    @JioCare @JioCare service request closed without any resolution SR00002LZ7YC. If you have even a shred of shame left, do something about this. It’s been a month and a half, and you are still providing this kind of service. What a pathetic company.

    @JioCare I asked if I’m eligible for a refund or not? It’s a yes or no question. Furthermore, it’s been a week and you still haven’t installed the fiber in my place. This is not the service I paid for, so no work is done hence just refund it

    @JioCare My daily data renewal time has been increased to 12.13 Am to 12.58 Am fix it otherwise I am goona to port this sim in Airtel. However Airtel is offering good speed also . Thanks 👍 do it immediately

    @JioCare I have replied to you DM, need some resolution on this, we cannot have 3.days to solve connectivity issues. Company like JIO ( reliance ) is not able to solve simple problem. This is above my understanding.

    @ViCustomerCare Thanks for your hopeless help and support, do check my revert. 3rd class services of Vi, @reliancejio is way better. Atlease they do not merge the recharge benifits even though user recharge twice or until agree to activate both plans simultaneously.
