    And from this I got to know that customer doesn’t matter for jio only matters is money. And Mr. Amitabh Bachchan knew this that’s why he didn’t shifted to jio from Vodafone. Thanks for looting us and goodbye it’s time for port out.@JioCare @reliancejio @SrBachchan

    @JioCare No network or very poor network. TRAI says in every survyey that Jio is top in data speet. But in reality TRAI is a fraud and DALAL org which is publishing its report after bribing from Jio. Wrost service. I'm going to port my number.

    @JioCare My jio fiber connection is down since 11 last night. Your customer care is nasty. They hang up when you ask to escalate. I have been given a time-slot from 12 to 2 for visit. I’d iterate on a working day, you are wasting half my day. Can you take some accountability ffs?

    @JioCare network problem continued in my area .net speed at day time very very slow 0.06/0.07kb per sec. Voice call also rubbish in day time .my friends are recommended Airtel network but I am waiting for your solution

    @reliancejio Recharged my Jio number 9419065365 with 1299 on 1/11 ,after 1 month of recharge Jio requested me to submit my documents and I submitted. After getting service resumed there were no balance in my Jio account. Now I’m asking my money back else I’ll move consumer court
