    And from this I got to know that customer doesn’t matter for jio only matters is money. And Mr. Amitabh Bachchan knew this that’s why he didn’t shifted to jio from Vodafone. Thanks for looting us and goodbye it’s time for port out.@JioCare @reliancejio @SrBachchan

    @JioCare No network or very poor network. TRAI says in every survyey that Jio is top in data speet. But in reality TRAI is a fraud and DALAL org which is publishing its report after bribing from Jio. Wrost service. I'm going to port my number.

    @JioCare This is a big joke now. My connection is out of order since July 27. Today, even my cancellation request was deleted at your end (without my consent). I had to call and re issue a cancel request which will take another 10 days. Feeling helpless and cheated @reliancejio @JioCare

    My JioFiber installation has NOT been completed at my location. Without installation, how was my connection activated. Who activated my service without installing the JioFiber setup at my home and without sharing the mandatory installation completion OTP @JioCare @jiofi

    Dear @JioCare, I've been requesting cancellation of my JioFiber connection since 1st August. It's been 6 days, multiple calls, multiple promises, multiple rescheduled pickup appointments - but still no cancellation. I have every call recording. Why should a customer have to beg to discontinue a service? #JioFiber #CustomerService

    @reliancejio Hello @JioCare is there any update on this network issue ? It's been more than 18 weeks since you promised to install or modify a new tower in our area.. One of your technicians mentioned that it will be done in 3 months. And today we just had 2 hrs power cut and even the tweets are not loading here..

    Worst Service of @JioCare our Jio airfiber not working. I am facing this issue every day for about 7-8 hrs. I suggested to everyone please do not take this service. I will also change it with Airtel soon. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancejio Monday is the final working day of the 10 working days I gave for my refund. If the refund is not credited by then, I will proceed with my complaint before the Consumer Forum. I hope Jio resolves this instead of continuing with generic replies and unnecessary delays.

    @JioCare Saw the reply in DM...Seriously I don't know how come every person is copy pasting the same template and sending me the same msg again and again, there is no one who can think differently and see how you can restore the connection??? It's so bad customer service
