I was told it is mandatory valid for 28 days or so and from next month onwards I'm free to choose any plan. The connection was cut by the local municipal authorities. You have no clue what the problem is and keep repeating your answers like parrots .

I received a refund message on 22 May, yet now I'm being told I'm not eligible for a refund. This is blatant negligence and poor service. Refund my money immediately.
