@JioCare it's been 3 days my Jio Fiber connection is facing issues. Have submitted a request for the same but from the last 3 days it's getting shifted to the next day. Today also the respective engineer who was supposed to come didn't came to solve the issue. Very poor service..

Hi @JioCare Today i joined jio network. As we checked on that time on 399 postpaid plan was showing free subscription of Netflix, Prime Video & Hotstar, As I checked in my jio app hotstar is not showing in my current plan. pleas help.

I'm really tired from jio fiber Bought a New @reliancejio Fiber connection on 19 Dec 2022, It was a postpaid connection. I Paid 2824.92Rupees for that But the Interesting part is after 2days Fiber was not working so I raise a complaint SR00001GH2PC. @reliancegroup @ImAtulKansal

@JioCare The date has now been rescheduled to 14th Jan. It will be 5 days without the Jio Fiber service. Very poor service & then you charge for the whole month. Pl schedule someone for 13th Jan 1st half on urgent basis. The dates are changing since 10th @JioCare @reliancejio #JioFiber

@JioCare This is how you sales person is cheating with customers. I had a connection before and one sale person name came and told me if you cancel the current connection you will get 2500 refund and in new connection you will get one month free.

@reliancejio why the ftp server option is removed from the jio fiber router? The USB drive is of no use. Can't share files locally at home network. And the DMS server option which work with jio home app only is worse. Please enable the FTP option. I don't want to switch

@JioCare As messaged to u privately the uninstallation was today at 5PM but as usual your technical team didn't call or visit they simply rescheduled their visit again, is this the reason you took Rs. 2500 as safety, to simply torture the customer??? @fiber_jio @reliancejio
