    @JioCare Didn't expect that Jio Fiber is so poor in Customer Experience. I did a Order for JioFiber Connection (NO0000MRA0YF) on 1st Sept & until booking done the sales team was so pleasant. Today I am waiting since 9:00 AM & no one responding to calls

    Hi Jio, I have raised service request ( SR00001DH34D) on 29th August that I am unable to get internet due to wire cut at outside of my flat, it's been 6-Days no one visited my house to address the issue and not getting responsible answers from Customer care. @JioCare

    @JioCare i raised a service ticket regarding from past two days i am facing issue with wifi no one is repsonding i rellay disappointed worst services they are providing and i will suggest to all dont buy jio connection
