    @JioCare I checked in with other people who have premium subscription. They say that there are no ads for them. I just stopped using Tata Play Binge on 20th March. That did not have this issue. Why is only Jio having it?

    @JioCare @reliancejio Recently got a JioSTB connection. But was disappointed to see ads in the Indian Serials in Hotstar app. Based on what was communicated, I was promised a premium subscription. Speaking to your customer care did not help. Please help resolve this issue ASAP.

    @JioCare I ported to Jio today and I was made to recharge ₹240 pack. I was told it is mandatory valid for 28 days or so and from next month onwards I'm free to choose any plan. Is it compulsory for a new customer to recharge for ₹240 after completing the MNP process to activate the sim?

    Worst experience of Jio near the tagged location , there is almost no access to internet most of the times, even calls are getting dropped and sometimes there is no network at all. Please look into this issue. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio I regret to say that your Jio Fiber customer service sucks. Never seen such useless and insensitive customer service executive in my life. I was talking to a guy called Saddam Hussain who was not at all empathetic. Very frustrating 👎👎

    @JioCare Same story everyday, iam calling customer care every day and today I called them 3 times, the only thing they do is move the appointment to next day. If it is not done in the next few days the only option I have is to cancel the order and ask for refund
