@JioCare seven days passed on and yet no resolution has been provided even after i complaint 3 times and reopened service request many times. Not even the connection is disconnected and device not collected back. Kindly process my refund at your earliest.

@reliancejio My reliance Jio Fiber landline is not working even after changing the number. New number provided is 01179689134. Engineers visited 3 times today, still not resolved. Again I have been asked to wait for next 24hours. Request you to resolve the issue at the earliest.

@jiocare and connection already existing. Then i placed a request through jio app. I got confirmation message that time schedule slot for relocation on 9 th April 10 am to 12 pm. For that reason i stayed back home by taking leave to get the service. As i have not received any

@JioMart @JioMart_Support @reliancejio shut down ur jio mart business it is useless you cannot fulfil the order n u take 3 4 days to deliver the order moreover items are missing out of stock.Give me my entire refund we cannot wait so long for delivery which has half of the items.
