Recharged by 999 in Jio Fiber. Unable to watch the TV. Called at @JioCare and the telecaller disconnected the call when I asked for the ticket number and the issue is not yet fixed. Shame on you @JioCare @reliancegroup

@reliancejio @JioCare I got a connection of jio fiber and I cancelled my connection because of some issues. While cancellation customer care was telling me “ You will get the refund after 14days , from the date of pickup” Still I didn’t get my refund ? Very bad service 👎🏻

Airtel literally starts calling you day and night if you tweet you wish to Port your number from @airtel to @ViCustomerCare or @reliancejio but that's only to waste more of your time & do nothing about the issue. Again am expecting calls from them but I am not wasting my time.
