    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio Are you planning to compensate for downtime? My services are totally down from 3rd March, 2023 and I have reminded too many times to resolve it but nothing happened except false commitments (see recent tweets). Now planning to approach consumer forum.

    I thought having a #JioFiber connection would be a good choice. But they have terrible service, their app is useless, and their technicians refuse to help unless a formal complaint is filed - which is impossible to do because the app doesnt work. @jagograhakjago @reliancejio

    @JioCare @TRAI Very bad services in term of fixing an issue for Fiber Connection. No technical support provided by Jio... Every month 5-6 days connection not working and everytime customer care team saying we have minimum 48 Hours of TAT. Billing 30 days where 10days no internet

    @JioCare worst experience with jio fibre. Internet speed is so low that I am not able to do proper office work today. I have a 100 mbps plan but Right now I am getting barely 2-3 mbps speed also after talking to your customer care they aren't able to solve it.

    @reliancejio @JioCare no response yet, this is the level of service expected from you guys. Internet is sort of necessity currently under heavy rain circumstances in Pune. And noone from the teams seems to have any solution this small req. Time to switch to @airtelindia

    @JioCare @reliancejio On 3rd July call customer care asked me to do monthly payment of 707 which is regular plan charge... However after payment still asking for the duplicate incorrect amount as due... Called to customer care on 5th July 7, 10.30 P.M & 11.00 P.M, nobody taking things to resolution

    Disastrous service from @reliancejio @JioCare! My JioFiber (06743555817) has been down for over 17 days. Raised requests on June 20, missed visits, temporary "fix" failed, and another no-show on July 1. Today is July 6 and STILL NO INTERNET. Is this a joke? Fix this ASAP! 😡❌

    @reliancejio @JioCare - pathetic service! 1st: cancelled 4mos ago despite paying 3mo advance. 2nd(Jul 3): manager promised 24hr install. Since Sat, told "they're coming" still not reached. Happy to speak to someone who can actually help, not make impossible commitments.
