    @Airtel_Presence My Airtel numbers are working absolutely fine with a constant 25-35 Mbps speed. I'm having a problem with my @reliancejio connection which I'll port into Airtel Postpaid if @JioCare doesn't fix it soon. They have been nagging this for 3 straight years.

    @JioCare I can't understand why my jio network is slow ,,r u really gives us 1.5 GB data per day ,,I don't think so ,, because I'm never used my all data just beautiful of poor connection and speed ,,plz do something

    @reliancejio @JioCare I am using jio since when they have launched it but day by day there is a decrease in speed and now the speed and network coverage is so poor that it can't even load a 144p video and the signal is only one bar so being the largest network provider help 😭.

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio, ported from Airtel. Airtel SIM is now dead, but my new Jio SIM has No Service.WhatsApp bot accepted my ICCID confirmation, but the automated backend order status is stuck on "Not Processed" due to late delivery. Please push activation through manually.

    @reliancejio is such a disappointment. It takes them 3 days to send an engineer and on the 3rd day engineer doesn’t show up and there’s no communication from @JioCare. They force you to download the app to track service request, which doesn’t show up on the app. ******* useless

    @SowmiyaonX @JioCare My Jio AirFiber was completely down for 12 days. Your team took 12 days to fix the technical issue on your end. Now, your care team is refusing to give me a validity extension for those 12 days. I am literally being forced to pay for a service that you failed to provide.

    @JioCare I guess you are new here. Go through my complete chats. Raised complaint about my 9 days loss work, productivity n salary due to delay from your side. I paid on 19 May but service activated on 28 May, why? Can you afford if your salary will deduct where it was not your mistake?
