    And from this I got to know that customer doesn’t matter for jio only matters is money. And Mr. Amitabh Bachchan knew this that’s why he didn’t shifted to jio from Vodafone. Thanks for looting us and goodbye it’s time for port out.@JioCare @reliancejio @SrBachchan

    @JioCare No network or very poor network. TRAI says in every survyey that Jio is top in data speet. But in reality TRAI is a fraud and DALAL org which is publishing its report after bribing from Jio. Wrost service. I'm going to port my number.

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio, I recharged my JioFiber connection yesterday with a 150 Mbps plan, but my download speed is completely broken and locked at 0.69 Mbps.Oddly, my upload speed is working fine at 40 Mbps. My router has been restarted, and this happens on all devices. It looks like my account is stuck on an "expired/throttled" profile backend lock even though my payment was successful and the plan is active.Please reset my port connection and push the correct speed profile ASAP.     My JioAirFiber connection (ID 778570979341) has been a bad experience with lots of buffering. I want JioFiber instead because it gives unlimited data and smooth speed but the FAT Box is 400 feet away from my house. Don’t buy Jio AirFiber it has no unlimited data. @JioCare @TRAI

    @JioCare but I never requested porting, generated UPC or submitted any documents/KYC. Airtel also says my number is currently active with Jio. Please investigate this discrepancy, restore my service and share the port-out request details and complaint/SR number urgently.

    @JioCare I appreciate the response, but the issue is exactly why I’m considering switching to Vi. Vi provides unlimited data and calling with a reliable network experience. If I’m paying for a service, I expect consistent connectivity, not just 5G claims while 4G remains unreliable.
