    @reliancejio @jio_fiber I have service disruption issue which needs to be resolved by Aug 1st 3 PM and ETA is pushed to tomorrow and still there is no engineer assigned and I am not finding a way to connect to customer support team to escalate

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare It's been 4 business days, yet there's still no refund. All I hear is "wait a few days." You failed at every stage—booking, installation, cancellation, and now the refund. This is truly pathetic customer service.

    @JioCare @reliancejio ...I claimed an offer on myjio app which clearly stated that by paying ₹707, I would receive 2 months of broadband service of 30Mbps,Before proceeding, I also confirmed your customer care to verify the offer, same confirmed but Still benefits not recieved
