    @JioCare My #jiofiber set top box in not working since 22 Sept.I raised complaint on 23 sept. and engineer visit was scheduled for 25 but nobody came. Since 25th I am following up with your customer support team but stills no resolution.

    My jio broadband not working since morning. Biggest problem is not able to register a complaint tried all ways suggested but not sure even if my complaint is registered.. Now i dont know when i will get the internet connection back.. This is so bloody irritating .@JioCare

    I have no other option but to port out of jio. If this how you give support. It’s been 4 days and still not even 1 proper response. I have recharge due in 2 days. Better not waste my money. @JioCare
