@JioCare @reliancejio Hai Jio Service request No SR000011WKAF has been closed without addressing the issue. What kind of customer care?? I took Jio fibre two months before with all my dues paid. Still waiting for set up box. Shall I close the connection ?? Very poor mgt

@JioCare @reliancejio I have recharged my JIO no 9609267960 with 1 year plan arround 2 month ago but after that my net speed has drastically decreased. I have travelled in metro cities in recent times there also i have faced same problem. Jio care no responding on my issue.

There are about 2000 Jio customers in our village. There is a tower of Jio but it is not operational yet, that's why customers are very upset due to lack of network, they are going to other networks. @reliancejio @JioCare
