There are no action taken yet except false promises by your tech support past 1 month . Such a pathetic experience of being a Jio user .

Tried reaching out to @JioCare for support but all they want me to do is wait till the end of the day. The tech asks me to share my jio login details or he won't work on my request. Since 21 April, only n28 is available. Please confirm if n78 is currently disabled or under maintenance on this tower and provide a clear timeline.
