@JioCare great loop around for customer care. Called Jiocare, got SR no, case closed without attending. Sent whatsapp message to Jiocare, got OTP, asked to log the app, case not found, bot popped up, mentioned the issue, it is asking me to call customer care. Time to move out .

@JioCare @reliancejio We Already Made Paymen For Installation Of Jio Fibre At Our Home(Buxar) On 21 Aug 2021 But Unfortunately We Have Not Got The Jio Fibre Connection Till Now.Even We Are Not Able To Interact With Jio Customer Services.Make Our Refund As Soon As Possible.
