    @JioCare How much more time do you need to resolve this issue? My broadband has been down since 13/07/2026, and despite repeated complaints, it is still not restored. Please stop giving generic assurances and tell me the exact date and time by which the issue will be resolved. #JioFiber

    My network isn't working from 5 days for my Jiofiber with registered number and still now I'm unable to connect to a technician and I tried rebooting and troubleshooting and it's still not working. I'm planning to switch to a different service provider due to no service @JioCare

    @JioCare On top of that, you’re saying this situation doesn’t qualify for compensation or a validity extension. Then please clarify under what circumstances Jio actually provides compensation. If a week-long outage and unusable internet don’t qualify, what exactly does?

    Facing major network issues with @reliancejio mobile network in P Block South Ex - II, New Delhi 110049. Most of the time network remains absent, somehow if it works quality is extremely horrible. Looks like @JioCare wants people to port out of their network. @DoT_India

    @jiocare my internet is not working properly inspite of raising multiple complaints for enginee visit no one is ever coming to resolve the issue. I am getting 5mbps speed for a 100 gb airfiber plan since last 7 days and speed is so slow can't even work properly.
