    @JioCare Mr. Siddhesh kindly go through the screen shot images which I have attached. Please be serious about this. I have active plan as well additional internet pack. If you guys can't resolve with in a week I will not hesitate to port to Jio to other network.

    @JioCare netflix subscription linked with jiofiber plan suddenly got paused. Jio customer care couldn't help over call. Already spoken with Netflix customer care. DMed you RMN.

    @JioCare 2 weeks since switching from prepaid to postpaid on your trial plan, 2 service requests and countless interactions with your customer service later, I fixed the problem I was facing on my own by switching to a non trial/paid plan. 1/2

    @JioCare @airtelindia Your team asked me to cancel the connection as they are not sure when Jio will restore the connection. The connection was cut by the local municipal authorities. You have no clue what the problem is and keep repeating your answers like parrots .

    @reliancejio I will dance with joy after I get the full refund from you for deficiency of service. Your fiber was cut by BBMP and I could not get the balance 6 months of service. When will I get my refund. New customers beware of paying in advance to Reliance . You will not get back money

    @JioCare My Jio AirFiber has been non-functional since the 2nd day of activation despite multiple complaints. I’ve paid for a 4-month plan but cannot use the service, affecting my office work. No technician visit has been arranged so far. Please escalate and resolve urgently.

    Hi @JioCare thank you for giving me two days of internet service on a new connection that you proudly charge in advance for. It has followed up by an outage of five days now. Your customer care is absolutely clueless and has no resolution at all. Please take your pathetic router back and save me further horror.
