    And from this I got to know that customer doesn’t matter for jio only matters is money. And Mr. Amitabh Bachchan knew this that’s why he didn’t shifted to jio from Vodafone. Thanks for looting us and goodbye it’s time for port out.@JioCare @reliancejio @SrBachchan

    @JioCare No network or very poor network. TRAI says in every survyey that Jio is top in data speet. But in reality TRAI is a fraud and DALAL org which is publishing its report after bribing from Jio. Wrost service. I'm going to port my number.

    @JioCare Unable to make or receive calls from most places at home. Some places it works. All those analysis posted earlier also. Data doesn't work at all.

    @JioCare My jio fibre isn't working and needs a service. I had raised the service request on 13th June but still it could not be resolved.Expected resolution time was 24 hrs but still it's been pending. Please look into this. SR00001BJ9UF

    @jiofibergurgaon @reliancejio From day 1 am not able to use Amazon prime OTT which jio fiber provide us in 999 plan. Last few days I am connecting with jio customer care. Only reply problem will be solve within 24 hrs. After 24 hrs received message, solved. But actually it's not

    @JioCare Jio fiber service in my area going from best to worst. Complaints not attended beyond 24 hours. False promises. Escalation of complaint. time to shift. SR00001BIMDM yet not attended and escalated to 0100 pm today then 0700 pm today now tomorrow
