    @reliancejio very poor network connectivity ever experienced on current location from last few days.Wrost response by the jio support team. Nothing improvement after raising the issue few days before.

    @JioCare @PMOIndia @BBCHindi worst service provider, looting people, jio has taken my money in advance and now not installing Airfiber. Their people are so arogant and mannerless. So don't go for Jio. Please refund my money for postpaid why they have taken money in advance

    @TradeThatFlow @JioCare Same bad network in my jio airfiber ,i just connected my airtel mobile hotspot and it is working. how shameless and useless jio airfiber is,its a scam i think!! If mobile hotspot works better than airber than this company should sink in the sea.

    @JioCare @JioCare I received a call from your engineer regarding JioFiber installation, but he didn’t speak anything on the call and disconnected it immediately. After that, I received a message saying my request was cancelled without any proper communication or resolution.

    JioFiber @reliancejio My internet has been down for almost 3 days. Temporary fixes are given daily but connection disconnects again. Instead of resolving it permanently, your support is forcing me to switch to JioAirFiber. Very disappointing for an old customer.

    Dear @JioCare we are facing severe connectivity problem in our area - Jodhpur, Rajasthan. The Wifi is not connecting properly and even the mobile network is working in 4G mode, even though when it has 5G connectivity. Please address the problem and provide resolutions asap

    @JioCare Issue is with all the Devices and I had informed customer care executive 2 days , where @JioCare would have to arrange technician home visit, but there is NO further action, we keep on facing the issue.

    Absolutely pathetic service from @JioCare, @reliancejio. My WiFi has been down since early morning, raised a service request at 10:30 AM, and there’s STILL no proper resolution. No updates, no accountability, nothing. This is how you treat customers? Unacceptable!
