    @JioCare No network or very poor network. TRAI says in every survyey that Jio is top in data speet. But in reality TRAI is a fraud and DALAL org which is publishing its report after bribing from Jio. Wrost service. I'm going to port my number.

    And from this I got to know that customer doesn’t matter for jio only matters is money. And Mr. Amitabh Bachchan knew this that’s why he didn’t shifted to jio from Vodafone. Thanks for looting us and goodbye it’s time for port out.@JioCare @reliancejio @SrBachchan

    @JioCare Another day has been added with no solution and no response. You are seriously testing a customer’s patience. I’m now waiting to see how many more days you plan to drag this issue and how long you’ll keep taking my money without providing the promised service.@reliancejio

    Can not connect to internet and your team is constantly just closing down complaint by saying that its slow internet issue but they don't want to listen that I can not connect at all. Can someone sensible please sort the issue out @reliancejio

    @JioCare I have purchased 500 rupee 2 gb /day offer which offers prime video, sony LIV and other OTT subscription but while streaming I found that the plan is not working and asked me to subscribe their regular plan please look into this matter

    @JioCare It was a deliberate show of authority by your technician. His actions disrupted my connection live. I saw him pull the wires and work on the box still he was arguing with me and didn't even check the connector. This is not good customer service to be honest. 2/2
