I regret to inform @reliancejio @JioCare in our area #Jio 4G network connectivity is very poor.Internet speed less then 10.0kb/s due which unable to access network.we can't execute work in this speed. As a user we are facing so many critical problems.i request for necessary steps

Been 8 days since we have complained on jio fibre issues, and @reliancejio @JioCare account is tweeting on binge watching tv series on weekends, i will have to binge watch my work emails come through after the wifi is back, if I still have it I mean!! Pathetic service!

Done Recharge of an ISD PACK OF RS. 501 , but unable to do any international call to any otger contries like SAUDI ARABIA (+966) , NIGERIA (+234) etc , plzzz look into it or else refund the amount as soon as possible, if unable to provide the required service @JioCare

@JioCare today on 17th June updated Myjio in playstore,after that list of connected device to JIO router is not showing in the app.Already followed the steps as per customer care,but nothing has changed!Kindly rectify the error.
