    @JioCare @reliancejio i hope no one uses jio like how worst your customer support team are! A bunch of idiots can't solve a single issue!! its been more than 5 days since the issue related to jio airfiber was created & such stupid app not showing payment failed history as well.

    @JioCare I’m paying for 5G but there’s been no proper 5G network for the past 1 week in Jakkasandra, Teachers Colony, Koramangala, Bangalore - 560034. This isn’t a small issue anymore speeds are worse than 4G and there’s been zero communication from your side. @airtelindia

    @JioCare Internet has been down for 2 days. SR #SR00002LFBLU raised, but no resolution yet. Home visit keeps getting delayed and customer care isn't helping. This is affecting work. Many users facing the same issue in my area Please escalate and resolve urgently.

    Very disappointing experience with Jio. Despite informing them repeatedly my previous USA international plan was active, they didn’t cancel the new ₹2550 USA plan. Customer care and store support were unhelpful. After 8 years with Jio, I’ve ported to Airtel. #Jio #JioCare
