But in reality TRAI is a fraud and DALAL org which is publishing its report after bribing from Jio. Wrost service. I'm going to port my number.

They don't transfer to the customer care executive but simply mention that work is in progress for my ticket and the call gets disconnected. My ticket has been assigned to Narayan Dutta who no longer works with Jio.

If this were a new connection,I’m sure it would be up & running in an hr.This isn’t expected for an internet outage
