    @JioCare No is asking for 5G internet, but first provide good and reliable 4G service. The current 4G network is not satisfactory. Fix 4G properly before asking for or promoting 5G. Thank you!

    @JioCare Same thing I have been hearing since last Friday, what is the result till now? Almost 2 weeks STB not working, but there would be no solution from your side

    @JioCare I am already using Jio, but sadly I am facing network issues at the moment. If @airtelindia makes incoming calls free, I will port out all my 3 Jio SIMs.

    @JioCare your jio service and customer care is a big scam i had been complaining of poor network more than a year yet nothing have been solved … porting to other .. thank you 😮‍💨

    More than 10+complaints but the only solution I received is we are working on it and it will take about 6months sorry for inconvenience and 1kb speed internet. I wonder what would I do with this ****. Im paying but all I get wait. look into this matter @reliancejio @JioCare
