    Hi @JioCare. As you say you have the best 4g connectivity in India but I don't see that much of connectivity. Even people can't get me on calls and I can't use the 4g evenly. My pincode is 828207. If you can't get to the problem asap then I will move on to @Airtel_Presence .

    @JioCare everyone has same building id only mine has different I am unable reffer my friend. You guys not taking my problem seriously. Don't say you guys cannot change. What should I do? Should I suffer just because of jio fault? @_MukeshAmbani

    Tired with @JioCare @reliancejio 1 bar at home network from last 2 months i have complained more than 50times even email to @JioCare they saying due to high number of user in your area and due to limited connections, we are not able to provide you the service.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani please refund my money. Since 9days no internet connectivity. Daily basis engineer are reschedule my installation date. Install today only otherwise I will cancel jio. Switch to airtel.refund my money ASAP

    @JioCare #MukeshAmbani I am using the Jio fiber and recharged the Gold plan. I am facing issues with the set-top box since the last Sunday (September 20, 2020). Tried to contact the customer care and the local Jio fiber technicians, however, there is no help. Kindly help me.

    Subham Singh from Chelidanga office of @reliancejio in Asansol is defrauding innocent customers. He's randomly giving WiFi connection to people then rudely behaving when there's a complaint or malfunction, refusing to help @JioCare #JioFiber #jiofiberdown

    I am the only leader for this journey. No one is there. Even can't take action so I went to our law and public affairs Minister Mr Malay Ghatak. I wrote a letter and he has signed. After that network connection would had restored. @JioCare @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani

    Recharged by 999 in Jio Fiber. Unable to watch the TV. Called at @JioCare and the telecaller disconnected the call when I asked for the ticket number and the issue is not yet fixed. Shame on you @JioCare @reliancegroup

    @reliancejio My internet speeds are terrible with Jio. I pay for 100mbps, but it barely hits 5mbps unless I restart the router, and even then, it only lasts for 5 minutes. I can't even get in touch with customer service or report the issue.

    Really disappointed with @JioCare @reliancejio service. Promised 100 Mbps on Jio AirFiber, but currently not even getting 10 Kbps. Tried calling support, but only automated messages and calls get disconnected, no way to reach a real executive.

    @JioCare Facing poor network issues in our area for a long time now. Location: Swarna Jayanti Vihar, PIN 208011, near Sughar Singh Academy, Koyla Nagar. We are loyal users, but if this isn’t resolved soon, many of us may be forced to switch to a better network. Kindly fix this.
