@reliancejio @JioCare Its been 3 days since my complaint and yet I haven’t received any rectification. The concerned engg is not responding to calls and yet he has this much courage to text back that “ will rectify when i’ll have time “. Pls look into the same on priority.

@JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio they are providing the coverage in only 200meter area. Even we were getting good coverage when we didn't have tower in our area. Please do the needful. Or arrange a call back of the customer service, I'll explain everything

@JioCare 9415268045. Om Achyut Bhawan, BR Verma Lane, Kidwai nagar, Allahpur (Landmark: New Saket Hospital). The issue is faced mainly inside the house. Earlier on the second floor the network used to be fine but now it is not so. And in my locality many jio users are facing d same prob.

SRN: SR000014E7C3 Jio tower is just 2 meters away from my house BUT they are giving me connection from a tower which is 100 meter away. Due to such long wire, issues are coming after every 15 days. I REPEAT, nothing is more HILARIOUS than Jio Fibre helpdesk. @reliancejio @JioCare
