@JioCare #MukeshAmbani I am using the Jio fiber and recharged the Gold plan. I am facing issues with the set-top box since the last Sunday (September 20, 2020). Tried to contact the customer care and the local Jio fiber technicians, however, there is no help. Kindly help me.

Wow! @reliancejio stopped me from using Twitter App & Site. Youtube videos buffering. Banking Apps & Paytm aren't able to open. Due to a bad network, UPI Payments were Cancelled. And they've no idea when their network will work. Worst Service by #Jio. Even Bsnl service is better
