@JioCare @shaziailmi Mam, Customer care has no solution. Ghatiya service I experienced at Prayagraj, On the train journey was also worse. I have two sims of JIO. Ghatiya network I have to switch to other. Even sites don't open on JIO net same time opening the same device on another network.

@JioCare @vipulregeindore There should be FIR on jio, by talking about 4G speed, they give 2G speed, they also charge money for 4G. You are lying full of Peck's money, you cheat in the name of service.

I asked my neighbour’s about this and they asked me to wait fir 2 3 days to get it back! I asked why? The answer was this is how it works here sometimes they have to live without network for a week. @reliancejio (2/2)
