1/2 @JioCare Really very bad performance by @reliancejio since last 2 months. I can't even use 100 mb data in a day. Call get's disconnected automatically, Contact number comes Out of the coverage, internet doesn't work, pings get fluctuate. So disappointed.

@JioCare my current plan as per jio expires on 27-03-2019, but am not able to use it saying service disconnected due to no recharge done. Another novel way of looting customers.

Internet of jio gigafiber in my area is not working since 2days. They are not able resolve the issue. The incompetent @JioCare team unable do to anything. They are the worst. Anyday @Airtel_Presence is far better than @reliancejio.

@AshisJain1104 @JioCare @reliancejio Guys , Jio won’t refund money. They have 2-3 lines which they will just copy paste every time. Never ever use any Jio product now. I was happy to see their customers reduced drastically in punjab and haryana. They should learn from it.

@JioCare So it means that the problem is major with your connections. So u should have a bigger team of techs for support. But sorry to say that each time the slot is allotted no body turns up. As is the case today also for slot 2.30-3.30.
