@JioCare please don't buy @reliancejio sim it's always network issue when you talk to customer care they tell that our team is working on it. And these happens last 4 years to till today.

First is electrc power (@SEVA_NBPDCL) then comes your (@JioCare) business. Income opportunity on Internet is very poor. @reliancejio: First your plan was Rs.151/30 GB/30 day. Now it has become 181. Kindly make validate like 181/30 GB/60-90 day.

I have been using @reliancejio fiber from 3-4 months now, and i had to relocate it new address, the relocation with jio fiber, even after a week they didn't shift my connection after multiple escalations, and their technician has asked me to cancel and connection and get (1/2)

Seems no one knows how to resolve issue @reliancejio. @JioCare has closed the ticket multiple times without resolving the issue which is been open since more than a month. Pathetic #CustomerService

@JioCare Correct. Nothing being done or you are not letting us know except saying we are working on the issue!! I don't think it takes 3+ months to put up another tower. It should be matter of week at the most!! If you can enable switched off tower, that is best. We had good coverage
