  @reliancejio @reliancejioCare JioFiber has been down since 5th Aug. Despite repeated follow-ups, we only get extensions with no resolution. WFH, business & household work are badly affected. Extremely disappointing. Pls intervene and restore the connection urgently.

  @_cpsharma @reliancejio @JioCare They will never come , I am telling you, jio fibre is the worst DTH service provider better you ask for refund , that also they will refuse, you can raise complaint with national consumer forum and switch to tata sky, bit expensive but far better service

  Dear @JioCare (actually, first you should just remove "Care" from your handle, because you guys sure don't care what happens to your customers.) Once again, #JioAirFiber is proving to be at its absolute worst. It has been a couple of days since my internet services were completely interrupted. I raised a service request, and your system showed that a service engineer was promptly assigned to my ticket. What happened next? Absolutely nothing. There has been not a single phone call, zero attempts to reach out to me, and absolutely no visits to my address to investigate or resolve the issue. What kind of utter nonsense customer service is this? Why should any consumer continue to pay your monthly bill for a service that practically doesn't exist and a support team that completely ghosts its paying customers? The lack of accountability and basic professional communication is staggering. I am completely done dealing with this constant headache and pathetic service infrastructure. Send someone over immediately ,not to troubleshoot, but to permanently remove this useless equipment from my home. I want this connection terminated.@reliancejio
