    @JioCare No network or very poor network. TRAI says in every survyey that Jio is top in data speet. But in reality TRAI is a fraud and DALAL org which is publishing its report after bribing from Jio. Wrost service. I'm going to port my number.

    And from this I got to know that customer doesn’t matter for jio only matters is money. And Mr. Amitabh Bachchan knew this that’s why he didn’t shifted to jio from Vodafone. Thanks for looting us and goodbye it’s time for port out.@JioCare @reliancejio @SrBachchan

    @JioCare @reliancejio Please don’t treat this as the customer’s mistake. I paid ₹760 for a 1month PREPAID plan but now you’re showing ₹775.21 outstanding and calling it POSTPAID Whose consent was my connection converted to postpaid? Reverse the incorrect charges and restore my service.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I booked a new JioFiber connection and an installation appointment was scheduled with an engineer allotted, but nobody turned up. When I tweeted earlier, you asked me to share my contact number in DM stating you would call, but there has been zero resolution

    @JioCare Why reschedule again & again , three times already done , no one visited the premises to close the issue , let's see how many more times I have to do again , send your engineer at home to rectify the issue , three days already passed , pathetic services by Jio at Delhi .
