I have been using jio phone since last ten month.The performance & Quality Of it continuesly Decreasing. To cut a call,pressed at least four to five times. Keypad quality is also rubbish. Want to Throw in it into a Garbage. Really Bad Service. @reliancejio

@JioCare The service at Jio Stores is becoming pathetic, each store you go to they send you to another store on some or the other pretext. Getting a simple thing done has become a pain. If this is the condition in a metro city like Kolkata, imagine what happens in Tier2/3 cities.
