@JioCare Despite all efforts, there has been no solution yet!! I have given up now. One of my friend visited the store in Delhi on my request and he was assured that the problem will soon resolve but one thing is sure, Jio wud be losing two customers next week.

@JioCare Your services have been down since morning of 7th June. Every few hours I am getting messages that it will be rectified in a few hrs, only to get another similar message later. What is the reason of this outage. Not acceptable, it's a prepaid pack and I have paid for it #Jiodown
