    @reliancejio v r using Jio Air Fiber in Hyd. WiFi data completes in just 1-2 weeks itself in every month. Took top up plan for 3 months and it is not visible suddenly. Original and top up plan both no use. Office work is impacted.Pathetic customer service.

    @JioCare @JioCare, your service is an absolute disgrace! I raised a Jio Fiber relocation request on April 14, 2026—it was cancelled three times without my consent, citing "Customer not interested" or "Customer not giving appointment" nonsense.(1/4)

    Hi team @JioCare @reliancejio Recently i moved to Hyderabad but here a new problem i am facing whenever there is a power cut signal drops from 5g to lte and it doesnt work cant even send a message on whtsapp i dont ifs just me or anyone else … please resolve this asap

    @JioCare I have recharged with ₹899 plan, but JioHotstar is still not working on both mobile and TV. I have already logged in with the same Jio number used for recharge, yet the subscription is not getting activated. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. @hotstar_helps

    @JioCare @aroonkamble Same here. Network is working. But wifi is down. Customer Care is not responding. All left in the middle of nowhere. Is this a wife spread problem?
