  I have been using jio phone since last ten month.The performance & Quality Of it continuesly Decreasing. To cut a call,pressed at least four to five times. Keypad quality is also rubbish. Want to Throw in it into a Garbage. Really Bad Service. @reliancejio

  @JioCare internet services at my place down for more than 6 hours - engineer visit booked but no one has turned up yet - can't connect the engineer as the contact number is continuously on busy mode. He was supposed to be before 8 pm today Can't expect such lethargic services from JIO after taking a premium plan! expecting an immediate resolution! Right now, the bullshit call center had delayed the status after 8 pm

  @JioCare Problem: when somebody booked your connection then why your representative lie. To get the money only. Your representative committed that connection will be done by last Saturday. You are not addressing the core issue at all.
