    This is really intolerable and very shameful work by @reliancejio @JioCare We have to be dependent on electricity to operate jio network in my area. Please do something to resolve this issue. we are your users and we are paying to use it. You are not providing this for free.

    Hi Service Request No is. SR00001E1YB8 i raised my complain 12 September to cancellation my Jio fibre Connection Then not Pick my Jiofibre Router. And 2 times schedule then not coming Engineer to pick up my router. @JioCare

    @JioCare pathetic network connectivity at my area,shanti nagar jehanabad.i could not be able to browse properly before 12:30pm,i mean if there is enough traffic in my area then u must provide more tower for strong connectivity i mean u guys are getting paid(all this isnt free).

    After so many complaints, a technician finally visited my location today. He checked both the indoor and outdoor network setup and confirmed there is a network issue. When I asked why the company isn't increasing tower capacity despite heavy congestion, he said they have repeatedly requested additional towers but receive no response from higher authorities. So basically, customers are charged full price every month, but when it comes to improving service and infrastructure, the company prefers to save money rather than provide the quality network customers are paying for. This is unacceptable. @reliancejio @JioCare @ril_foundation

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @JioCare Airtel, thanks for teaching me the meaning of Unlimited Data. My 349 Postpaid plan shows Unlimited Data, but my internet doesn't work. Calls to 121, 198, and even the Appellate Authority have produced plenty of assurances but no internet.

    @JioCare Shirisha Can you pls help by UPDATING SR0000385M5P. MY JIOFIBER TERMINATED I CAN'T SEE ANY SR SO can't add/update IFSC code which you can get from DM. It's humble request can you pls update SR and call me on No. In DM. It will avoid more DELAY in #JIOREFUND

    @JioCare @jiocare do you expect the customer to wait so long… if you are not able to provide a service properly then why are you charging the customer? Can you please raise a request for connection termination? I will opt for a better network.

    @JioCare Worst experience with AirFiber! Constant network issues, no stable connection, and customer care doesn't even answer calls. Paying for a service that doesn't work. Pathetic support and unacceptable service. Resolve this immediately! #AirFiber
