    @JioCare, I recharged RS 749 RS at 8 November but recharged not done yet. You just giving same reply within 4 hour, not getting confirmation from bank etc even I sent bank statement to you. I use myjio app not third party app,then why it's not your responsibility? @trai help plz

    @JioCare Below 239 give no money for jio recharge because daily 1 GB data is enough for 5g services and customer other benefit hd call clearly so I would request you to kindly don't threshold limit for customers for 5g use

    @reliancejio @JioCare Such a pathetic service provided by your representatives. Simply fraud. 1st cheating with postpaid, I paid full amount. 2nd now I am getting bill. Not even a single CCE was knowledgeable to help on this as their system is not working. WOW worst service.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Is there anyone to address this issue? I do not see any reschedule message or email since yesterday. It seems like we are raising complaints here and nobody to address the issue on ground. I'm done with this and need a refund.

    @JioCare Recent my numbers Vodafone to jio changes after not working my any UPI app gpay,jio pay,Phonepe,BHIM, another sim network properly working. Jio sim change not working waste of time sim change

    @JioCare Isn't that absolute BS ? When your sales representative team can sit it my home and take my details along with a photo that the installation team is unable to figure out the address ? Do you buy that **** from your installers ?
