May I kindly ask Your intervention that am facing an issue in JIO portability with the #8466948666 have called many times and no proper response from JIO since 2 weeks am trying n no resolution and moreover the supervisor advising do whatever I can @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI 🙏

Dear @JioCare your service centre procedure is pathetic. Let them accept phones for repair, check it then call, no issues. But, here they make us wait, they take a handset of 1 person, take his own sweet time to check, then next person, repeat..there is no log either or q system

@JioCare Did a 2878 recharge and it shows under active plans but when I try to make a call, I am being told I don't have a valid plan. Did a top up in response and still the same issue. I am unable to talk to any human executives despite the jio bots not providing an answer.

I would like to say that at the time of recharge from net banking of HDFC Bank it demands extra charges. I also took up the matter with the Bank but according to them this is from Reliance Jio. Please resolve the issue asap @reliancejio @JioCare
