It’s a interest free deposit and you are withholding that. Even while registering request for terminating connection, 4 times the call center disconnected the call.

What exactly are customers paying you for—150 Mbps internet or 0.69 Mbps excuses? Your complete lack of urgency and accountability is pathetic. Stop wasting my time, stop pretending you provide “support,” and FIX THE DAMN CONNECTION.
