    @JioCare pathetic network connectivity at my area,shanti nagar jehanabad.i could not be able to browse properly before 12:30pm,i mean if there is enough traffic in my area then u must provide more tower for strong connectivity i mean u guys are getting paid(all this isnt free).

    Hi Service Request No is. SR00001E1YB8 i raised my complain 12 September to cancellation my Jio fibre Connection Then not Pick my Jiofibre Router. And 2 times schedule then not coming Engineer to pick up my router. @JioCare

    This is really intolerable and very shameful work by @reliancejio @JioCare We have to be dependent on electricity to operate jio network in my area. Please do something to resolve this issue. we are your users and we are paying to use it. You are not providing this for free.

    Dear @JioCare, I've been trying to transfer my late father's Jio account (3 mobiles + 1 JioFiber) to my name. The Jio Store and Kolkata Regional Office keep redirecting me in circles. I've already emailed Customer Care and the Appellate Authority. Please help resolve this.

    @JioCare Dear Customer, We are happy to inform you that your JioAirFiber Service Request no. SR00003AHVHB has been addressed.We have identified and resolved the technical concern at our end,hence the scheduled engineer visit is not required. Why Engineer not required?? Take action quickly

    Paid for a JioFiber connection days ago and still no installation, no updates, and no real support. Customer care only gives automated responses with no resolution. This is not the level of service customers should receive. Please resolve this urgently. @JioCare #JioFiber

    @JioCare Extremely poor network coverage in my area. The signal keeps dropping, and it is almost impossible to make calls or use 4G/5G internet. This is affecting our daily work. Kindly send your technical team to resolve this issue at the earliest. Location: Sarthana, Surat.

    @JioCare @CMODelhi Don’t lie & blame weather conditions. All other service operators are doing well. Tarun technician- 8534-011755 & Harish technician- 7428961779 are incapable & buying times w/o visiting our home, Worst service ever seen.,

    @DalRotiForLife @reliancejio @JioCare And not like I didn't want to pay. I had applied for enablement of an existinh service, someone cleverly cut the wire just when I applied, and since I didn't use it at all, and informed them, I thought they'll dismiss it, but they didn't.
