    @JioCare Thanks @jiocare for your response, this issue is permanent. Address is near diamond apartment opposite new zaika restaurant Kalwad dhanori road pune 411032, we are continusly experiencing network outage problem in this area and due to this even calls are dropping.

    Worst experience with Jio Fiber and the service requests! They spammed for recharges and when I recharged, the internet was not able to connect. I raised 3 service requests which got auto closed but nobody showed up! @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice

    @aliranalvi @JioCare Yes very true. I live in Pristine prolife 3 and Jio network is very very poor at my home. Not even able to talk normally. Lots of call drop.

    @JioCare There is no update. I have one question? Why you started 5G service in India? If you are not able to provide quality service don't charge the extra money name of 5G service. 5G network is slower than 4G network l.

    @JioCare Recharged JioFiber only for football streaming on Zee5. After payment, I found the included Zee5 subscription is not Premium. This was not clearly disclosed. ₹999 and ₹399 plans are still unactivated. Cancel and refund.

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with Jio AirFiber. My LiveTV+ service is not working, and I'm unable to stream the FIFA World Cup. This issue has completely ruined the viewing experience during a major sporting event.

    hey @reliancejio @JioCare Your people have taken money and booked a jio fiber but havent installed even afetr 3 days . Dont want your great service. Cancel my order and refund me. Even your customer care is not helping much and soem times it is not connecting at all.

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with JioFiber service. My connection has been down for 2 days, the optical/network line is not coming, and despite raising a complaint, there has been no resolution or update. Request immediate intervention and restoration of service.

    After so many complaints, a technician finally visited my location today. He checked both the indoor and outdoor network setup and confirmed there is a network issue. When I asked why the company isn't increasing tower capacity despite heavy congestion, he said they have repeatedly requested additional towers but receive no response from higher authorities. @reliancejio @JioCare
