    @kumar_alok20 Our hope doesn't matter to them. They just do what they want. Even I was suffering from same but finally I ported out to Jio and now I am happy AF. I would suggest if you going to port out try Jio once you won't regret. @JioCare will help you out like they helped me out

    In spite of many calls to customer care still my issues are there. Mobile data is not working since 14th july,2021.Also visited the jio center but no one is bothered to talk.Executive of care is saying that i have initiated a request for DND, @JioCare

    @IamkulkarniM Even I did the same. I ported out from this worst service provider and now I am happy with Jio service. At least they bother about their customers. If you want to try Jio you can their service is good than them. If you want to port take a help with @JioCare.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Take back your router, I want to close jio fibre connection, As internet is not working since 16 July morning, and no one is visiting to fix it, and customer care is making fool by saying engineer will come in 2 hrs every time I contact them.

    @JioCare All the numbers. I'm facing big problem. Jow ur company wants to contact me but not able to contact me. My truecaller showing that. But due to call drop you are unable to contact me. Think about this problem sir. Big issue.

    @AGosikonda I know they will never respond to existing customers & focusing on adding new connections. That's the reason they have lost many users to Jio. On the other hand @JioCare provides good service comparatively. You can opt for Jio's service over them.

    @JioCare I have been trying to contact the jio customer care executive for so long but there is no option available to do so. I have recharged my jio fiber account twice but still it's showing no active plan . Kindly help asap .
