To cut a call,pressed at least four to five times. Keypad quality is also rubbish. Want to Throw in it into a Garbage. Really Bad Service. @reliancejio

I scheduled another appointment for 1 Sep eveng - again, no call, no update, no show. Every time I contact support, a new ticket is created and then somehow gets “Closed/Resolved” without any solution.

Min recharge is 1.5 gb per day which goes waste coz wifi Switched from @JioCare to this only to face the same issue.
