    I regret to inform @reliancejio @JioCare in our area #Jio 4G network connectivity is very poor.Internet speed less then 10.0kb/s due which unable to access network.we can't execute work in this speed. As a user we are facing so many critical problems.i request for necessary steps

    @JioCare why i cant use my internet.Although i can't open my jio app .No app is not open .It's very slow internet from last 15 days in night. When i call your customers care they tolded"multiple users at same time"solve this problem immediately otherwise i will change to other .

    @JioCare After many trips it's proven now. Jio internet sucks in roaming. In same area same room local Jio internet works fine. Pathetic roaming service from @reliancejio. Airtel never had this issue. @airtelindia

    @JioCare I've mistakenly recharged an incorrect number with ₹666 plan. The number that I've recharged is 9306607206. The sim card is not usable currently. Kindly cancel the recharge and reverse the charges.
