    @reliancejio very poor network connectivity ever experienced on current location from last few days.Wrost response by the jio support team. Nothing improvement after raising the issue few days before.

    Reliance jio only interested to work for "Gaali Dene Wale Customer". i don't abuse, So they again given me a complain no. MR0000MT0XGC only.Which they are giving me since 2016.Poor network & Data speed issue still continued. Kindly guide me to abuse you @reliancejio @JioCare @jio

    @JioCare This is completely unacceptable. Despite paying for a full recharge, the network is extremely poor—frequent call drops and unusable internet. Feels like cheating customers.

    Suffering @airtelindia internet (5G) connectivity from last 2 weeks anywhere i go. Your 198 service is totally failure as it's an computerised service and can't understand my problem. Going to port into @reliancejio , UPC generated. @DoT_India

    @JioCare Yesterday (27.05.2026) 4:30pm to 10pm there was no network of jio. Kindly check once last few days we are facing the same issue. Take it seriously & resolve

    I had jio air fiber conection facing frequent disconnection and low speed and wifi not coming in 10 feet distance also and when I am talking to customer care they are telling to buy extender but my flat area is 400 sq feet only this not fair @JioCare @JIOAIRFIBERIN

    @reliancejio @JioCare No resolution and as usual when called customer care they closed old tickets and gave a new one. SR000036VP5L. I mean is this cycle ever gonna end ? 40+ days , 5 different complaints and still no resolution.

    4 days and still no solution from Jio Fiber Only rescheduling hold requests and delays No proper coordination and no commitment from the service team Very poor customer service experience @JioCare

    @JioCare I made the full payment for JioFiber yesterday, but still haven’t received any call from a technician regarding the installation. Even customer support is not providing any clear update. #jio #jiocare
