    @abhinavjodhpur @JioCare @Airtel_Presence First check what speed jio provide I am suffering from long time. Jio provide 38 Kbps to 1 mbps only and service is very poor they advise me to change your location to increase the speed

    @JioCare @reliancejio The most pathetic service ever by Jio fiber. When you are thinking about getting a connection they make so many false promises, but when u really face the issues they will provide the worst service.

    I am your regular customer not only my whole family using jio. But you people offering such cheap services that we never think of. Instead fix the issues you are sending emotional message that "because of us the price of data decreases" @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare i had placed the request for esim upgrade, I received the call to enter the sim no. But was not able to enter the sim number properly, now the order is canceled. Kindly help
