    There is some serious issues in @reliancejio @JioCare speed in muvattupuzha and kothamangalam. I am getting only average (blue) ntwrk in my home and getting good (green) ntwrk in office. But the speed is same. Most of the time the ntwrk breaks and I need restart 1-2 times

    @JioCare @reliancejio Today after evening your speed is becoming pathetic and poor. I am using jio router. I tried to resolve it by restart my phone and router several times. But equally the same or worse network speed. This is unacceptable... !!!

    @reliancejio my fiber request no is LR00000Q1KLC.I have booked the connection on 12th May and installation was scheduled on 15th may it's been 20 days no one has come to my house and I am also unable to connect on jio customer care.olz cancel it and refund

    @JioCare Thanks for the copy-paste response, but this is exactly why I’m frustrated. @JioCare Worst service ever. 7 days no internet, multiple complaints closed without fix. Even disconnection request was shut silently. This is harassment, not support. Extremely disappointed.

    @JioCare my request no is LR00000Q1KLC.Fiber installation was scheduled on 15 May however it's been 20 days I haven't received any call.also I am unable to connect to jio customer care.pleade cancel and refund my money .poor and pathetic services

    @JioCare @Verizon @VerizonSupport For visitors from India to LA..don't go for Jio IR.Have been in LA for 12 days without NW. Verizonwireless is not avbl in most part of LA. As I exit LA,I get connected to Verizon Wireless-Jio at the airport finally. No support fm Jio at all

    @Airtel_Presence Since Last Few Weeks I Am Trying To Reach The Airtel Help Team For My Airtel Wifi Connection. No Resolution. Every Complaint Is Auto Resolved Without Any Help. @reliancejio Was Much Much Much Better Than You.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I hv AirFiber connection. Net down since >20 days. Raised complaints 5-6 times. But, closed by Jio/technician at its whim without resolving issue. Jio is misleading customers by taking subscription fee for the services that are not rendered. @jagograhakjago
