@JioCare @reliancejio NO0000HE961M is my new jio fiber order no. Booked on 22 may 2021.since then continues getting 4 installation schedule from jio that no one came to visit. Technician called me to insist to cancel the booking and get Refund back. What next ?

@JioCare I have raise the concern multiple time but no resolution provide yet. I have recharge 15days ago.From last 13days net not working. If you don't have any solution then y dont you close this company. Every time next 2hour resolution time given by c-care executive.

@JioCare Jio Fibre has the most horrible service I have ever come across. From the last month the customer service are only taking requests and there is no resolution yet. The engineers are only roaming in the area and refuse to come to check the Internet connection.
