Even people can't get me on calls and I can't use the 4g evenly. My pincode is 828207. If you can't get to the problem asap then I will move on to @Airtel_Presence .

Shubham Gupta (@lawandnation) reported@JioCare has a funny way of handling complaints. First they make it utterly impossible to raise a service request. But when you are finally able to raise the request their backend team will close it without resolving it. And then the whole cycle starts again. Pathetic.
