    @JioCare @reliancejio unable to dial any toll free numbers from my postpaid JIO connection. Getting a credit limit related error message. Already raised a complaint which was closed without a resolution being provided. Can someone pls take ownership and resolve?

    Dad (senior citizen) has been struggling to get his Internet fixed (went down on Dec 15). While they have been responsive/even sent an engineer over once, it still isn’t fixed. Citing some engineering challenges. How long can this sustain??? @JioCare @RelianceJioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio I still haven’t got my 5g network. I had put a tweet about this 4 days back and still you guys haven’t done anything about this issue. I have all the requirements for availing jio 5g but still it’s not getting started

    @JioCare no 4g network in many areas in bangalore..useless service..cant give proper 4g services..raised complaint 1.5 months back..as soon as i raised porting out request i got a call saying..we will resolve the issue very soon as we are porting to 5g..non sense

    @JioCare Need to know who is incharge for Ullal Bangalore. Many people are contacting but no one is ready to support. I'm following up with Prakash from RR nagar but his way of talking is not customer friendly. Also for 124 flat located area you guys are not giving the priority.

    @JioCare @reliancejio it’s been a terrible experience using jio. I’m not getting my 5g invitation for the past 5 days and you have been saying that you will send me the invitation as early as possible but I haven’t received anything and this is not what I was expected from jio

    @JioCare @JioCare My services were not usable for many days due to repeated internet issues and downtime. My plan is ₹599 + GST, but the bill amount is ₹1117.23, which is incorrect. Previous month payment was already made, and service downtime should also be considered.

    @JioCare @JioCare Service has been down since 3rd May morning i.e. 4 days of complete outage now. All I’ve received are repeated “restoring ASAP” responses with no resolution or clear timeline. No accountability when service is down for 4 days.

    @JioCare Good day. I installed Jio Fiber in November 2025. Before installation, I contacted a Jio technician to confirm the network availability and speed in my area. I was assured that the connection would be stable and reliable.(1/6)

    @JioCare this company and its service its the worst ******* company to deal with. Either their internet installation engineer are sleeping or doing time pass. 5 days and no resolution. I wish i had taken airtel internet service.

    Very disappointed with the service from @JioCare @reliancejio at our new office. From day one, we’ve been facing continuous internet issues despite multiple complaints and follow-ups.Our work, client meetings, and communication are getting affected due to the poor support.

    @JioCare Very disappointed with JioAirFiber service. Internet issue still not resolved after repeated complaints. Only fake assurances, no actual solution. If this continues, I will permanently disconnect my connection. Poor support from @JioCare.

    @JioCare @JioCare A relocation request gets resolved only when line is relocated and starts to work. This does not happen and I raise a complaint, you close it unilaterally and claim that it is resolved. If connection has been relocated and working why will I message and waste time?
