    @airtelindia What is this behaviour? My Airtel sim got deactivated yesterday and customer care tells me to visit local store for replacement. This had happened two months ago for another Airtel sim that I used. Immediately ported that one to @reliancejio.

    @alwinlovan You will only get assurance but not the resolution. You better dump their services & switch to @reliancejio for good network.

    @airtelindia If it's a sim upgrade then tell your customer this; I'll gladly replace my sim. Why wouldn't I want better service? But don't cut off the network without warning. This is nonsense! Looks like @reliancejio will soon have one more customer account.

    @JioCare Jio fibre modem connection down. Service request number SR000016NN1A not attended even after 24 hours. Jio fibre worst service. Don't recommend Jio. Shifting to other networks.

    @JioCare i had paid for STB installtion on 12th Sept and till now no action has been taken. Raised mutliple request and talk to multiple customer care no one is resolving the issue. Such is the pathetic condition of service #jiofiber in area pin code 800020. #jio #RelianceJio
