    @reliancejio i am comparing from last 5 days about my set top box remote issue and every time I get new appointments but non of your engineer is coming to resolve my issue. Not expecting this kind of issue from company like reliance jio. SR00001BWTW7

    @JioCare So basically Jio decides if they really want to attend to its customers or not. Jio decides that when they will send a technician - customer you wont have control on this - @reliancejio you are mistake!
