Anshul (@Anshulafk) reported@yrmantri3 @JioCare @reliancejio I recently did that too; they've made the process complicated. Three people from customer care tried to convince me not to cancel the connection. Jiofiber used to be really good, they've changed recently.

I only want physical SIM and cannot wait any longer. If unable to deliver it immediately, please cancel my order and issue a full refund.
