    There is some serious issues in @reliancejio @JioCare speed in muvattupuzha and kothamangalam. I am getting only average (blue) ntwrk in my home and getting good (green) ntwrk in office. But the speed is same. Most of the time the ntwrk breaks and I need restart 1-2 times

    @JioCare @reliancejio Today after evening your speed is becoming pathetic and poor. I am using jio router. I tried to resolve it by restart my phone and router several times. But equally the same or worse network speed. This is unacceptable... !!!

    @Suborno18779227 @JioCare It's damn sad that GIO is taking take long to resolve a simple thing and also the executives are so irresponsible that they promise to come to me to resolve it but later on they don't even picking my call which will lead to another couple of months delay .

    @reliancejio Pathetic service. Router stopped working after 10 days of installation. Even after multiple customer complaint on call Center no official visited for repair. Problem persists since last 5 days

    @JioCare Paid for jio fiber connection and but the connection was not given because of more power supply and asking to be cancel the order rather than solving and giving the connection soon. Worst support .

    Jio is wrost network of India. Can you elaborate the reason of not generating porting code? Your customer care executive not take calls. Stop exploiting users and genrate my porting code as I want to get my jio number port into airtel. @JioCare @reliancejio @Airtel_Presence

    @reliancejio @JioCare Why are you cheating people? I have deposited 1500/- for wasteFI services, but I got 500/- as refund after 3 months of service cancellation.

    @JioCare The team has come and asked us to return the Jio Fiber box. So, I had called up the customer care and asked them to inneciate a refund and get the Jio Fiber picked up. This was really a bad experience. Hope your service improves very soon.

    @Suborno18779227 @JioCare It is now more than one month that gio is not able to fix a simply thing ,,,,definitely not a reliable and trustworthy operator at all ,,,,now instead of porting in ,,,I will port out all my gio connections holding in my family,friends and relatives and will close postpaid
