@JioCare This I have already told you guys is #useless as it never gives you option to activate roaming without any pack… someone from you support team told that you can have roaming without any pack( standard pay as you go ) , but it also needs activation . She activated it but no sms!

Why am i getting 2G, 3G speeds for a 4G sim? @JioCare @reliancejio your representatives are telling that somany using at your area... Thats not the solution i required... Speed cant be distributed... Improve the network or will switch to others

@JioCare Today it was saying it is scheduled for 7pm now it is extended by a 24 hrs again, why does your customer care says technician will visit within 24 hrs when they can't, Don't make customer false promises which you can't keep multiple times.

Paid for #JioFiber new connection on Monday, still waiting for the installation to happen. What a great service @JioCare @reliancejio. I wish my new society had @airtelindia fibre, i would not need to switch. :(

@JioCare my router doesn't broadcast 2.4 ghz SSID.I have even did hard reset, however the problem still persists. Hence kindly replace the router on priority basis.

@JioCare @reliancejio fiber support team is clueless. I have raised multiple relocation request but all rejected and no one seems to have any clue why it's rejected. I hv followed all the steps and for a customer it shouldn't be this difficult to simply relocate connection. #jio
