While cancellation customer care was telling me “ You will get the refund after 14days , from the date of pickup” Still I didn’t get my refund ?

I have sent an email to the Nodal officer of Jio (UP West) If my JioFiber doesn't get fixed soon, I will file a complaint on Government's Department of Telecommunications.
