    I have been using jio phone since last ten month.The performance & Quality Of it continuesly Decreasing. To cut a call,pressed at least four to five times. Keypad quality is also rubbish. Want to Throw in it into a Garbage. Really Bad Service. @reliancejio

    @JioCare What to do with this link. After having 5G phone F23, in your website showing as 4G phone. Update your list asap. You guys are stupid and rubbish. Just copy and paste replying. You have no sense what user's are saying.. Low level of Customer support system.. totally shameless.

    @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani How one can identify only Adhar Card as proof, while we have many of other govrn documents. I requested to reissue my JIO card and found No one had clear understanding of required documents. Pathetic Service ever. Its 12 days now still No respond
