    @JioCare @reliancejio Today after evening your speed is becoming pathetic and poor. I am using jio router. I tried to resolve it by restart my phone and router several times. But equally the same or worse network speed. This is unacceptable... !!!

    There is some serious issues in @reliancejio @JioCare speed in muvattupuzha and kothamangalam. I am getting only average (blue) ntwrk in my home and getting good (green) ntwrk in office. But the speed is same. Most of the time the ntwrk breaks and I need restart 1-2 times

    @Anudeep308 @JioCare @reliancejio This is not Jio network issue. Real issue is the Pixel 7 device, which have low network reception. Just check “Pixel 7 network problem/issue” on the internet.

    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare , internet connection was down from 6th February 6 PM till 10th February 11:40 PM, haven't received compensation yet. Experiencing worst experience. Service request: SR00001HOLCF

    When will you provide better service @reliancejio , poor customer support, asked me to wait for more than 180 days to get my problems solved, still waiting no improvement. Thinking of porting to some other network service providers 🙏🙏 @JioCare

    I am now fed up with @reliancejio. No matter how many times I have complained regarding poor internet speed. There reply is always the same from last 2 years that we are working on it and within 2 to 3 your problem will be solved. Don't know when these 2 mnths will come @JioCare

    @JioCare after ending the 6 month jio Fibre plan, I received advance payment bill from jio and I decided to cancel the service and given request of cancel to jio customer care. But now received a bill of 344.35 of on my jio Fibre which I have not used.
