    @RA42069 @Apple @reliancejio Interesting. But I doubt it’s just Jio. As my other phone had network but this one didn’t as soon as I restarted after the iOS upgrade. On the other hand, my other phone could just had a phantom handshake with the carrier and no true connectivity.

    @JioCare No you don’t understand the concern, you don’t want to customer stay with you. If you understand the concern then it will not took this much time to activate the True 5G on my number. Its been now 1 month True 5G is launched in Pune but still you are note able to provide it.

    @JioCare This issue is not just for my number. In general the Jio connectivity in this part of Pune is bare minimum. Many of my friends who were Jio users have now ported the number to other service providers. Being a loyal Jio user since past many years I wanted to call out the issue

    @JioCare If you stop the service as soon as the period is over then why take so much time to start the service after recharg,You are giving very terrible and poor service @reliancejio

    Looks like 16 year association with @ViCustomerCare will now end. As VI does not support #eSIM for Idea series number, I guess time to move towards @reliancejio or @airtelindia

    @JioCare Thanks @jiocare for your response, this issue is permanent. Address is near diamond apartment opposite new zaika restaurant Kalwad dhanori road pune 411032, we are continusly experiencing network outage problem in this area and due to this even calls are dropping.

    @reliancejio @JioCare is having the worst customer services I’ve ever experienced in my lifetime. 3 months of spam calls before recharge and after recharging, the internet never ever worked. More than 30 days with 12+ service requests and nobody showed up :(

    @JioCare All compatibility check are done with successful, you technical support executive is confirmed the same. But still not getting the True5G. Its better to port in Airtel.

    Shifted from @airtelindia to @ViCustomerCare and than to @JioCare but the network issue and the internet issues remain the same. The services are so pathetic. Just tierd with these private service providers. Never their customer resolves issues, only copy paste replies #trai

    @reliancejio @JioCare I was Airtel Postpaid customer since 2011. Recently port out in Jio Postpaid, but experienced very very bad and lack of support. Hardly 2 Customer Care Executives gave me right solution but still problem not solved. #JioPostpaid Upgrade your support system

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio, your ground team takes advance money (Order: NO0001D9HO9A) but leaves installation pending for a month! Then they fraudulently mark tickets as "processed" without anyone showing up. Why is there NO cancel button on MyJio? Is this an illegal fund trap?

    @JioCare @JioFiber 2/3 After failing to restore the service, I requested disconnection and a full refund. Instead of taking responsibility for the outage, your team is citing policy terms to deny the refund. Why should customers pay for a service Jio failed to provide? @JioCare

    @JioCare @JioCare It's been 8 days since my JioFiber cancellation. Your team promised a refund within 7 working days, but I have received neither the refund nor any update. Multiple follow-ups have yielded no resolution. Kindly process my refund immediately.

    @JioCare Very bad network for Jio mobile, poor internet speed and even Jio Airfibre is intermittent with at least one daily outage. This is in Silpa Avenue Colony, Hyderabad.
