    @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice Have complained about poor connectivity a week back. Latest SR - SR00001E4QTI. Have raised SR 3 times before but engineers are knly giving one or another excuses & nobody helped to resolve yet. Really disppointing & worst service experience from Jio.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare your engineers are giving me execuses & they clearly state that they dont work beyond 5.30. Guys im leaving my office at 4.30 just to ensure my thing will get sorted but now its turning into frusteating experience. This is complete worst service.

    @reliancejio @JioCare does not give up on its habit. After giving good internet speed for three to four days, again in the name of 4G, they have started giving as poor speed as 2G. I think these people do this intentionally. Disgusting service with disgusting behaviour....

    @reliancejio I want to port my number from Airtel to Jio but I am not able to send PORT message to 1900. I tried to port using JIO website but I am also not getting OTP on my old number. I am tired of using AIRTEL and sincerely wants to switch to JIO. Please help me.

    @reliancejio jio fibre booked on 21 September against the order number NO0000MYX7P5, yet not installed till now. Can you please resolve this issue.
