    There is some serious issues in @reliancejio @JioCare speed in muvattupuzha and kothamangalam. I am getting only average (blue) ntwrk in my home and getting good (green) ntwrk in office. But the speed is same. Most of the time the ntwrk breaks and I need restart 1-2 times

    @JioCare @reliancejio Today after evening your speed is becoming pathetic and poor. I am using jio router. I tried to resolve it by restart my phone and router several times. But equally the same or worse network speed. This is unacceptable... !!!

    @Dushyan06769728 They claim that they have good network, but ground reality is something else. I have had this experience in the past, finally moved all my numbers to Jio, suggest you also do the same @JioCare

    @JioCare Hi Shridhar, Thank you for reply. I have a two jio number. 9265090239 and 9898883189.All the websites and app facing a slow internet.That happen in specific time Before 9:30 am and after 5:30 in my current location mostly. To-Vana, Ta-Lakhatar, Dist-Surendranagar, Pin- 363110

    @JioChat @reliancejio @JioCare i hv been calling for 1. Half hour to ur customer care n they cut my call 2 time still calling no response your network not work in my house its shows no service this is happening for 4 day continue n still nothing happened **** off jio 🤬

    @reliancejio @JioCare its been 3 weeks. 50 calls to jio customer care. 5 tweets and countless messages on twitter DM. Just the worst customer service experience yet. Can you pls just cancel my request and refund the money? I don't want anything to do with jio
