worst internet Ever. Waiting for my validity to end so that i can port my sim card elsewhere. NO ONE CARES at all. Struggling to get 0.79mbps Speed. Thats 4g Now They Are Launched 5g Horrible. P.S. - There is no option at customer care number to call to agent. @JioCare #Jio #5G

@JioCare absolutely ridiculous mobile network here in pune...most of the jio cistomers are facing this issue with poor internet speed..never felt that jio need to port in another simcard..

@reliancejio hey looters, i got my moms jio phone swap on 17/03/2020 & within2weeks it wasn't working, as soon as stores reopened i went there but they didn't help me i m at serv centre now and they are asking me to pay 250 again which is not fair as its not my fault for lockdown

@reliancejio your speed/connectivity has gone down to pre 3g era. Kindly maintain 4g services in terms connectivity&stability. Speed matters but stability stays on the top. Seems like 4g services will be relaunced under 5g banner. And current 4g services will be shifted to 3g.
