    And from this I got to know that customer doesn’t matter for jio only matters is money. And Mr. Amitabh Bachchan knew this that’s why he didn’t shifted to jio from Vodafone. Thanks for looting us and goodbye it’s time for port out.@JioCare @reliancejio @SrBachchan

    @JioCare No network or very poor network. TRAI says in every survyey that Jio is top in data speet. But in reality TRAI is a fraud and DALAL org which is publishing its report after bribing from Jio. Wrost service. I'm going to port my number.

    @JioCare I am fed up with calling repeatedly, yet I am unable to speak to a customer service representative to get the Jio Fiber connection removed. Yours is perhaps the worst service in the world. You took the money for the recharge, but now you don't even care; this is a fraud.

    Extremely disappointed with Jio's network service. Despite repeated complaints, the issue remains unresolved and the service has only deteriorated. Customers are paying for reliable connectivity, not repeated disruptions. @JioCare @reliancejio

    For 3 days, my Jio STB has not been working. YouTube and JioHotstar work, but Jio Live Channels don’t. Complaints via app/email got no response, and customer care calls disconnect automatically. This is unacceptable. Fix it urgently and send a technician.@JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare REF request no LR00001ENYQB. After payment Jio is ignoring my calls . No way to connect as only IVRS WHERE NO OPTION FOR HELP AND COMPLAINT . IF JIO NOT INTRESTED THAN PLEASE CANCEL AND REFUND THE MONEY due to extremely poor service

    Dear @JioCare, Village Laxrampur, PO Jitwaria, Kalyanpur, Samastipur (848302), Bihar is facing severe network issues. Despite 5G recharges, even 4G barely works, especially 5–10 PM we can't even send texts. 1000+ Jio users are affected and may port to Airtel if not resolved.

    @JioCare @JioCare Raised complaint SR00003DA94Z yesterday at 6:23 PM. Nearly 24 hours later, my JioFiber is still down, the app shows "Service fault detected," and the request remains stuck at "Assigning Technician." No technician visit. No phone call. No commitment on resolution. (1/2)
