    @JioCare third time in a week with same problem of jio fiber. Wire break down because your team is not changing the wire but repairing it. Its not helping. Can't even register a complaint in jio app. Shows something went wrong try again. Address to this issue ASAP.

    @JioCare it's been 3 days my Jio Fiber connection is facing issues. Have submitted a request for the same but from the last 3 days it's getting shifted to the next day. Today also the respective engineer who was supposed to come didn't came to solve the issue. Very poor service..

    Dear @airtelnews @airtelindia please try to check the network connection. While calling and using internet daily I'm facing a problem in the same criteria. Kindly resolve this else I will port my number to @reliancejio and definitely they will resolve the same in better aspects.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Agent nonsense talk. I recvd a call from Jio agent to port (i app. for postpd port online). Since i am not at home i asked him to call tommw mrg. This small thing he didn't understand and forcing to provide him OTP and rude talks. Pls chk Agent 9694867881

    I thought having a #JioFiber connection would be a good choice. But they have terrible service, their app is useless, and their technicians refuse to help unless a formal complaint is filed - which is impossible to do because the app doesnt work. @jagograhakjago @reliancejio

    @JioCare @TRAI Very bad services in term of fixing an issue for Fiber Connection. No technical support provided by Jio... Every month 5-6 days connection not working and everytime customer care team saying we have minimum 48 Hours of TAT. Billing 30 days where 10days no internet

    Dear @JioCare, my JioAirFiber (100 Mbps plan) becomes unusable every day between 6 PM and 11 PM. Internet is extremely slow or completely unavailable. My Jio 5G SIM also performs poorly at home, but works normally just 500–800 meters closer to the tower. Signal quality at my (1)

    @JioCare day5 of waiting to check their Dms afterI sent the location details they ask for total silence kindly reply and update on the status . Is this how you handle customer issues ? #jiodown It shows great at asking for detais publicly, but terrible at actually solving issue

    @JioCare Ideally you should only charge me on pro rata basis till yesterday i.e. when I submitted the stb rather than forcing me to pay on last plan for whole of this month and the 399 plan active since that what I want! Guess what customer wants doesn't matter so much to u guys @JioCare

    @JioCare The recharge was done from Phonepay Since the device is a Jio Bharat feature phone, the 5G plan cannot be used. Kindly help by either converting the recharge to the ₹895 Jio Bharat plan or processing a refund.
