Worst support from @reliancejio Fiber in Bangalore, my connection is not working from past 5 days and they are not responding for calls and they are saying technical team is not available to attend issue. Don't know how @JioCare is providing connections with out proper support.

Pathetic service by @JioCare. It has been 4 days my net is broken, the engineer visited today and said the main box is not working. Another team was supposed to fix it but no one is fixing it. JioCare does not respond to calls. Very very poor service from the back team.
