  @JioCare @airtelindia Assuming that your network would be better than Airtel my area. I recent ported to Jio postpaid which works superbly only during early morning and midnight's and doesn't work properly during my office hours at noon. Regretting now. Please help and sort out.

  @JioCare My Jio network is down for the past 2 weeks regarding this I spoke to customer care person they told its a temporary problem soon it will normalized. But still my network is down, kindly check this issue and solve this ASAP #jio or @JioCare need to compensate my money

  @JioCare @somitsrivastav_ I feel that the jio customers are increasing way faster than jio's speed of erecting towers accross the country. Does it mean that either people from other countries are taking shelter in our country and only using jio's network or our children are aging faster...

  @reliancejio I’ve ordered for a new jio postpaid sim yesterday. I’ve got message that it is ready for tele verification but nobody has contacted me to deliver the sim and verify my details . Jio customer care is one of the worst, no option to speak to a human.

  Since yesterday I am speaking to the cc executives and writing on twitter but my issue never resolved..All i will be asked is to show the evidences of payment ,voucher ,my plan etc..i have paid 6months 1499 @reliancejio fiber plan on 6th Nov 2021 and yesterday they suspended(1/3)

  This @reliancejio has the worst ever interface for raising service requests. They make you go in circles on the app until you give up and call customer service. And then customer service tells you to raise a service request on the app!
