    I regret to inform @reliancejio @JioCare in our area #Jio 4G network connectivity is very poor.Internet speed less then 10.0kb/s due which unable to access network.we can't execute work in this speed. As a user we are facing so many critical problems.i request for necessary steps

    @ViCustomerCarei have been in Jharkhand for 3 days, VI net work is too worst. I really appreciate @airtelindia and @JioCare they network and constant coverage in interior part of Jharkhand. Ur claims on better network in all India are not satisfied. You really should work on that

    now a days, Is there any benefit getting registered in DnD ? @JioCare @reliancejio Have been part of DND but get unwanted calls then my required calls. Difficult to file a complaint to Jio and then no response. Is there any escalation matrix ?

    @JioCare how can you harass your customers like this? How can no one show up at scheduled appointment timing? And then close the ticket on your own without any resolution. No longer using services and still no refund processed. It is not my fault your engineers are not coming to

    Pathetic customer support by @JioCare Rainsed uninstallation request for JioFiber and it is pending from 2 weeks, everytime cust care gives a new Service request no. SR00001F1ON4 I want immediate pickup as I am leaving this location. @reliancejio
