    Such pathetic services by @reliancejio. I paid the six month plan for fibre and it shows paid till 3 months i.e October in the dashboard and the customer care number just has AI...can't even talk to a real person

    @JioCare @reliancejio Asking me to "check DM" is not a resolution. My order was cancelled because of Jio's equipment shortage, not due to missing details.Please provide a confirmed installation date or officially admit that Jio cannot fulfill #jioAirFiber requests in Ratnagiri at present

    @JioCare your customer care says i am not eligible for vouchers of my un utilised subscription amount. They tried connecting +91 33-35015750 supervisor but he didnt pick up. Please give a concrete solution.
