to pay this amount. Just give one reason why I should pay this amount. I am using wifi for data services in office even at home. For calling using @reliancejio or @VodafoneIN provided by my company. I am waiting for resolution and paid my bill every month. Now I will not!!!

Internet of jio gigafiber in my area is not working since 2days. They are not able resolve the issue. The incompetent @JioCare team unable do to anything. They are the worst. Anyday @Airtel_Presence is far better than @reliancejio.

1/2 @JioCare Really very bad performance by @reliancejio since last 2 months. I can't even use 100 mb data in a day. Call get's disconnected automatically, Contact number comes Out of the coverage, internet doesn't work, pings get fluctuate. So disappointed.

@reliancejio @JioCare I called u for more than three times . Ist time call wait time was 12 minutes then the customer care tranfers call to senior supervisor and wait time was 24 minutes and still no one responded. Again i called u and ur Customer Support Disconnected my call.

@JioCare Do jio really cares about their customers ?? I have complained about my slow internet to jio care twice within a week but problem remains the same. If the problem remains the same I'll move to another operator. I know, I'll have to spend 50 more but it's gonna worth it.
