@reliancejio @fiber_jio we are facing "no internet connection" issue from last 3 days no one is turning up to solve the issue of Jio Fiber. Even on complaining at @JioCare they said they will send the Engineer, it happened twice, are you really going to troubleshoot the same?

@reliancejio @JioCare Please understand first transaction shown as failed hence I had to second transaction. After few minutes first one was also successful. I did not do second recharge purposely. It was your app made me do it. It is Jio responsibility to provide me resolution.
