    I have been using jio phone since last ten month.The performance & Quality Of it continuesly Decreasing. To cut a call,pressed at least four to five times. Keypad quality is also rubbish. Want to Throw in it into a Garbage. Really Bad Service. @reliancejio

    @reliancejio please reintroduced 1GB/Day plan as there are some user who have less daily data consumption due to wifi connection and also improve your network quality and data service . You are taking plenty of money for which purpose?

    @JioCare I am experiencing mo network from 1 day. When I am trying to reach, it says 4 hours will be resolved. But 4 hours has never come since 1 day. One question do you guys pay an extra day for your problem or how many days you take to resolve the issue?

    @JioCare Your team has been working to restore services at the earliest for months. Every time there an outage customers get the same copy-paste response but the actual service never improves Instead of repeating apologies focus on delivering the stable connection customers are paying for

    Despite multiple complaints, there has been no proper solution from customer support or the service team. This is unacceptable. Either permanently fix this issue immediately or refund my last 3 monthsโ€™ payment. Customers deserve reliable internet, not daily frustration. @JioCare
