  There is some serious issues in @reliancejio @JioCare speed in muvattupuzha and kothamangalam. I am getting only average (blue) ntwrk in my home and getting good (green) ntwrk in office. But the speed is same. Most of the time the ntwrk breaks and I need restart 1-2 times

  @JioCare @reliancejio Today after evening your speed is becoming pathetic and poor. I am using jio router. I tried to resolve it by restart my phone and router several times. But equally the same or worse network speed. This is unacceptable... !!!

  @reliancejio @JioCare We are having very very very bad network reception in our region from several months. Complained multiple times. There is no improvement. Should we stick on to jio or look for other network options. Please help, so we can make a decision. Thank you

  @JioCare Soon is how soon? Today is 6th day without internet. Give me a definite time by which the issue will be resolved. If you cant resolve give it in writing that Jio is incapable and cant provide Broadband. Refund the money I have paid for the month of October 2022.
