I regret to inform @reliancejio @JioCare in our area #Jio 4G network connectivity is very poor.Internet speed less then 10.0kb/s due which unable to access network.we can't execute work in this speed. As a user we are facing so many critical problems.i request for necessary steps

@JioCare why i cant use my internet.Although i can't open my jio app .No app is not open .It's very slow internet from last 15 days in night. When i call your customers care they tolded"multiple users at same time"solve this problem immediately otherwise i will change to other .

@JioCare extremely dissatisfied by Jio Broadband. Internet not working since morning and despite complaint in afternoon still waiting for it to be attended. Had it been @Airtel_Presence wud have been set right in an hour. Bye Bye Jio…. Will get #Airtel tomorrow.
