Gaurav Chand (@gauravchand) reported@JioCare Have responded to your DM. Looks like Jio does not verify customer e-mail ID and blindly sends emails to unknown email IDs. As I have not raised any service request. Neither does the app show any requests. So who raised it? For what number.
