    @JioCare how does one log a complaint? Using MyJio your standard response that there is a problem in your area is ongoing for the last 10 days doesn’t help. I have a Jio Airfiber connection.

    Hello @JioCare your airfiber is not working since past 4 days and customer care is not raising a ticket for the same. Everyday they say by end of the day at night 9 it will be resolved. Who will compensate for the loss of 4 days and onwards while I advance paid for 6 months.

    @JioCare If your service is so pathetic & no one to atten since 22 days then it’s better to close your Dukaan and let customers have some efficient service provider.
