I regret to inform @reliancejio @JioCare in our area #Jio 4G network connectivity is very poor.Internet speed less then 10.0kb/s due which unable to access network.we can't execute work in this speed. As a user we are facing so many critical problems.i request for necessary steps

@JioCare why i cant use my internet.Although i can't open my jio app .No app is not open .It's very slow internet from last 15 days in night. When i call your customers care they tolded"multiple users at same time"solve this problem immediately otherwise i will change to other .

@JioCare I got a text 4/8 at 11.35am that due to outage service will be restore at 3.35pm, then at 3.35pm got that it's getting delayed by 11.35pm and at 11.35pm got it will be restore by 5/8 by 11.35 am, it's hampering my wfh. As per customer care I will not get extension also!

@JioCare Fiber no. 1353576723, complaint filed 2 times on 1,2 august. now exactly 5 days issue not resolved & 6 days no internet. please give extra days of internet otherwise i will cut the connection. Too late to resolve issue.
