    @reliancejio I had installed a connection for Jio Fibre yesterday i.e. 01/01/2022, and i was assured that my connection will be active within 2hrs, its been 24 hrs now, connection is still inactive and the employees are now ignoring my calls and are not resolving the issue, Worst

    @reliancejio I have been facing issue with jio network in my area, with power cut even for an hour your tower gets shut-off, I tried complaining to your customer support executive, but they give me stupid reply instead, the told me that is normal, and it's because of the power

    @JioCare the worst service I got for the Jiofiber setup box issue. Got to service centre multiple times and the engineer visited asked “ if you want service keep it or cancel it” where issue is not in tv where setup box failed to load.

    @JioCare Still how long should I wait? I have raised the issue here on Dec 16th and today is Jan 2nd and even before here, I have been in contact with jio fiber team over calls and email since mid of Nov, so I would like to know still how many more months will u push it for?

    @JioCare I am facing huge internet issue on my jio number. Request you to look into this urgently. Due to that I can’t do my day to day work and so loosing faith on jio. Initially it was good but now what suddenly happened I don’t know. Please look into this asap. Thanks.
