    I have been using jio phone since last ten month.The performance & Quality Of it continuesly Decreasing. To cut a call,pressed at least four to five times. Keypad quality is also rubbish. Want to Throw in it into a Garbage. Really Bad Service. @reliancejio

    @JioCare In the very same location sometimes back I used to get speed between 15 to 34 Mbps. You guys don't improve ever. Network speed of jio is falling continuously. @reliancejio @TRAI #MukeshAmbani

    @JioCare you have the worst call drop rate in history of telephone. People used to refer BSNL for these things but you are above all.That too in delhi. Your net doesn't work while talking on phone. I know you will deny all facts shamelessly. But it's true u re the worst.

    Dear @reliancejio , Internet speed in my mobile is very low.What like you will provide fiber optic service. Provide speed in the first #4G. My internet is slowing down from 2G.

    Waiting at Reliance jio service center -Aditya mall, gzb but employee are unresponsive and lot of kiosk is here just to open the door. Neither engineer is interested to listen @JioCare @reliancejio

    Facing very poor internet connection in Firozabad, especially at night internet doesn't work at all like not even at 2G speed. Even it takes 10 minutes to send a small text message on whatsapp. @JioCare @DoT_India @reliancejio

    @10digiapp @JioCare My order numbers are #100114890 and #100115426. The latter was initiated on advise of your customer care executive, post verification failure on the first order. I’ve already paid the charges and was assure that a back-end transfer of the amount shall be done. No luck yet.
