    @JioCare Jio Fiber Support Team, I am writing to bring to your attention an issue that I have been facing with my Jio Fiber connection. My Jio Fiber is not working since [8th april,2023], and despite raising a ticket [SR00001J7BGQ], there has been no resolution to my issue.

    I'm really tired from jio fiber Bought a New @reliancejio Fiber connection on 19 Dec 2022, It was a postpaid connection. I Paid 2824.92Rupees for that But the Interesting part is after 2days Fiber was not working so I raise a complaint SR00001GH2PC. @reliancegroup @ImAtulKansal

    @JioCare @reliancejio dear team one your engineer has removed or deactivated my set top box wire. I have called several times to resolves this issue but he is asking to 10-15 days at-least to solve. I have recharged today morning and my recharge is for 15 days is lapsed. #help

    @JioCare The guy who accepted my request and took ₹1500 from me confirmed it by inspecting my place that the service was available. The installation team was in a hurry and in no mood to put on some efforts .There is feasibility in my nearby area, its just the unprofessionalism.

    Dono wat s d prblm with Samsung f62 mobile phone. Recently I have changed my phone from #VivoV11Pro to new #samsunggalaxyf62 phone. In vivo phone I was able to browse the net seamless with @JioCare sim but now d same internet with new phone is worst .. Y Y Y ??? @reliancejio

    @VedamurthyG @JioCare @JioCare I can understand that the jio network here is poor because of Geographical location. And about fiber there is no chance of fiber coming soon over here. Students like us suffer major problem here. Due to slow internet as we can't even attend out online classes
