    @reliancejio Pathetic Internet service providers. Jiofiber doesn’t work most of the time. Calling customer care means you have to wait for 24 hrs to get this issue fix. Working from home is pain with this internet. #Jioispathetic @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancegroup @reliancejio 2 tickts closed without resolving the internet issue. Worst experience with jio. Better dont give false promises regarding the service. I'll never recommend jio fiber to anyone in my life. Raised 3rd ticket now. New request ID : SR000017RA5P

    @JioCare hi.. i have recharged with 98 plan it has no sms.. now i need to send sms to verifie gpay phone pay. Recharged with top up but it not working for sms. Jio dont have any sms plans. If i recharge with a plan included sms, does it reflect immediatly
