    @JioCare No network or very poor network. TRAI says in every survyey that Jio is top in data speet. But in reality TRAI is a fraud and DALAL org which is publishing its report after bribing from Jio. Wrost service. I'm going to port my number.

    And from this I got to know that customer doesn’t matter for jio only matters is money. And Mr. Amitabh Bachchan knew this that’s why he didn’t shifted to jio from Vodafone. Thanks for looting us and goodbye it’s time for port out.@JioCare @reliancejio @SrBachchan

    Hi @JioCare I initiated a port-in request to Jio and completed payment on June 12th. Activation was scheduled for today, yet I have not received the SIM card till now. Tired of calling customer care. Please help!

    @JioCare complaints and have been waiting for 20 days, but there is still no resolution. The network issue in my area continues. The local team handling complaints is extrely inefficient and unresponsive. Please review ad replace the staff responsible for this area if necessary.

    @JioCare @reliancejio My jio app interface is getting day by day worst service after update. Previously app work's great and easy to solve any problem in sec to min maximum. But now a days connecting to customer care is horribe...! Through whatsapp,in app 📩

    @JioCare how many years will you take to resolve my frequent disconnect issue. Dis been 10 days and it disconnects every 2 mins. I am nt able to raise tkt from Jio app and customer care is saying everything is fine from their end,dan who shd suffer? Of course customer.
