    @reliancejio @JioCare If your services are not working what's the timeline to fix that 10-15 years ? If we try to contact customer support they don't pickup calls and mail they also don't respond back. As per automated response because of heavy rain service is disrupted.

    Worst ever service by @airtelindia in and around Nirjuli, Arunachal Pradesh. Lodged multiple complaints for the same issues (call drop,call muted or one way audio) but they seldom get solved. I reckon it's time to port out to @reliancejio for good.

    @JioCare I want my money back. @jiocare, please respond to my request. I paid the full amount, but the installation was not completed and my request was cancelled without any proper resolution. This has been a very disappointing experience. @airtel's service are far better than Jio's.

    Dear @JioCare, my Jio AirFiber has been down since the recent power outage. Your engineer visited and confirmed that the outdoor unit is continuously rebooting and unable to lock onto the 5G signal (signal light never turns green). Kindly replace the faulty unit at the earliest.

    @JioCare @JioCare 15+days with no internet. Your executives promised resolution within 2 days but nothing happened. I want my connection cancelled, a full refund for this monthโ€™s bill, and compensation for the extra mobile recharges and office travel. Stop sending generic replies please.

    Hi @JioCare , I paid โ‚น349 online for a new SIM that is still undelivered and unactivated.I want to cancel it, but support says only the delivery team can cancel, while the delivery/store team isn't processing my request. I'm stuck between both sides.Please help resolve this ASAP

    Looks ..people don't know backend policy ..if they get any offer in app & can call customer care for verification.. If customer care is telling you are eligible & can make 707 rs payment & use 2 months internet Let me know who's fault is it User or company ? Ans plz @JioCare
