Have submitted a request for the same but from the last 3 days it's getting shifted to the next day. Today also the respective engineer who was supposed to come didn't came to solve the issue. Over the last few weeks, I've faced issue after issue. First, the outdoor unit was down for nearly 10 days, leaving me without a stable connection. After that, there was a tower outage, causing further disruption. Now, despite paying for a 100 Mbps plan, my connection is consistently delivering only 20–35 Mbps (Speedtest screenshots attached). This isn't an occasional slowdown—it's become the norm. I depend on this connection for work, and repeated outages followed by subpar speeds are unacceptable. I've spent more time troubleshooting than actually using the service. I expect @JioCare to investigate this thoroughly, restore the promised speeds, and provide a permanent solution instead of temporary fixes. Customers shouldn't have to keep following up for basic service quality. Please escalate this and resolve it at the earliest. #JioFiber #CustomerService #Broadband
