actually be usable without constantly falling back to the daily limit. Please look into the network quality in this area. @reliancejio @JioCare
