@JioCare @reliancejio It’s unacceptable that you guys take 24 hours to address any internet issues when it’s a Hybrid situation in Bengaluru. Absolutely disgusting !! For a new connection you guys are taking less than 5 hours on the other hand.

@reliancejio Worse customer service when they have to give refund please don’t take their connection their team is full of liars where they say relocation stopped so you have to take new connection but they are not getting device picked up and not issuing refund . No respite by appellate too
