    @JioCare @jiocare Bud, kids need to study. I haven't even gotten a call from an engineer to explain what's happening. Jio really can't be promising great service and not respond. Earliest possible time has already passed. Any firm time frame?

    @JioCare Jio Fiber account 2035911706 internet service stopped working since 20-Jun mid of previous plan. Technical team visited & informed, not allowed to enter premise from where connection given. Today connected to jio care but no resolution. Please expedite and help to close

    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare request I'd SR00001CEKIA. Your engineer and his manager told that after the current recharge, they disconnect my connection as i live in railway area, and as per him and his engineer, they do not have the permission to provide jio broadband service.

    @AijazMustafa5 @reliancejio @JioCare I am equivocal to this...and am tired and exhusted making one way trip by complaining without any solution no. of time, in so many days, weeks and months...no technical person responds...instead every time need to hear customer care reresentatives' junks...
