While cancellation customer care was telling me “ You will get the refund after 14days , from the date of pickup” Still I didn’t get my refund ?

After 3 weeks of waiting, I am still getting the answer that there are no service engineers available! Frustrated, I raised another request on 4th June for cancelling the service.
