@JioCare pathetic network connectivity at my area,shanti nagar jehanabad.i could not be able to browse properly before 12:30pm,i mean if there is enough traffic in my area then u must provide more tower for strong connectivity i mean u guys are getting paid(all this isnt free).

This is really intolerable and very shameful work by @reliancejio @JioCare We have to be dependent on electricity to operate jio network in my area. Please do something to resolve this issue. we are your users and we are paying to use it. You are not providing this for free.

@JioCare has almost made the process to permanently disconnect the fibre connection impossible for a consumer. customer care no., Jio App doesn't provide any such option Requesting the biggest looters of current times to disconnect my prepaid wifi fibre network.

@JioCare The request is of 9/2/22 n not yet resolved and u say it’s on priority basis that too closed the service request as resolved and I had to take lots of trouble to place another service request no SR000018SMAZ yesterday….

@JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio if building is non serviceable then why did jio sales person booked jio fiber connection twice (order id: NO0000KA8ORR, NO0000KC6AC0)? Why as a customer I was not given the true information? Can I please expect a strict action against the sales person (1/3)

@reliancejio @JioCare Instead of giving solution to the problem, Jio team is saying that Link will come after disconnection of call but no msg or link came afterwards.
