@JioCare network issue is my area has been going on for the past one year, still @reliancejio hasn’t install a tower to resolve the issue. Very disappointing.

@JioCare It's been 5 days still my set top box is not replaced. Struggling to register a complaint.. even after sending mails no one care. Please don't go for jio fiber as their services had become worst.

While taking money they say it is refundable 2500 and will do installation immediately but this is not done and further i am calling customer care for refund as installation is not done no one answer ivr gets disconnected.Don't provide eta if ur team can stick to it @reliancejio
