    @reliancejio Jio is the most people like this network i will request you in now this situation coivd time every one live there onw house I have to request you 1.5GB is not enough for people in this situation so i will request you jio please increase the data on the same pricepack

    @JioCare @TRAI @reliancejio I was talking to CC(I want but could not disclosed the name). He wasn't even listening to my query and told me this issue can't resolved. Because of this behavior I am leaving Jio,I will choose other but not Jio. Even I will tell my relatives. 2/2

    @JioCare @reliancejio I got a connection of jio fiber on 7/8/21, and I cancelled my connection on 9/8/21,because of some issues. While cancellation customer care was telling me “ You will get the refund after 14days , from the date of pickup” Still I didn’t get my refund ?

    Hi @JioCare. As you say you have the best 4g connectivity in India but I don't see that much of connectivity. Even people can't get me on calls and I can't use the 4g evenly. My pincode is 828207. If you can't get to the problem asap then I will move on to @Airtel_Presence .

    Recharged by 999 in Jio Fiber. Unable to watch the TV. Called at @JioCare and the telecaller disconnected the call when I asked for the ticket number and the issue is not yet fixed. Shame on you @JioCare @reliancegroup

    Tired with @JioCare @reliancejio 1 bar at home network from last 2 months i have complained more than 50times even email to @JioCare they saying due to high number of user in your area and due to limited connections, we are not able to provide you the service.

    @DoT_India @manojsinhabjp @PMOIndia @INCIndia my father purchased JIOFI and he is no more I recharged it twice one time payment got deducted but recharge not happened again I had to recharge it happened however the plan did not got active no help from IVR @JioCare

    Extremely disappointed with @JioCare customer service. I’m facing issues with my Jio SIM, but there is absolutely no proper support. The call center executives have zero technical knowledge and only give scripted, robotic replies. Very pathetic experience. @TRAI @jagograhakjago

    @JioCare 2/3 My observations do not indicate normal congestion Data works only when I manually force n78 and stand on the rooftop As soon as I move downstairs or indoors, the connection becomes unusable or disappears The device often connects to NR SA Band 28 with extremely poor performa

    @Akash_Ambani @JioCare JioFiber 1135560382 faced repeated outages for over a month, including 3 disruptions in 7 days. Despite multiple complaints, visits are missed,only temporary fixes provided.Several users on same junction boxare affected. Kindly ensure permanent resolution.

    @JioCare you should stop your service in bhubaneswar particularly achryabihar. The internet speed is pathetic. It's a smart City but service is like rural village.

    @reliancejio Useless service. Whether you are at home or around the house, they keep switching from 5G to LTE, they keep doing it. They ask again how is the service, 5G is working great, give me the rate.. What rating would you give for this? 👎🏻

    @JioCare 1/3 Thank you for the response, but I am looking for a resolution, not a generic assurance. The issue has been ongoing since 9 June in Sikiya Narayanpur, Mirzapur 231305, with near 0 Mbps speeds and latency of around 2000 ms despite showing 5G coverage.
