@JioCare @reliancejio My voice phone and jiocall has not been working for two months. On three occasion I madecomplaint through call centre. Each time I get message that complaint is addressed without doing anything. Fed up. My number is 0495 3590601

But when I redeemed my voucher on 17 may it failed and my voucher got deducted . It is very pathetic to be a customer of fraud telecom service "JIO". NEED TO SWITCH !!

Having used both @reliancejio and @Airtel_Presence I have realized that while Airtel offers better service, speed and customer service, #Airtel is also ahead with shady and unfair billing/ recharge practices. #JIO is far transparent in this regard.
