    @wolfden13x @JioCare Buddy I've been requesting no begging for them to send an engineer home so they can check in person but no they're avoiding at all cost! Unbelievable pathetic customer service. Paisa barabar se liye pure saal ka lekin.

    @JioCare @reliancejio After relocation request of jio fiber, old devices got picked up but from 5 days waiting for new install but no one came to. No call. Only rescheduling messsages. advanced paid 1200 kindly help

    @JioCare Unacceptable @JioCare! Your team cancels my appt, and now you want ME to wait 3 hours and reschedule it myself because of "system restrictions"? I shouldn't have to fix your internal tech's mistake. Assign an engineer and get my internet fixed tonight!
