    @JioCare @reliancejio I still haven’t got my 5g network. I had put a tweet about this 4 days back and still you guys haven’t done anything about this issue. I have all the requirements for availing jio 5g but still it’s not getting started

    @JioCare @reliancejio Recently got a JioSTB connection. But was disappointed to see ads in the Indian Serials in Hotstar app. Based on what was communicated, I was promised a premium subscription. Speaking to your customer care did not help. Please help resolve this issue ASAP.

    @JioCare @airtelindia Your team asked me to cancel the connection as they are not sure when Jio will restore the connection. The connection was cut by the local municipal authorities. You have no clue what the problem is and keep repeating your answers like parrots .

    @JioCare @reliancejio it’s been a terrible experience using jio. I’m not getting my 5g invitation for the past 5 days and you have been saying that you will send me the invitation as early as possible but I haven’t received anything and this is not what I was expected from jio

    @reliancejio Though I have raised the complaints regarding no 5G connectivity on my phone since it’s been upgraded from 4G to 5G . There are no action taken yet except false promises by your tech support past 1 month . Such a pathetic experience of being a Jio user .

    @JioCare Mr. Siddhesh kindly go through the screen shot images which I have attached. Please be serious about this. I have active plan as well additional internet pack. If you guys can't resolve with in a week I will not hesitate to port to Jio to other network.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Since morning I and all my Jio mobile network colleagues are facing a problem in making calls and answering calls. No voice or text msg happening. After contacting customer care. They tried calling me on my Jio number but couldn't hear both of us.

    @JioCare yesterday morning your technician arrived at my place and said that the main device installed on my roof needs to be replaced. He did that and the Router won't turn on so he said the router needs to be replaced today he showed up with the router but never replaced it, contd.....

    @JioCare Let me tell you here, I dont know the name but have called on 9811596098, 9871632549 and 8595720612. Agent with 1st No. called me and left without solution and then given next number, which is switched off and then share last No. as Backend Mngr, but this guy says I am not.

    @JioCare Call me immediately and fix the internet connection. Your WiFi is completely offline, the router is blinking red, and I am being forced to use limited mobile data just to stay connected while paying for a 100 Mbps broadband plan that barely works.
