@JioCare @reliancejio @AmbaniTina I booked a STB after paying 1000 on 4th of July. Till 9th no one contacted, when I made a complain 2 days engineer visited, but they didn't knew how to install. and on 3rd day of their visit they closed my service request without installing.

@reliancejio really upset your service, from past one year I've been complaining about bad network, haven't got any resolution. I have 0 network bars on my sim since a year exactly and none of your cs execs have helped and have been abusive and aggressive.

@JioCare @reliancejio Absolutely dissatisfied with the services provided. 1) complaint raised yesterday. Committed for resolution till 2 pm today. 2) no one visited so called customer care again who again gave commitment till tomorrow 3) will you refund for system downtime?

@JioCare Instead of fixing the issue related to broadband relocation, your customer rep is telling me to cancel the current account and get a new connection as they are unable to fix the issue. This is one of the worst customer support experience. @reliancejio , @JioCare

@reliancejio Worst service. Didn't install Jiofiber after booking on 10/07/21. Daily assuring that will be installed in 24 hours but no installation till now.

@JioCare extremely poor connection in Goregaon West. MUMBAI. Internet outage is regular every week . They take 12 hours to resolve the same. Why only customer bear cost for poor services.

@JioCare Now i need to consider this option, airtel has frustrated me, this happens everyday. I ported to airtel from jio in Jan and that was my biggest mistake, now i think i should go back to jio atleast i won't face this problem.
