    @JioCare No network or very poor network. TRAI says in every survyey that Jio is top in data speet. But in reality TRAI is a fraud and DALAL org which is publishing its report after bribing from Jio. Wrost service. I'm going to port my number.

    And from this I got to know that customer doesn’t matter for jio only matters is money. And Mr. Amitabh Bachchan knew this that’s why he didn’t shifted to jio from Vodafone. Thanks for looting us and goodbye it’s time for port out.@JioCare @reliancejio @SrBachchan

    @JioCare JioFiber complaint 13 August SR00002NEE0A was resolved only on 19 August after an unacceptable delay. Unfortunately, the service failed again, raised a new complaint on 27 August (SR00003F780R). It is still unresolved, and your technicians are unable to identify the actual fault.

    Hey @JioCare, what is wrong with the network in our area? Every time there is a power outage, even for just one minute, both Jio mobile signal and JioAirFiber completely disappear! Please fix it ASAP. #JioNetwork #JioAirFiber

    @JioCare @JioCare Yes the issue is still at the same location and remains unresolved. I had reported this earlier as well but there has been no noticeable improvement. I’m still getting 3G–4G speeds instead of a proper 5G. Please escalate to network team and provide a real resolution.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Could you answer why NCH complaint was resolved without refund ? Stick to the point , now don’t say you are fixing the issue, my post is regarding why was it marked resolved? @reliancegroup does not respect law ? Don’t have fear or law? Just coz of BJP?

    For last one week am stuck between your customer care and technician. Technicians will never come on site and simply put ticket on hold and then close it. What is the way out? @JioCare

    @JioCare @TRAI why is jio allowed to change customer sim iccid without customer knowledge ? I never requested for new sim or anything in past and for the active sim the iccid has changed and now same sim shows different number when I insert into my device. Please look into this.
