    @airtelindia feeling sorry that I recharge with 199 my airtel no instead of jio. these 35 days frustates me everytime when I surfing internet or use hotspot in my laptop. next time I will never make this mistake. airtel @Airtel_Presence waste of money. jio is best.@JioCare

    @JioCare I have raise the concern multiple time but no resolution provide yet. I have recharge 15days ago.From last 13days net not working. If you don't have any solution then y dont you close this company. Every time next 2hour resolution time given by c-care executive.

    @JioCare @JioCare I have not seen this type of worth service. It is already pending from last 6 days. Every month i have face this issue. @_MukeshAmbani sorry to say but if these type of service you have provided then i have to say my selection was incorrect.

    @B_A_Change @JioCare I m also fed with the kind of Service of Jio,Unfortunately I ported my all Connections, around five in number ,from Airtel To Jio,But I regret my decision because very poor network,voice quality poor,I m complaining almost about two year now but no one cares

    @JioCare I had paid Rs 8072 for Jio Fiber on 6th August 2020. Today even after installing half-incomplete, internet and jio tv still not started. can you help? Is this the way to welcome your new customers? This is all very sad.

    @JioCare it's been 3 days my Jio Fiber connection is facing issues. Have submitted a request for the same but from the last 3 days it's getting shifted to the next day. Today also the respective engineer who was supposed to come didn't came to solve the issue. Very poor service..

    @JioCare Our Jio service engineer is scheduled to visit your premises on 27-04-2021 : 12:30:00 for UNINSTALLATION of your JioFiber connection. Your Order number is CO0000BMMR9V. You will receive an OTP from Jio after Installation, see where is my mistake

    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani No one is Responding, is any one is working or not 30days your services fiber service was noy working,i have not used your services my plan was expaird, either you have to extend the plan validity or you have to refund my amt.

    @JioCare I paid ₹45.61 on 21 May 2026 for an outstanding amount, but the same ₹45.61 is again added in my latest JioFiber bill. This is incorrect billing. A paid amount should be auto-adjusted in system. Please fix my account. Proof available.

    @CJP_for_India @reliancejio these telecom companies have monopoly here in our area and they don't provide good internet speed and their local employees manipulating/ making harrassment to customers and Jio care not taking any action. Having very bad experience please help.
