    Please improve the Jio Network Speed in Virar West. Upload speed is less than 1 MBs in most areas. Being so close to Mumbai. We have to face network issues. @JioCare @reliancegroup

    @JioCare , jio fibre service is terrible worst , no one to ready to listen problem , it should stop service once capacity is constrain. Even call centre not ready to listen customer voice

    @JioCare I have taken a new jio fiber connection. Really disappointed.Its been 10 days and 2 times I have to call somebody for service and Internet is not working properly. I want to disconnect the connection because it's not worth.

    @JioCare Sir what about installation charges of 1000INR. Before taking connection your associate assured me I will get full refund of 2500INR if I don't like service. I have placed cancellation request for next day of installation of fibre connection. This is completely cheating.

    SR0000167WV4 the service request is still open for the past 3 weeks @JioCare. Your person calls up on Saturday and assures a resolution by Monday 12 noon and till now haven't heard from him nor any mail from your end.

    @JioCare hi team first time my relative get worst experience with your jio store employee at jogeswari grace palaza store relative phone stolen from bus so we have done police complaint then also your store people not giving duplicate sim he told that it has to be taken from up

    @JioCare He refused to give details. He said bye-bye to you as his plan is expiring soon. He will not recharge any more. He had very bitter 3 months experience of #JioFibre . He also mentioned your CS/technicians as "jhola chhap" that's why same problem keep reoccurring.
