I recent ported to Jio postpaid which works superbly only during early morning and midnight's and doesn't work properly during my office hours at noon. Regretting now. Please help and sort out.

Sometimes Service Engineer is also appointed but they do not come. Pathetic Situation at Kidwai Nagar Kanpur Service Outlet.
