    @JioCare My Jio network is down for the past 2 weeks regarding this I spoke to customer care person they told its a temporary problem soon it will normalized. But still my network is down, kindly check this issue and solve this ASAP #jio or @JioCare need to compensate my money

    @JioCare @airtelindia Assuming that your network would be better than Airtel my area. I recent ported to Jio postpaid which works superbly only during early morning and midnight's and doesn't work properly during my office hours at noon. Regretting now. Please help and sort out.

    @JioCare Information given by you is not useful. I could not get any useful information. No option for raising a complaint. Only I could do is give a feedback and with that I don't know when will I receive the refund.

    @JioCare JioFibre down from ystrday 17 june 2026 at 3.45 pm at Garodia Nagar, Ghatkopar E, Mumbai. With no weather condition and it seems will not resolve until 19 June. In a city like Mumbai u are unable to sort it for so long. U serious??????

    @JioCare 4 DAYS. No internet. Multiple tickets. Multiple promises. No resolution. Team keeps saying the issue is assigned, but no effective action has been taken. My work has been impacted because of this prolonged outage. Esc it imm to the Nodal Officer, confirm restoration ETA
