    @reliancejio @JioCare @jio I am facing a serious issue with the Jio 5G network since yesterday. The 5G network is not working properly on my mobile phone. Internet speed is very slow, and sometimes the network disappears completely. I have already tried restarting my phone and checking network settings, but the problem still continues. Due to this issue, I am facing difficulty in online work and daily usage.

    @JioCare But for the past 1 year I have been using the same name for 4G and 5G bandwidth. I haven't faced this issue ever. This issue I have been facing for the last month .

    @jagograhakjago #consumerhelp @JioCare is cheating. They charge JioSTB subscription charges on top of internet charges. They claim various channels for free but those channels display ads.. 20 ads in 30 mins. No way to raise complaint. Support disconnects calls
