    I have been using jio phone since last ten month.The performance & Quality Of it continuesly Decreasing. To cut a call,pressed at least four to five times. Keypad quality is also rubbish. Want to Throw in it into a Garbage. Really Bad Service. @reliancejio

    @JioCare Shared... Now don't tell me that it will take 7 to 10 days to refund my your money.... Just refund my money. If u can't give service than u don't have any right to hold my money for any period of time

    @JioCare We have complained for last 2 years to improve internet speed call drop issue . But no response from jio team . Its pathetic to say every time that mass user using jio so the internet speed is slow , then why u are not installing more towers . #Jioslowinternetspeed

    @JioCare I am not worrying as there are enough broadband service providers in my area. Someone should call and inform me about my request. Even if a connection can't be given, the least is that I could have been given a tentative time by when Jio bb will be available in my apartment.
