I recent ported to Jio postpaid which works superbly only during early morning and midnight's and doesn't work properly during my office hours at noon. Regretting now. Please help and sort out.

It has been more than 24 hours without service, and every time we contact customer care, we receive the same response that the visit has been rescheduled.
