    @JioCare @reliancejio Hai Jio Service request No SR000011WKAF has been closed without addressing the issue. What kind of customer care?? I took Jio fibre two months before with all my dues paid. Still waiting for set up box. Shall I close the connection ?? Very poor mgt

    @JioCare @MukeshAmbanima i had changed my plan yesterday (1 july 2021) from 199 to 599. After activation of plan 599 I am unable to add family member in my plan as I had not recieved any coupon code to add member. till now no resolution is provided

    @JioCare It's been more than 24 hrs and still no technician, tomorrow is my court proceeding and on call I was informed technician will visit today but it's been 6 pm but still no technician has visited, my problem has not been resolved.
