    I have been using jio phone since last ten month.The performance & Quality Of it continuesly Decreasing. To cut a call,pressed at least four to five times. Keypad quality is also rubbish. Want to Throw in it into a Garbage. Really Bad Service. @reliancejio

    @JioCare i have dmed you everything you need to know to assess why your guy is straightforward rejected to come to my house to fit the fibre??? Don’t you do proper background check before?? Why did i pay 1200 for just relocation and still get such pathetic service

    @rutu609 @JioCare @airtelindia I also switched from Jio to Airtel for the same reason. Even after contacting them for 5–6 months, they kept saying they would fix it very soon, but they never actually did. That is why I now use Airtel and VI.

    Still no resolution from @JioCare. I've shared all details, followed every step, sent DMs, and even called support, but nobody answers. Unite8 Sports isn't working, OTP shows "Record Not Found", and all I get are automated replies. Stop sending templates and fix the issue.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Jio Fibre is down in VileParle east-Mumbai Park Rd & other areas fr last 4 days & there is nt a single response from Jio Team to rectify.I have paid till Nov 2026 & my money is lost.Horrible Customer care from Jio Fibre & this is cheating.Need urgent action

    @JioCare Let me be absolutely clear: I will not pay a single rupee for the period during which your service was unavailable or repeatedly disrupted. Charging customers for a service you failed to provide is unacceptable.

    @JioCare No update & no way to contact anyone. Customer care phone number just tells me to use the app, app has a booked relocation request (with completed payment) with scheduled date in the past! No customer support over the app too. This is crazy! @jagograhakjago @DoT_India
