    This is really intolerable and very shameful work by @reliancejio @JioCare We have to be dependent on electricity to operate jio network in my area. Please do something to resolve this issue. we are your users and we are paying to use it. You are not providing this for free.

    @JioCare pathetic network connectivity at my area,shanti nagar jehanabad.i could not be able to browse properly before 12:30pm,i mean if there is enough traffic in my area then u must provide more tower for strong connectivity i mean u guys are getting paid(all this isnt free).

    @JioCare .what is the problem of net . jio network is rost condition in my area . many time complaint to jio customer care. But my issue is not resolve . now i think go with other network . PORT WITH OTHER NET WORK

    @JioCare reference number SR00002KQRFQ , Despite reporting the issue earlier, I am being asked to wait for 8 days just for an engineer visit. The visit is still getting delayed, and there has been no resolution so far. This delay is causing significant inconvenience.

    @JioCare @reliancejioExtremely disappointed with the service. Paid ₹628.93 for AirFiber today, but service is still suspended. Spoke to agent 'Rohtas' who was incredibly rude, told me my money is "wasted," and my account is deactivated with no refund. This is unacceptable!
