    @jiocare For last about 15 days jio network in Gaya, Bihar has been so slow that it becomes very difficult to up/download any thing. Speed goes down to less than 2G. My mob is 8709409032. Please rectify this problem. (Vidya Sharma).

    Dearb@DoT_India we are continuously facing net connectivity issue at my home. I have recharged both @JioCare and @Airtel_Presence but none of them are providing good connectivity. We have to work from home & we are getting loss and notices from offices for non performance.

    @reliancejio This to inform you that I am living in prime location of Gaya. Koeri Bari Gaya. But in this area your network fibre connection is not available. I am asking to connect jio fibre to your center. But not available in this area Only Airtel I am not understanding this

    Using @JioCare since 2019 Worst network experience in the Capital New Delhi For 1 year I’ve been complaining, but no improvement. Today I had to stand 30 minutes at a shop just to make a simple payment because your network FAILED. Imagine the embarrassment #JioDown #FRAUD

    @JioCare Being one of the largest network provider of Internet connectivity you are unable to provide timely resolution. Thats same on @reliancejio . You can’t recruit enough personnel to get my issue resolved. Its very much disheartening for Make In India Campaign @PMOIndia

    @Shoukathkk @reliancejio @JioCare I would seriously suggest you rethink your decision to go with Jio Fiber for your home. I’ve got it. It’s been a horrible experience so far. I am actually planning on switching.
