    @JioCare Are you seriously saying your service is so overwhelmed that no technician is available for 2 days? This only shows how unreliable the service has become. Customers are left waiting endlessly while still being charged. Completely unacceptable.

    @JioCare my patience ran out days ago. It has been 9 days with no resolution, and generic updates like these are no longer acceptable. I am making it very clear: if you have a solution, fix it within the next 24 hours. If not, stop wasting my time and process my full refund immediately

    @JioCare hi I got a Jio sim fully recharged for 3 months from Hyderabad, India. But I don’t see any signal when I land in Frankfurt, Germany. Is there something I need to do? Or you? Please help! 9398202824
