@JioCare I hv chkd wth person staying in opposite bldg & JioFiber network is working well at his residence but our bldg we r being deprived of JioFiber network, for 3 days v r without network whereas opposite bldg is enjoying the network seems the issue is local & ur ground team 2 rectify

@VenkaT_PawanisT Same issues with @JioCare at one point I bacame frustrated for porting to Jio from @Airtel_Presence. Call won't connect for the first time.. I've to switch on Aeroplane mode and then turn off and it will work..

@Airtel_Presence Willing to switch FIBRE DSL to @JioCare , Since there is frequent network outrage/blackout in locality from 21/sep, despite multiple complaints, including others too. Last Month Airtel kept Me with them my giving 'Waiver', but I want reliability & robustness.

@ACTFibernet Your customer service is worst. Waiting period of 30 minutes always. For every query the resolution provided is to restart router. Chat Bots are unable to understand the problem. Where should I port my connection to ? @reliancejio @airtelindia
