    And from this I got to know that customer doesn’t matter for jio only matters is money. And Mr. Amitabh Bachchan knew this that’s why he didn’t shifted to jio from Vodafone. Thanks for looting us and goodbye it’s time for port out.@JioCare @reliancejio @SrBachchan

    @JioCare No network or very poor network. TRAI says in every survyey that Jio is top in data speet. But in reality TRAI is a fraud and DALAL org which is publishing its report after bribing from Jio. Wrost service. I'm going to port my number.

    Received a call from +91 77357 20684 for a Jio Fiber connection. Paid ₹4,443.46 + ₹863 on 17 July 2026, but no installation has been done and the person is not responding. Request **@JioCare** to investigate and resolve this issue. #JioFiber #ConsumerRights @jio_fiber

    @JioCare 6+ months. Voucher Generated ✅ Redeemed ✅ Service Request Created ✅ Installation ❌ Customer Support ❌ Resolution ❌ Still paying ₹599 every month. Is this the level of service Jio provides? @reliancejio

    @JioCare @JioCare This has been happening for the last 2 months, and despite multiple complaints, the issue remains unresolved. Also, this is the 3rd network outage I have experienced this month alone. Please update your records immediately and assign the ticket to an active engineer

    representative spoke to me. As a paying customer, I expect respectful communication and a genuine effort to resolve my issue. I request @JioCare to look into this matter, arrange a replacement for the faulty remote if required, and ensure better customer service. Kindly resolve

    @JioCare @reliancejio After raising a complaint, the network problem has become even worse. Internet speed is extremely slow, and voice calls are also being affected. This is the kind of service we are receiving from Jio?

    @JioCare Wifi not working again for past 2 days. And I scheduled a request for today, which you guys automatically changed to afternoon tomorrow. Worst Service in the world. Thank God I switched to Airtel last month. Its good Jio is just a backup now.

    @JioCare I have shared the details, again tried to connect on the toll free number and pre recorded message is being played.. it's a sheer misuse and arm twisting tactics.. payment and don't get service @DoT_India Please look into it

    @JioCare @reliancejio Paying for 30 Mbps but getting only 3-7 Mbps! Multiple complaints ignored. Engineers loop-reschedule visits, and tickets get closed automatically without any resolution. Fix this scam!🔴 Current Open SR: SR00003BQCJ9
