@TataPlayin, most horrible experience faced. No service avl from 24 hrs. Canceling a old ticket takes more than 24hrs, new ticket not accepted.. Great policy for customers!!. @reliancejio here I come..

Finally Jio Fibre working after 7 days. What was the issue ? I asked, he told connector cut at the pole. I am shocked, that could be done on Day 1. This is possible only when we went to Jio service center. @JioCare @reliancejio #worstservice #jioservicecentre

@JioCare worst ever fibre internet provider i have ever seen. They say that 30days free connection and if any issue happens nobody wil come to resolve. If u want to cancel they wil delay, for refund they wil take almost a month of time but they say 7days to 14days. (1/2)

@reliancejio @JioCare data is getting exhausted on its own. Today, 6 GB data got exhausted. 2gb usual pack + 2 gb booster pack of 21 twice. All this happening without any normal internet usage not even heavy usage. Customer care denying this fact. You can check my usage as well.

@JioCare Upon you action a *line man* contacted me asking what my problem is. When I explained, he clearly did not understand and said he will "inform" in his group. 2 days left in my disconnection. Please have someone responsible and with enough authority solve my issue.
