  I have been using jio phone since last ten month.The performance & Quality Of it continuesly Decreasing. To cut a call,pressed at least four to five times. Keypad quality is also rubbish. Want to Throw in it into a Garbage. Really Bad Service. @reliancejio

  @JioCare Every reply assigns a different agent who asks me to explain the entire issue again. Please assign one dedicated case owner who can review the previous conversation and take this to resolution instead of repeating the same questions. My issue has been pending for weeks.

  @JioCare Lies, lies, lies. Repeating a lie doesn't make it the truth. Basically you haven't sent one person to check in 4 days and to avoid responsibility Jio is shifting the blame to non-existent cable operators. I REPEAT....THE PROBLEM IS INTERNAL!!!!

  @JioCare JioFiber has been down for 13–15 days. I was repeatedly told my plan validity would be extended, but now support says no because it was resolved within SLA. I paid for internet, not downtime extend my validity, or refund the outage period. Otherwise, I’ll disconnect.
