I recharged for My Number and got error of Transaction Failed for 3 attempts and post 2 hrs I got msg stating that I have done recharge for 3 times.

From 10/11/20 itself facility stopped and customer care advising to recharge again. No resolution despite repeated call. Very pathetic condition.

So far I have been told 5.30am, then 6.30am, then 1.30pm, then 1.30am. The phone support still reflects 6.30am that was 13hrs ago. This is beyond ridiculous.
