    @reliancejio we had disconnected our number 6360424247 end of November. While disconnecting we paid extra amount to cover any amount that may accrue during disconnection process. We continue to get bills with no full and final settlement confirmation. Please help.

    @JioCare I am unable to see any open request. Kindly confirm which request is getting looked into. Earlier same happened and no one came for device pickup. Instead my service was retained without my consent.

    @airtelindia guys I have faced a financial loss of $232 dollars because of your Internet downtime which is happening in my area since Thursday last week, the problem is we can’t switch to other network because Airtel has bribed our apt officials to not allow @reliancejio presence

    @JioCare Over the last two days I've had four missed appointments from your engineers and the only engineer who came went back without fixing an issue with the speeds you're offering. I'm thoroughly disappointed with your service, which is no better than government providers.

    @ViCustomerCare Is there an outage in your network? I recharged my Vodafone yesterday after being with @JioCare for one year. Jio never had any outage. Can you te my why vodafone network sucks big time?

    1st complaint raised on 11 Dec. Took 4 more before @reliancejio replaced the device, which was faulty. 6th one open for another replacement. Waiting since 25-Jan.

    An absolute unprofessional and disgusting service from JioFiber @JioCare . Firstly, they install a faulty connection, then there's a hassel in uninstallation process and as if this wasn't enough they are not refunding the full amount to me.

    @JioCare It's going to be 48 hours since I registered the complaint. Assigning engineer doesn't solve my problem till he comes and does the repair. Give me a time when he will come, and also give me his number so I can contact him.

    @JioCare I have sent my postal address on your DM. I’m not receiving any signal strength, neither any SMS and facing a huge call drop issue when I somehow manage to call from the network that I get outside. This problem persists for multiple numbers and not one single number. Plz check!

    @JioCare My jiofiber is not working .Frustrated with the customer service. The customer service assures you that problem will be solved within 24 hrs and without resolving the issue after 24hrs complaint is closed and again they relaunch a new complaint. It is an endless process.
