    I applied @JioCare fiber connection on 15th april 2021,recharge on 15th may 2021. From 23rd May 2021 my Internet not working. Paid 1500 security + 470 Rs (399 plan). After so many reminder today one jio person came asked for new connection instead of wait for repair( 1/2 )

    @JioCare This is not issue of location, at the same time same number Vodafone & Airtel are being connecting but Jio not ? that also prime location in Mira Bhayandar (Mumbai) and ur team ready with default reply to give for such complain.

    What kind of pathetic service are you providing to your subsribers? Frequent disconnections and now internet is down. Neither any action is being taken on the complaint nor got any response from your area manager on the ticket raised!!! @jio_gigafiber @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare I have lost two days of validity because of some temporary issue by the company. I want extension of two days in my validity period as a compensation. Why I should pay for company's fault. Please do the needful.

    @reliancejio I have requested to jio fiber team to take the JioFiber setup box after free trial on 17 may But still no one from jio has contacted me till now. Already called your customer care but no satisfactory reply. Please resolve my issue quickly and pick your JioFiber box

    I have paid for the next month. and I am an online exam tommorrow. I need jiofiber relocated today at last, or refund my whole 2500 amount so that I can switch to airtel fiber with better customer service. Who will be responsible for my loss? @reliancegroup @reliancejio @JioCare.
