    There is some serious issues in @reliancejio @JioCare speed in muvattupuzha and kothamangalam. I am getting only average (blue) ntwrk in my home and getting good (green) ntwrk in office. But the speed is same. Most of the time the ntwrk breaks and I need restart 1-2 times

    @JioCare @reliancejio Today after evening your speed is becoming pathetic and poor. I am using jio router. I tried to resolve it by restart my phone and router several times. But equally the same or worse network speed. This is unacceptable... !!!

    @JioCare My query is not resolved from past 4 months. Tried to call customer care and contacted on tweeter but no output. Every time I contact I get same response 'we are working'. How much time it will take to give refund. Your customer services are very poor.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I want to relocate my jiofibtenet. I have personally contacted the technician, briefed him about my new location, we have network there. I want to continue using JIO WiFi & TV ASAP from today at my new location. Went to your useless app to raise a ticket.

    @JioCare When I initiate a ISD call, I am getting a standard voice message "This service is unavailable", meaning ISD is not activated. When I call customer service they are asking to select the activation link in the app. But there is no activation link in the app for ISD pack.
