@JioCare why i cant use my internet.Although i can't open my jio app .No app is not open .It's very slow internet from last 15 days in night. When i call your customers care they tolded"multiple users at same time"solve this problem immediately otherwise i will change to other .

I regret to inform @reliancejio @JioCare in our area #Jio 4G network connectivity is very poor.Internet speed less then 10.0kb/s due which unable to access network.we can't execute work in this speed. As a user we are facing so many critical problems.i request for necessary steps

@JioCare hi. i’ve been sending requests for a a year to get jiofiber in my building but i don’t get any response. i keep getting the message that someone will get in touch but no one does. we already have fiber optic of ACT so i don’t think it should be an issue. please help.

Wow! @reliancejio, Fiber connection works effectivly on 5G only and will get only 25-30 Mbps speed on 4G. What will we do if you dont have 5G devices? Bad strategy Wrong decision to buy #JioFiber @JioCare
