    And from this I got to know that customer doesn’t matter for jio only matters is money. And Mr. Amitabh Bachchan knew this that’s why he didn’t shifted to jio from Vodafone. Thanks for looting us and goodbye it’s time for port out.@JioCare @reliancejio @SrBachchan

    @JioCare No network or very poor network. TRAI says in every survyey that Jio is top in data speet. But in reality TRAI is a fraud and DALAL org which is publishing its report after bribing from Jio. Wrost service. I'm going to port my number.

    @reliancejio my complaint number is sr000016pza1 on 18/9/21 at 18:41 promised to resolve in 24 hrs Now it's 17:00 on 19/9/21 gone still pending Jio have to improve its service . Thinking to recharge my Tata sky it's very good in customer service.

    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio neither i am able to connect through your customer support or via chat, payment done, you acknowledge the same, still jio fibre plan is not activated. 1st time facing such issue, care to solve. Trans id TB000011454L Get me quick pls

    @reliancejio @JioCare Even their CustomerCare not functioning probably to resolve issues, they do not have any proper escalation matrix for end customer to sort out the issues. They pick your call and sleep no resolution #JioNahiMaro

    @JioCare My internet connect for active for only 6 hrs in last 2 days. Now your customer care wants me to be patient and allow another 24 hrs resolution time. They aren't even sharing assigned onsite engineers contact details. 1/2
