    There is some serious issues in @reliancejio @JioCare speed in muvattupuzha and kothamangalam. I am getting only average (blue) ntwrk in my home and getting good (green) ntwrk in office. But the speed is same. Most of the time the ntwrk breaks and I need restart 1-2 times

    @JioCare @reliancejio Today after evening your speed is becoming pathetic and poor. I am using jio router. I tried to resolve it by restart my phone and router several times. But equally the same or worse network speed. This is unacceptable... !!!

    @JioCare Continious red light blinking on the router. Contacted your area incharges, but will never take the call. I dont know Inspite of recharging my connection, I have to simply see the red light blinking on the router. May be I am recharging for red light viewing only.

    @JioCare @reliancejio is cheating company really I am very disappointed of your service I paid 2150/- for jio phone 2021 but now out going calls not going.. it's showing your nature. Fraud .... I raised complaint also but not used

    @ProfessorBask @JioCare Myself thinking the same. Worst in my native even though jio implemented mini tower. Worst call quality. Moved one number to @airtelindia for testing. Now planning to move rest 3 numbers ARPU minimum 199/NUM/month.

    @JioCare @reliancejio call not connecting, Number is telling switched off, internet is working very well. Tried customer care but call wasn't connected. Issue facing on number 7000712511. For any response call me on alternate number 8319048694. Hope for early resolution.
