    Tired with @JioCare @reliancejio 1 bar at home network from last 2 months i have complained more than 50times even email to @JioCare they saying due to high number of user in your area and due to limited connections, we are not able to provide you the service.

    @JioCare #MukeshAmbani I am using the Jio fiber and recharged the Gold plan. I am facing issues with the set-top box since the last Sunday (September 20, 2020). Tried to contact the customer care and the local Jio fiber technicians, however, there is no help. Kindly help me.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I am using jio since when they have launched it but day by day there is a decrease in speed and now the speed and network coverage is so poor that it can't even load a 144p video and the signal is only one bar so being the largest network provider help 😭.

    I am the only leader for this journey. No one is there. Even can't take action so I went to our law and public affairs Minister Mr Malay Ghatak. I wrote a letter and he has signed. After that network connection would had restored. @JioCare @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani

    I will request @JioCare to upgrade from jio fibre to Air Fibre for no cost. Every now and then the low quality fibre wires cables break down and WiFi and all services are interrupted for days.

    @JioCare Called Jio today about my pending device request (over a week now). Customer care said “no update on your request” and kept repeating they had no timeline. I asked to escalate to their leader — call went on hold for 3 minutes and then disconnected. @JioCare @JioHotstar

    Extremely disappointed with JioFiber service. Internet has been down/not functioning properly, causing disruption to work and daily activities. Customer support has failed to provide a satisfactory resolution. Requesting immediate intervention and a permanent fix. @JioCare

    @reliancejio I have placed order for Jio Air fiber on 5th May,2026. While taking this service Jio person informed that I will get the connection with in 10-15 days. But after 15 days they informed it will take another 15 days. If I wish they can initiate refund. Then I opted refund. not got
