    @reliancejio @JioCare It's very difficult to connect with your service agent or to get query resolved. My post paid bill generated more than plan I opted. I don't see any option to connect , u guys are just hiding behind walls.

    @JioCare my # 7710969290 has been upgraded from 199 to 399 plus post paid but i have not been given OTT platforms as per the plan. Your cal centre do not reply and solve the issue i have complained on 4th june kindly solve

    @JioCare Had placed a request for termination of Jio Fiber connection in January. Request still not processed. Also, billing hasn’t stopped despite termination of connection. Never seen a more incompetent & pathetic customer service in all these years!

    @reliancejio @JioCare You'll have the worst customer service. I'm calling the customer care since 10 days now and the issue is not resolved. The only reply I get is "Your issue would be resolved tomorrow" but guess what, your tomorrow never comes. Not recommending JioFiber ever.
