    @reliancejio @JioCare got defrauded by one of your sim home delivery executive...took 1800/- against 1 year recharge and handed over a new sim which never got activated...customer service also not able to help in this matter...

    @JioCare What is wrong with your support folks? Apparently I have been refunded and I'm asking for the amount that has been refunded and @JioCare is asking for my bank statement! This is stupid. You haven't refunded anything and you are asking for my bank statement?!! What stupidity?!!

    @JioCare I am unable to call or receive the call since yesterday. No issue with internet. Incoming & outgoing call is not happening. This problem occurred after when I removed the sim card and re inserted the sim in device.
