    @JioCare One more surprising and disappointing thing is that JioFiber Service Request No. SR000038OZVJ has already been processed and closed by your team without providing the connection and without obtaining any confirmation from me. Very pathetic services.

    @JioCare I have been complaining since yesterday, but all I keep getting are excuses that the technician is "just about to arrive." If you cannot provide timely service, then why have a scheduling system in the first place?

    @JioCare 7th day and down! no person has checked the issue ! same tower ...others are able to access internet and no such issue of fiber cut ! Technicians are misguding management!

    Switched to Jio from Airtel because of poor network. Now Jio shows no service @JioCare Worst network coverage.

    @JioCare @reliancejio 200 pass unlimited 5g is not working. I have a base plan of 3 months. Activate 5g asap.

    Another JioFiber outage. It's fascinating how efficiently you collect payments while being completely unavailable when the service goes down. Just waiting for my subscription to end. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare The problem is someone has to answer my call and give a timeline, the problem is I have no timeline , no response TAT and no update as to what is happening, we work from home and my work is fully hampered.
