Wire break down because your team is not changing the wire but repairing it. Its not helping. Can't even register a complaint in jio app. Shows something went wrong try again. While raising a request, the selected the earliest slot available, but it scheduled a slot 4 days later. You can get a new connection in a couple of hours. But you need to wait 4 days for resolving an issue. Pathetic service.
