@TelecomTalk Still @Airtel_Presence needs to learn a lot from @JioCare When we recharge for a plan before expiry of existing plan, #Airtel activates new plan immediately ignoring existing plan which is still valid, where as #Jio never does that, it waits for completion of old plan.

@JioCare and 2nd question is when I'm told the multipurpose voucher i got for additional two months is free why I'm charged for that also, if this is such a big hassle for jio to respond to can you pls cancel my connection and refund me the full amount that I paid

My @airtelindia SIM card goes dead without a reason, I buy a @JioCare SIM card and it’s internet is pathetic. I thought airtel was the worst ever internet provider, but Jio is worse than that. 😡😡

@DoT_India @JioCare @DoT_India I'm losing my patience tremendously. B4 November 2019, the network & internet issues were majorly occurring. But after Nov, it has gone beyond my tolerance level.
