    @JioCare No network or very poor network. TRAI says in every survyey that Jio is top in data speet. But in reality TRAI is a fraud and DALAL org which is publishing its report after bribing from Jio. Wrost service. I'm going to port my number.

    And from this I got to know that customer doesn’t matter for jio only matters is money. And Mr. Amitabh Bachchan knew this that’s why he didn’t shifted to jio from Vodafone. Thanks for looting us and goodbye it’s time for port out.@JioCare @reliancejio @SrBachchan

    @airtelindia is the worst if you're willing to get a new wi-fi connection Never ever go ahead with them. It's been 48 hours since I made the full payment, they still haven't done anything. Now they said they will take 4 days just for just the visit Go ahead with @reliancejio

    Jio 5G is available in our area, but there is no proper network. The tower is just 4 km away. 4G is very slow and calls are not clear. @JioCare @ITI_UNION @reliancejio

    @JioCare I had to go through all the frustration and struggle for 3 days to get a duplicate sim and the worst part i had to pay Rs 50 to get it... The faulty sim got dead due to fault at your end and i ended up paying for it... It's so #disappointing and #frustrating

    @JioCare @BhairabKishore Internet is not working from 3 days and your engineer holds my service request without any issue in "door lock" even there is no main gate installed in my house till now. SR000034ZJH9 Resolve it by today as the internet is not working from 3 days. Engineer not responding my calls

    @JioCare None of the Jio WiFi officials seem to care at all about customer issues. The WiFi in that area hasn't been working for three days, and as a result children's online classes have come to a halt Whenever one calls customer care, there is absolutely no response; please look this
