(please note that the signal strengths are not good at indoors).

None of your people had a clue what to fix when I couldn’t dial out any toll free numbers. Never experienced this level of poor customer service at airtel or Vodafone ever! Truly disgusting!

I escalated to Senior Manager and he assured it will be fixed today by 12 PM. Not sure what kind of SLA you have and when issue will be fixed?

I was told it is mandatory valid for 28 days or so and from next month onwards I'm free to choose any plan. Is it compulsory for a new customer to recharge for ₹240 after completing the MNP process to activate the sim?

Kalai (@kalai_nt) reported@JioCare I have already done this few times in last 3 days. The router went kaput after a rainy night. And the past 2 instances of issue in previous months also stemmed after rains. Kindly send technician. Else take back the router and refund. I will look for a different service provider.
