@JioCare The issue solved after a week and really not sure if it happens again I should be prepared to tweet and make calls to customer care infinity. Improve your service team and make sure the issue is resolved in max 24hours. Really felt worst dealing with you all.

I am calling jio customer care since last 15 months but same reply "we are continuously trying to improve network" and nothing happened. I don't know on what basis you prove that jio is fastest network provider. Shame on you. You are just grabbing our money.@JioCare @reliancejio

Modern Extortion: Outdated hardware(a decade) to support modern internet speed and then request customers to upgrade on the pretext of faster connectivity. Faced the same with @ACTFibernet. Few like @JioCare provide the latest hardware, but sad you do not serve in my location.

By the by, I'm porting Lakshmi's BSNL connection to @reliancejio. I don't know why, even after years of the advent of 4G, BSNL has not yet upgraded from 3G to 4G? As a customer, I've no choice than to shift to a provider for speedy 4G, that too at a cheaper rate than BSNL's 3G.

@JioCare Fed up with your hopeless Customer Service! Your local sales team hard sold Jio fiber to me saying "If I pay for 6 months, I get 1 more month for free". Now, my account is deactivated after 6months of usage. Where is the one month free period as you promised?
