    Worst experience with Jio Fiber and the service requests! They spammed for recharges and when I recharged, the internet was not able to connect. I raised 3 service requests which got auto closed but nobody showed up! @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice

    @JioCare Hello Vaishali, i have been speaking with Jio executives for last 1 year, asking them to install jio fiber in my area, but they always say that it'll take time. Switching to Jio fiber for internet was my first choice, but there is no service!

    @JioCare Tried multiple times to get an esim with your process Its the worst tedious process as compared to other providers making us type cumbersome messages with IMEI and EID numbers Format is confusing Auto replies are erroneous

    Cold calls is a problem that has to be dealt with without hampering marketing! It's irritating to get cold calls when u don't want them! Networks or phone should have an option to turn them On & Off! Few apps have this! But how hard can it be to make it easy? @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio Jio hacks your account and charge for it. Same thing happened with me. I got charged for Netflix subscription in my mobile bill. I contacted Jio care for explanation they told me to contact Netflix support we cant help you in this, even though they charged.

    @JioCare I recharged with the 899 prepaid plan that includes a 90-day JioHotstar subscription. My recharge is still active with 43 days left, but JioHotstar asks me to subscribe again. JioHotstar says Jio must fix it, while Jio keeps redirecting me back. #Jio #JioHotstar

    @JioCare its a lie to callout that u understood my query.. jio STP installed on April 8th, after paying 2222 , assumed will get 3m+1m plan but got only service till july 7 which is 90 days not 97. why do u make all jio services soo cumbersome to understand and implement. vry bad service

    @JioCare I have a jio postpaid number and due to some financial reasons I could not pay the bill for last two months. Now when I want to pay my bill the network has been lost and I am unable to pay the bill nor am I able to generate the OTP to login the jio app. Please help.

    Scam Alert!!! From @JioCare for @jio_fiber . They stopped the services suddenly. When you complain for the same, they assign the service engineer appointment after a one whole week. So by this way, they are making a scam by not providing service meanwhile. What is this @JioCare ?
