@JioCare this is pathetic. We have experienced very poor quality of Data Speed since 10 days. Did many call to jio care but problem is not solved yet. I have no other solution than to switch my jio network to other network. I m tired with daily conversation with ur customer care.

@JioCare @reliancejio I have got the Jiofiber device installed on 24 Oct but on 25 the device stopped working.Inspite of so many reminders about this in customer care I am getting only assurance.If this is the scenario i will discontinue the service.Voice no 911207960718.
