    Reliance jio only interested to work for "Gaali Dene Wale Customer". i don't abuse, So they again given me a complain no. MR0000MT0XGC only.Which they are giving me since 2016.Poor network & Data speed issue still continued. Kindly guide me to abuse you @reliancejio @JioCare @jio

    @JioCare Why does the recharge expires in the middle of the day? If I am traveling my recharge pack got expired I am not able to make the call in emergency. No one is giving their phone. Kindly expire the recharge at 12 am of the day not in middle of the day

    @JioCare It is surprisong that yuo do not have engineer slot for 5 days. Also if I am surrendereing my connection you are not refunding my balance amount. This is cheating. Even you cannot provide suervice you should refund the moneu to customer

    @JioCare Shshank, any update on SR00003C5U11 support team is working on it but any eta Or timeline of refund or 2099 is year set on that SR? I understand your side but support team got to be pushed to resolve 2.5+ month old simple refund matter. Why such issue can't understand.
