    @JioCare @Ss10021968 Ambani Sir, Order 17555260170490764A-01 and 17725443711102412A-01 Today, it has been 330 days since I placed these orders, and I still have not received them. Despite repeated follow-ups, I have not received a satisfactory resolution from the Jiomart team.

    @JioCare This is exactly why consumer protection needs stronger enforcement. @PMOIndia make the rules, and they have a responsibility to ensure that companies are held accountable when they fail to provide the services people pay for. Unless, the government is also a fraudster.

    @JioCare This is a refund issue, not a technician visit. I'm not even in Bengaluru anymore. Stop sending irrelevant copy-paste replies and process my ₹3,300 refund. It's been almost a year.

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio Another detailed escalation sent to Jio senior authorities, yet not a single reply or resolution. Since 2 July: 4 appointment SMS, cancellations, contradictory reasons & no installation. Is silence Jio's answer to a customer? Need accountability NOW. #JioAirFiber

    @JioCare @reliancejio Why do you need an ALTERNATE number. Means u are accepting yourself that @reliancejio network is worst, that's why you are not able to make a call on JIO SIM and asking an alternate number of another provider.

    @JioCare My JioFiber relocation (Order: CO0001TGHLAJ) was scheduled on 14 Jul (1:30–3 PM). No technician arrived, no call, no update. It’s 15 Jul and I’ve still received no response despite repeated follow-ups. This is unacceptable. Resolve this tomorrow without fail #JioFiber
