    I have been using jio phone since last ten month.The performance & Quality Of it continuesly Decreasing. To cut a call,pressed at least four to five times. Keypad quality is also rubbish. Want to Throw in it into a Garbage. Really Bad Service. @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio sir please solve my problem. After a long time my area's network coverage is very low. I'm most of call and message in customer care but he doesn't solve my problem. I hope immediately solve my problem.

    @JioCare Why till now the installation is not completed? It has been a month since I ordered and paid but till today Jio air fiber is not installed. And I raised the complaint a week ago but still there is no update shared regarding my case. How can a company be so careless? @TRAI

    @JioCare Can u pls arrange a call from customer care ? I couldn't track any of these requests as my account got deactivated once the uninstallation is done at old flat. Now i couldn't track any of the orders or ser requests. I paid Rs.1200 for this relocation or new connect at new flat.

    Facing issues with my 5G network since morning. When I dm jiocare in X about this they told me to use 4G. Why should I do a extra recharge for 4G data while I have already recharged for a unlimited 5G plan. Very much poor customer support experience.@reliancejio @JioCare
