@reliancejio It is very shameful for jio that after 15 days my problem is not resolved. Your service team only reshedule my service request and no one of your service engineers are receiving my call. Very shameful for all jio team ......I paid for 15 days without any service...

@JioCare hi i stop my jio fiber service 15th june..your member collect router and all material with cancel cheaque photo.. Still I do not have my deposit refund..Service Request number SR000011DCCF has been logged.. Kind of this notification mail I received.

@JioCare Already all details hv in system& several times I had personally called them more than 100+ times to explain my case but still issue is open. In fact they don’t have professional approach. Without confirmation my all request get closed automatically. How can?
