    @JioCare Facing internet connection issue with Jio Fiber for 5th time in a month. Every time a engineer comes and puts in a make shift patch that is not working for more than 1-2 days. I need a permanent fix. @reliancejio

    Hey @JioCare one of my jio sim got damaged by myself accidentally now whenever I go to my nearest jio store they always give me a single excuse that server is not available also they never received the given phone number what a pathetic service by you guys I want that number only

    @JioCare @reliancejio Very bad experience with jio customer care .i have requested for jio set top box for installation. Payment is done from my side but they are just giving me a time and time. Jio customer care just making fools of customer.
