    @reliancejio @JioCare Pathetic services. After maintenance broadband down. Service engineer can visit only at 4 pm as that is only slot available. If this is the state in NCR where 5G is rolling out in Oct what will the state be in rest of the country

    I have been waiting from last 4d to get my STB installed, but not a single service eng contacted me, i am just getting msg of reschedule, but d worst part is dat last night i got d msg that my installation has been put on hold, Why so? Kindly resolve asap @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare With reference to Service Request Number SR00001DHMGZ,   Still my internet not work since 28 Aug and your company gives false message no society permission wherein we don’t have such issue as nobody to stop in my premises You may waive charges of these 7 days from bill

    @JioCare @TRAI You ask me to validate my id proff without telling me which id proof to validate. You tell me that as per government regulation bu fail to tell me which regulation allowed that. I need an answer or I port back to Airtel.

    @JioCare ur network doesnt work at all in NRL Centre building of Guwahati It must b matter of shame bcz its most iconic building of Ghy & has more thn 500 people workng in it. Many wl want to switch to better network. Nt raising complaint thru 198 bcz it proved useless in past

    Hey @JioCare how can i get your jio fiber connection? actually @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Fiber is down and no one from support team is responding properly. fiber is broken in my area but not a single person is responding. every one saying dial 121 only. bad time of airtel.

    @reliancejio Furst make true 4g 10kbps to 100 kbps that's all jio got in 4g i do complain for last 2 n half years to jio but wtf jio customer care problem they never listen jio just con artist u know how to snatch our money n give nothing as network f to jio f to your customer care
