    @JioCare @reliancejio Jio network is not functioning in the main city itself, we are in the 3rd floor, gandhinagar, Bangalore 560009. 4g Jio network 👎👎😕😕😕doesn't wrk. Please look into the issue asap. My wrk is getting so much delayed by ur Ntwrk prblm.

    @JioCare All the below steps are done 1. Jio SIM is inserted in SIM slot 1 2. airplane mode is off 3. Network mode is LTE/CDMA/GSM 4. data and voice is routed through Jio SIM & data roaming is on Error: no specific error it shows, suddenly signal strength goes down to one point or zero

    @JioCare @reliancejio Very poor customer service, they don't have remote technical team to resolve customer issues. Technical knowledge of service advisors who visit the premises also very low, since two not able to use the #JioFiber

    @JioCare there is no voice connectivity in my are signal strength is 2 to 1 and it's becoming a problem to talk to people.. Internet I have forgotten.. First my college then my residence I will be porting back to @VodafoneIN thing is 90 days is not over

    @_MukeshAmbani @reliancejio @JioCare It is heartening to see very poor services by Jio Fiber. I am unable to access my WiFi since June 4, 2021 5 pm onwards. My complaint ids are: SR0000157XBM and SR0000157DGX. Requesting to please look into the matter and assist at the earliest

    @JioCare you are literally the worst data network provider as it's been so many times the repeated issue never get resolves I have been getting it for six months every time you escape that we are getting checked sending you the settings but still the issue is the same network
