    @jiocare @airtelindia Assuming that your network would be better than Airtel my area. I recent ported to Jio postpaid which works superbly only during early morning and midnight's and doesn't work properly during my office hours at noon. Regretting now. Please help and sort out.

    @JioCare My Jio network is down for the past 2 weeks regarding this I spoke to customer care person they told its a temporary problem soon it will normalized. But still my network is down, kindly check this issue and solve this ASAP #jio or @JioCare need to compensate my money

    Even after visiting your Doddaballapur-561203 office today and getting assurance of feasibility check visit within 2 hours, nobody bothered to respond. Customers are not fools to keep chasing your team for basic service. Completely frustrated and disappointed. @jiocare @JioFibre

    @JioCare No network for 2 days and complaint still unresolved.Request keeps getting rescheduled and even put on hold without visiting my home.Field executive asked me to close my connection and also told me to take permissionfor wire routing under my society.disappointing support

    @JioCare Your service support executive and technician both are good for nothing. Rather than attending the complaint they are just rescheduling appointments. I guess now I have to shift to @airtelindia

    @JioCare We personally visited the Jio store at Ankola, Uttara Kannada, and submitted multiple requests regarding the ongoing network/service issue. Despite repeated follow-ups and assurances from your team, there has been complete negligence towards our concern. 1/3
