@JioCare Last three days very poor speed. I couldn't see anything from 6 pm onwards. Average speed is 18.3 to 0.7 kB/s . I enjoy it.

@JioCare You’ve postponed my Gigafiber uninstallation request for the 7th time. You’re not ready to pick up the router at a new location. Your customer agents are only parroting company process. Stop being cheap and provide good service for uninstallation too

@JioCare is such a fraud customer care. #JioFiber is made a scam now. Day before yesterday they say my connection is disconnected,today they say it’s active. Why so much of confusion within yourself? I called customer care now. And they cut the call when I told them their mistake

1. Please help me in relocating my jioFiber ASAP. I have a connection and I have to relocate it in the same colony (~ 100 meters away). And Yes JioFiber is available there. I contacted your customer service but they are saying I have to buy another connection, NO.. @reliancejio

@goluabhi007 Same thing was happened with me. Unnecessary they were spamming with 3rd class MSG and plus their service in our area was pathetic so Finally I port out from Airtel and now I am not facing any kind of issues with Jio. @JioCare he wants to move from Airtel like me.

@JioCare @JioCare put in a complaint on 31st requesting for engineer to check wiring No one has bothered to fix it till today evening what service are they talking about ??? once payment is received they are out of sight before installation I got 20 calls a day

@reliancejio your network pack seems to have discrepancy despite 3 gb and add ons I am left with 0 data now. How can it vanish so fast. If you guys will do this continuously I will switch to Airtel
