@JioCare Today it was saying it is scheduled for 7pm now it is extended by a 24 hrs again, why does your customer care says technician will visit within 24 hrs when they can't, Don't make customer false promises which you can't keep multiple times.

@JioCare what r ur SLAs and penalty tems ?The problem is created by engi only. He was at site yesterday for installing new conn and to accomm tha he removed mine. This happened cont 3rd time. Eng Ayush and Alok were here but they left site w/o restoring my connection or informing me.
