But they said while they can deactivate the number but cant transfer the ownership to previous owner even though the number has sensitive data collected to it. And they offer absolutely no help if security breach happen because of this. No resolution!!! #jio @reliancejio

Every month my JioFiber goes down and it take around 5-7 days to resolve the issue. The issue is always with the junction box. I am thinking of moving to another service provider if no permanent resolution is provided. @reliancejio @JioCare #jiofiber #jio #internetdown

@JioCare @ConsumerAffairs Request your intervention on this issue. I have raised request before 60 days to cancel my Jio fiber connection. But still it is yet to cancel. My deposit amount is in stuck.
