Your representative told me to wait for 25 days to get a refund or recharge through myjio app.

None of your people had a clue what to fix when I couldnโt dial out any toll free numbers. Never experienced this level of poor customer service at airtel or Vodafone ever! Truly disgusting!

Now suddenly saying โsufficient bandwidth availableโwithout fixing the actual issue makes no sense. The problem still exists.
