When our Plan expires, your systems will disconnect the connection with no time. And it's about 24 hours, there is no internet connection and you guys are still rescheduling your visit. Issue is that I need to restart the JIO STB frequently to keep viewing channels... If we don't restart frequently, it will go back to home screen in between.. totally irritating

Issue is repeatedly happening. Informd customer care several times but they instruct to clear data, cache and then restart. Kindly give permanent solution
