    @reliancejio @JioCare Your network is getting worse day by day. Is this your promise to your customer to give them high speed internet, Less than 1kb/s ? In the generation of 4G or even 5G.

    Jio network not available at Sukhidhang Uttarakhand (262523). Network will come only if electricity is available, A reputed company like Jio can't afford a generator if electricity not available?? Very much frustrated with Jio Service.@JioCare @reliancejio @airtelindia

    @JioCare @reliancejio Team - how many days do I need to chase the reuqest for reverting suspension? I am getting std copy paste response from your team. No way to talk to customer care. I am stuck with Jio for 1.5 more month and then porting out is a definite route.

    @JioCare extremely disappointed Everyone will reach out while taking new connections however when you canceled connection no one is bothered (We tried contacting you for the recovery of JioFiber device for service ID 299285222787, but were unable to collect the device)
