    @JioCare pathetic network connectivity at my area,shanti nagar jehanabad.i could not be able to browse properly before 12:30pm,i mean if there is enough traffic in my area then u must provide more tower for strong connectivity i mean u guys are getting paid(all this isnt free).

    This is really intolerable and very shameful work by @reliancejio @JioCare We have to be dependent on electricity to operate jio network in my area. Please do something to resolve this issue. we are your users and we are paying to use it. You are not providing this for free.

    @JioCare The engineer has failed to resolve & says there is a back end issue. Meanwhile I have rec'd another message that says it will take another 24 hours to UPDATE..This is putting us at great inconvenience & wfh is suffering. Have no other option but to port to other service provider

    @vireshpatel6912 @JioCare Jio Fiber is the worst! I got it disconnected. Device was picked up on 12th March. The refund is not processed yet! Multiple emails and calls done regarding this. Received only false assurances and new deadlines every time. Btw their refund policy is within 14 days. @DoT_India

    @JioCare the worst experience i had with jio twice. Ans their is no way it can be escalated. Their customer support people even expert in blaming the customer. One of their executive named Vishal was even fighting and blaming me for my own issue for which I was seeking assistanc

    @Paytmcare been trying to reach out since 8-9 days! The customer care call doesn’t take input of reference number and chat is automated. I made wrong payment to @reliancejio ‘s fiber recharge via PayTm. Pls help.
