    Extremely disappointed with @JioCare customer service. I’m facing issues with my Jio SIM, but there is absolutely no proper support. The call center executives have zero technical knowledge and only give scripted, robotic replies. Very pathetic experience. @TRAI @jagograhakjago

    @JioCare @reliancejio This problem is facing literally every people in my area from 10 to 15 days. We are contacted many times with your customer care department via call but the problem remains same.

    Ahmedabad also comes with 5G speeds and 3G speeds. And there's a network problem. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Can't even find a place to raise complaint. I've already escalated in x your folks said they're working on it still same. App diagnoses and says indoor use you use 4G. If airtel is giving me indoor 5G why should I buy unlimited jio 5G pack?
