Hello @JioCare & @ril_foundation - Speed sucks at 80 Kbps as of now - We know lockdown sucks too - my #wfh is turning out to be #WTF moment. Down detector also says that u r facing issues. Anything btwn 100-300 Kbps is good. 🙏🏼 #Restore4GSpeed

@JioCare Hello my grandfather has a issue with not able to call. I've been calling customer service since 2 days and the call does not connect to them and gets disconnected If it wasnt urgent and something I could resolve I would have.please help @reliancejio

Hello @JioCare, I had accumulated a good number of ₹50 vouchers from Jio through my past recharges which @reliancejio promised can be redeemed during future recharges. Today I see none of the vouchers are there. Customer care not reachable to address this.

@MukeshAmbanima @reliancejio How many days does it take to restore internet, if it somehow got some issue. 1,2..8 days or more. Doing WFH and without net it's impossible to continue my Job. I can't really say how frustrating it is! Bribing service engineer is only way forward.
