@JioCare There is no need for alternate number. My current phone number is going good and other people are able to reach me. You are the only one facing problem to reach me. I usually remain free for calls after 1pm to 9pm. Please resolve service request and refund my money.

@JioCare @reliancejio It’s been 7 days I am raising DNP Requests for device pickup and no one is coming to collect the device and issue me refund. Customer service is unhelpful and not doing anything. They don’t even know how much refund will come. What to do now?

Never buy @reliancejio friends. They keep asking same questions to just make you feel some progress is happening but nothing happens ever after. Plus their customer service is so worst that they close case without resolving the problem
