@JioCare My Jio network is down for the past 2 weeks regarding this I spoke to customer care person they told its a temporary problem soon it will normalized. But still my network is down, kindly check this issue and solve this ASAP #jio or @JioCare need to compensate my money

@JioCare @airtelindia Assuming that your network would be better than Airtel my area. I recent ported to Jio postpaid which works superbly only during early morning and midnight's and doesn't work properly during my office hours at noon. Regretting now. Please help and sort out.

@jiocare @airtelindia Assuming that your network would be better than Airtel my area. I recent ported to Jio postpaid which works superbly only during early morning and midnight's and doesn't work properly during my office hours at noon. Regretting now. Please help and sort out.

@JioCare I was not concerned of messages but not solving the issue by your gallery executive and directing me to call 198. Porting issue was not resolved by anyone ....customer service person was not available neither call getting through. whom to talk and explain was the issue.

If a consumer's SIM card is lost due to any reason, he stops his connection. But what is the force of Jio people even after telling all the details that are not closing the connection. Is it fair to harass the customer in this way . ? @JioCare @reliancejio @thecroindia

Employees of jio are not laying fibre from main areas. Someone from jio asked me to pay 15000 for an unofficial connection. Alot of connections being given like this. They are setting a precedence in bad taste! Requesting DC Srinagar @listenshahid and @reliancejio to look into it

@JioCare worst network for now. We indians always being cheated. We started believing on Relience if it would start a new era of internet in India however disappointed. At least I can not trust on reliance if I can work with your mobile networks. Thanks Jio.
