It is deplorable that my parents, who are senior citizens, being harassed by the Jio Fiber connection service provider to simply resolve the issue of connectivity. They live alone and need help in resolving the issue. @JioCare @reliancejio @JioChat

However, every time, the service provider says they will send someone to resolve the issue, nobody comes to help. I trust this is not the way the company wishes to conduct business with valued customers and treat senior citizens. @JioCare @reliancegroup @JioMart_Support
