@JioCare No network or very poor network. TRAI says in every survyey that Jio is top in data speet. But in reality TRAI is a fraud and DALAL org which is publishing its report after bribing from Jio. Wrost service. I'm going to port my number.

And from this I got to know that customer doesn’t matter for jio only matters is money. And Mr. Amitabh Bachchan knew this that’s why he didn’t shifted to jio from Vodafone. Thanks for looting us and goodbye it’s time for port out.@JioCare @reliancejio @SrBachchan

@JioCare Hi team, Kindly confirm if the installation is happening today or not. My scheduled appointment has been changed from today to tomorrow. In case installation not done today please refund my amount, I would be happy to choose #airtel over #jio seeing such poor service

@JioCare Sent a DM for disconnection. Haven't received a reply since yesterday evening. This is utterly absurd. First it is impossible to reach a customer care executive and now no reply on twitter. Customer care is non existent!

@JioCare Hello, please help me upgrade my jio fibre plan. You toll free customer support says i cannot change my current plan. I want to upgrade to 150mbps plan instead of 100mbps plan which starts from 10th April
