    Hi Service Request No is. SR00001E1YB8 i raised my complain 12 September to cancellation my Jio fibre Connection Then not Pick my Jiofibre Router. And 2 times schedule then not coming Engineer to pick up my router. @JioCare

    This is really intolerable and very shameful work by @reliancejio @JioCare We have to be dependent on electricity to operate jio network in my area. Please do something to resolve this issue. we are your users and we are paying to use it. You are not providing this for free.

    @JioCare pathetic network connectivity at my area,shanti nagar jehanabad.i could not be able to browse properly before 12:30pm,i mean if there is enough traffic in my area then u must provide more tower for strong connectivity i mean u guys are getting paid(all this isnt free).

    Extremely disappointed with @JioCare @reliancejio! My JioAirFiber installation (Order ID: NO0001F074S2) was scheduled for Yesterday morning. The agent promised to visit yesterday but never showed up, and support is completely disappointed! Please resolve this !!!

    @JioCare @JioCare Why is your team incapable of scrolling up? You have my entire complaint history (Ref MR0001NQTYEC) in the DMs, yet you stall by asking one question at a time. Stop these cheap cat-and-mouse tricks. Read the chat, ask everything at once, and actually send an engineer.

    @JioCare Massive Network outage at Iswarigacha (743222) . Since Monday due to a lightning strike . Over 100+ complaints raised , but the issue is still unresolved and work is extremely slow . Please escalate this to the field engineering team immediately. Urgent Support Needed !
