@JioCare The issue solved after a week and really not sure if it happens again I should be prepared to tweet and make calls to customer care infinity. Improve your service team and make sure the issue is resolved in max 24hours. Really felt worst dealing with you all.

@sundarpichai @reliancejio Personally I am skeptical regarding the #privacy on this thing. Is only the network locked to Jio or there are T&C the user is automatically agreeing to while signing up for this device, like sharing info regarding location, where you made a payment, ads & bloatware.
