    Time to switch from #Vodafone @ViCustomerCare after more than 5 years. The network and data services has gone from bad to worse and an extremely inefficient redressal system despite repeated complaints. Which one should i choose? @airtelindia or @reliancejio

    @JioCare jio technicians came to resolve the internet connectivity issue and broke one of my elephant showpiece worth Rs. 1999/-... After we told them to pay, they simply ran away without even saying sorry...when I asked them to pay, they simply told me to complain

    @JioCare Dear Team, I have been hearing this same reply from customer care since last 2 days and I see nothing happening. Mine is a prepaid service and I have paid for each day for which I'm not getting internet. I'm not able to work from Home. I just need a Faulty Router Replacement.

    @JioCare know that our plan was degraded by using the referral code, the the agent never mentioned that if we use the referral code our plan would get degraded and we and we won’t be able to use Amazon prime. We weren’t informed about the same by the agent and it’s the clear case
