  @JioCare I used to have @airtelindia is my primary sim and second sim on @reliancejio. At my office location Airtel network was not working. So I ported in Jio. Now internet is neither working at home nor in office. Only calls. Unfortunate

  @JioCare The situation became even more confusing. The Jio app said my service stopped because my data was exhausted, yet I was advised to pay the bill to restore the connection. Those are two completely different explanations.

  More then 4 months passed. but this **** company @JioCare didn't refund my money. i paid 3k for the service but didn't get the service on time. After 3 months they only refunded 1200/- rs. Guys please don't pay them. they're fraud. they take advance but didn't provide the service

  "My service request (SR00003CPUMF) was cancelled even though the technician confirmed my JioAirFiber device needs replacement. No replacement has been done. Why was the request closed? Please reopen it or create a replacement request immediately." @JioCare
