    @JioCare So Kya UKAAD Liya abi taak (couple of hours) - same as emails, we are working on it? Nothing just fooling. Since its installation it is not stable, goes down evey 10-15 mints, and once it is dark, late evening, goes total down for long time.....

    @JioCare Is it standard time 10 days is not enough to resolve issue You shut TV and net in home from 10 days You did not refund a single day for stopping of service at your end due to fault Tata sky provide hold option also The fibre lines is full Why you did not install new cable

    @JioCare Hi Harshit Jee At this point, "your refund is in process" feels like a permanent slogan rather than an actual update. Months have passed with no resolution. Less reassurance, more action. Refund my money.

    @JioCare Shradha, all these 2+ months so many SR's no outcome same reply while asking for the update, NO REFUND SAME CIRCLE OF FOOLING. ENOUGH TRANSFER THE REFUND TODAY OR WHO HAS CONFIDENCE OF RESOLUTION LOAN ME REFUND AMT BY GPAY, ELSE SAY IT TODAY THAY REFUND WILL NOT COME
