    @JioCare It's stuck at one location. No progress. Have you checked the screenshot? Both have the difference of 3 months. Have you seen the progress is stuck at one location? Is type of service you are delivering to customer? I have wasted 6 month for Jio Fiber. I should go for Airtel. 😒

    @reliancejio very poor network connectivity at our area, we were happy to know that you are extending fibre connection, but seems you stopped extension just 400mts apart. Don't know whom to complain what to do next. Tired calling your executive and customer support. You failed.

    @JioCare I have received same reply now. Request you to provide details of your higher authorities or you can ask them to connect me on 8779526723. Not all happy with the resolution. Mistake is from JIO end and customer is paying penalty of his hard earned money. Kindly refund!!

    @reliancejio poor customer service by a Big co like Jio. They harass to refund deposit to process surrender Jio fibre net connection. No action even after 15 days of service request

    I am Feeling FRUSTRATED WITH POOR SERVICE OF JIO! I had Redeemed my 13 OTT Free Subscription plan in MyJio APP through my JioFiber Number. I didnt get Subscription yet. I got mail from Jio saying my plan is active but it does not reflect in OTT. @reliancejio @JioCare @JioSaavn
