10days ago in my area has no jio connection. There is some cold War between local operator with jio fibre. No one has come across for fighting. Almost 15days we don't have jio network connection. So i decided to do some for jio. I complain on local police station.@JioCare

Recharged by 999 in Jio Fiber. Unable to watch the TV. Called at @JioCare and the telecaller disconnected the call when I asked for the ticket number and the issue is not yet fixed. Shame on you @JioCare @reliancegroup

@reliancejio @JioCare I got a connection of jio fiber and I cancelled my connection because of some issues. While cancellation customer care was telling me “ You will get the refund after 14days , from the date of pickup” Still I didn’t get my refund ? Very bad service 👎🏻

I am the only leader for this journey. No one is there. Even can't take action so I went to our law and public affairs Minister Mr Malay Ghatak. I wrote a letter and he has signed. After that network connection would had restored. @JioCare @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani

@reliancejio pathetic service by your customer care advisor. Advisor Name: Tahaseen Full name: Refused to say Employee ID: refused to say Complaint: I had tried one month jio fiber free trial. Started on 20th March. Cancelled on 16th April. Well within 30 days.
