    @JioCare #MukeshAmbani I am using the Jio fiber and recharged the Gold plan. I am facing issues with the set-top box since the last Sunday (September 20, 2020). Tried to contact the customer care and the local Jio fiber technicians, however, there is no help. Kindly help me.

    Recharged by 999 in Jio Fiber. Unable to watch the TV. Called at @JioCare and the telecaller disconnected the call when I asked for the ticket number and the issue is not yet fixed. Shame on you @JioCare @reliancegroup

    @JioCare @reliancejio I got a connection of jio fiber on 7/8/21, and I cancelled my connection on 9/8/21,because of some issues. While cancellation customer care was telling me “ You will get the refund after 14days , from the date of pickup” Still I didn’t get my refund ?

    @JioCare @fiber_jio @PhonePe_ Pls confirm where the money is. Phone pe is giving tr I'd and jio is saying it is invalid. Jio is not reply to mails also. Jio service is getting worst day by day.

    This shows that airtel prefers Cash Inflow and Money over Quality of service. The only reason @reliancejio isn't my Primary number yet is because their lack of reliability with 4G only network.(5/6)

    @reliancejio My RELOCATION Appointment of JioFiber connection with Order Number CO0000IF07AK was not attended by anyone. I have tried thrice in 3 months for relocation. But no one is interested. Worst service by jio. you are only interested in new connections. 1/2

    So if you're say inside a metro station which has free WiFi but Airtel network isn't great inside to make an urgent call, You Can't! But with @JioCare, you can easily call via VoWifi even if you're at the last 📶 Bar!!(4/6)

    @JioCare compalint registered on 3 Jan still not resolved . Ott membership was cancelled in 8 Dec and amt of 999 has still not been reversed in the current bill. Customer care had taken complaint on 3 Jan 22 but the current bill still does not reflect the credit. Ridiculous svc
