    Thank you for thoughtful replies. Finally the results were negative. None of the major service providers are in this area. It's very sad. Neither @Airtel_Presence or @reliancejio or @BSNLCorporate. South Bangalore (BDA Layout) seems to be an area where you can't provide services

    Worst experience with Jio Fibre complained and assigned a technical guy to visit by 7 pm. He didnot and managed to delink the tracking link. Contacting again it is scheduled next day. Wait now is 24 hours. Not even an apology. Should I seek a rival service? @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare senior executives are never available to complain, I am trying to contact them from November 2022, but they don't have time for billing and they also discontinued my services. @TRAI don't give them any further licence if they are not able to provide support.#JioTrue5G

    @JioCare no 4g network in many areas in bangalore..useless service..cant give proper 4g services..raised complaint 1.5 months back..as soon as i raised porting out request i got a call saying..we will resolve the issue very soon as we are porting to 5g..non sense

    Dad (senior citizen) has been struggling to get his Internet fixed (went down on Dec 15). While they have been responsive/even sent an engineer over once, it still isn’t fixed. Citing some engineering challenges. How long can this sustain??? @JioCare @RelianceJioCare @reliancejio

    Appalling services by @reliancejio . First they cut 195 data pack recharge of 90 days to 30 days. Currently offering 3 gb for 30 days with jio hotstar bundled but unable to access it still. Don't know what kind of service packages they are offering @JioHotstar @jio

    @JioCare @reliancejio I called customer service for a bad Jio fiber internet and the rep did not help me. Twice, the call was transferred to the supervisor but the supervisor was on lunch or something or don't care at all. Urgently required solution

    @JioCare You 'Give no damn' attitude towards customers. Have been trying to get your STB to work ( comes with JioFibre ). Cx support wants to remotely run diagnostics despite me repeatedly saying my parents aren't tech friendly. 0 Fs given by your rude team. 0 issues resolved 👎

    @JioCare 7 days gone and still no resolution. Only automated replies, no actual support. This is the worst broadband experience I’ve ever had. Fix the outage now or I will permanently disconnect Jio AirFiber. SR: SR0000368ESZ

    Sharing screenshots of repeated outage messages received from Jio since April. This clearly shows the issue is ongoing for a long time and customers are being ignored. Need immediate action, permanent resolution, and fair compensation for downtime. @JioCare @TRAI

    On 16th of May, I booked a jio airfiber connection, but they have not installed it. Then I asked them to cancel. I paid the 3 month subscription in advance ₹3,332.46. I'm not sure to whom I need to contact to get the refund. Your sales team is not picking up the phone. @JioCare
