@JioCare - I have paid the full amount for Intl roaming, neither the service was ever active nor are you doing the refund. Reference number SR00001BF0KL and the estimated resolution time was 14-JUN-2022 07:21:36. I replied for a response but received SoP response :(

@JioCare I visited many times in jio store but they told me without ekyc we didn't process your sim replacement and told me recently policy was changed without fingerprint scan we aren't able to issue. I visited Lucknow, Jagatpur (Raebareli), & Unchahar (Raebareli) Jio stores.

@FnaticBlast I know they will never respond to existing customers & focusing on adding new connections. That's the reason they have lost many users to Jio. On the other hand @JioCare provides good service comparatively. You can opt for Jio's service over them.
