    Jio fiber is worst. I can’t use it even in my room where distance is less-then 4-5m. It still not get connected. Customer care never responds. Same is story with Airtel.. what to do now.. suggest good WiFi for home. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare My job got affected due to poor services of jio fiber at my location , its very painful after a such long conversation, you guys could not resolve my issue. Had very pathetic experience and will update this conversation on my professional network as well.

    @JioCare @JioCare It is very unfortunate that despite many complaints, Jio 5g and 4g services are very bad in my area. Will this problem ever be solved? Whenever complaints are made, only false promises are given.😔

    @JioCare @TRAI @reliancejio Whenever there is a power cut in my area (Banshibazar, PIN code 221717), my AirFiber internet stops working and the mobile network becomes extremely slow. I’m not sure why the Jio network performance drops whenever the electricity goes out

    Still no response from Jio after repeated complaints. Customer service shouldn’t disappear when there’s a problem. Fix the issue or at least respond.@JioCare @reliancejio
