    And from this I got to know that customer doesn’t matter for jio only matters is money. And Mr. Amitabh Bachchan knew this that’s why he didn’t shifted to jio from Vodafone. Thanks for looting us and goodbye it’s time for port out.@JioCare @reliancejio @SrBachchan

    @JioCare No network or very poor network. TRAI says in every survyey that Jio is top in data speet. But in reality TRAI is a fraud and DALAL org which is publishing its report after bribing from Jio. Wrost service. I'm going to port my number.

    @JioCare shifted their fibre box and internet cable is broken from last 3 days I asked them to get it fixed they keep on saying someone else will come to fix it poor service even when I tried to contact support they ask to check router when there is no wired connection funny

    @JioCare why can't you accept that you cannot provide us the quality network you promised. Better to shift to bsnl. As we all know bsnl can't provide better service. You will charge in the name of 4G and provide us sevice like 2G. Shame on you.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioChat Spoke to Nooreman Shiekh of jio customer care regarding incorrect data usage, he is not ready to take my complaint rather giving only one answer to every question i.e change settings.. kindly look into the matter asap.

    Terrible network condition of Airtel and Jio in Guwahati for past two days. Network is too low. Data speed is so low that no videos are running on otts. @airtelindia @reliancejio ... Please look into this issue urgently. pin code of my home is 781016.

    @JioCare Jio used to be fantastic because if their clients had connection issues, they would give them a discount. Everything has changed now, and even consumers are thanking God that the connection has returned to normal.
