    And from this I got to know that customer doesn’t matter for jio only matters is money. And Mr. Amitabh Bachchan knew this that’s why he didn’t shifted to jio from Vodafone. Thanks for looting us and goodbye it’s time for port out.@JioCare @reliancejio @SrBachchan

    @JioCare No network or very poor network. TRAI says in every survyey that Jio is top in data speet. But in reality TRAI is a fraud and DALAL org which is publishing its report after bribing from Jio. Wrost service. I'm going to port my number.

    @JioCare @reliancejio How many times do I need to follow up for a simple concern? 😐 I keep receiving the same generic response, but the actual issue is still unresolved. Pls take ownership of the issue, arrange a callback, provide a clear resolution. @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio Extrmly frustrated with the daily conflicting statements from your customer care regarding my SIM port order (Ref: NO00015JALY1). Since you cannot deliver the SIM, please process my full refund immediately without any further delay. I don't want SIM now.

    You should probably retrain and revise the expected time of resolution that your #AI adds to standard 72hours. Because before that nobody from @JioCare @reliancejio @jiofibre bothers. One in a crore, they do NOT care at all.
