While cancellation customer care was telling me “ You will get the refund after 14days , from the date of pickup” Still I didn’t get my refund ? Very bad service 👎🏻

Even people can't get me on calls and I can't use the 4g evenly. My pincode is 828207. If you can't get to the problem asap then I will move on to @Airtel_Presence .
