    Hi @reliancejio @JioCare I have already spoke to your customer service executive regarding the ridiculous network(calls and internet) at my place. Could you please take a look at it and help me out. All the 5 members here use @reliancejio network. Looking forward for your action.

    @JioCare Pleaee understand this we are facing feom past 2 weeks and you guys have weeker network better send some one to meet me on monday so he can know what is the issue instead of sending copy and paste messeges in twitter please respect thr customer fellings or let me go out of this.

    @JioCare very disappointed with the internet speed and network coverage. Voice Calls unclear. In Bangalore most areas the internet service being provided is very poor around 144 kbps approx. It doesn't seems to be a 4G speed. Please improve both the service annoyed customer.

    @reliancejio @reliancejio why is the internet always too slow. It says 4G and for what am I paying Jio for. Really disappointed with the internet. Whenever I need the most I don't get proper internet speed. My number is 6363183419. I am fed up.

    @JioCare I have requested for postpaid to prepaid conversion but it is not reflecting in MyJio app and my bills are getting accrued everyday. I have also paid 543(99 prime + 444 pack) at Manavalanagar Jio Customer care office for prepaid plan. Please help with this.

    By December I will switch to @reliancejio from @Airtel_Presence due to network issues. Near by my home a jio tower is under construction. Several time I made complain. No resolution made.
