I recent ported to Jio postpaid which works superbly only during early morning and midnight's and doesn't work properly during my office hours at noon. Regretting now. Please help and sort out.

The issue is from the server side. I think something is wrong with your system. I recharged yesterday and it accumulated in advance payment.

Even today I'm receiving messages of installation Appointment. I have clearly advised for cancellation of services.
