I recent ported to Jio postpaid which works superbly only during early morning and midnight's and doesn't work properly during my office hours at noon. Regretting now. Please help and sort out.

Order no NO0001DTDG34 It has been 7 days yet no engineer has visited my house even after paying money and raising complants 3 times.
