@JioCare Sorry Boss . We have already changed the service provider to Airtel after so much of this kind assurances and false promises. Anyway Reliance is a truly worst service provider in post sales service.

@JioCare My mobile model is 'Samsung S20 FE `5G`'. It has received 5G software update by Samsung. Jio says it is 4G device so not able to receive 5G offer on my Jio sim. 'Samsung S20 FE' is a different model. Correct this issue. Enable 5G on my Jio sim.
