I regret to inform @reliancejio @JioCare in our area #Jio 4G network connectivity is very poor.Internet speed less then 10.0kb/s due which unable to access network.we can't execute work in this speed. As a user we are facing so many critical problems.i request for necessary steps

Only engineers keep coming to me, is any problem fixed but still is not has been not resolved this complete or should I disconnect the connection and take another broadband connection? @JioCare Foced to the complaint fixed my problem only priority for the resolved issue.

@JioCare My recharged no was absolutely perfect, and I confirmed from phone pay customer executive , they have said this balance is deducted from jio , and they haved suggest to connect with jio

@JioCare Due to pathetic service on 21 August i initiated uninstallations of my jio fiber and it was uninstall on 17sep. Till 27 September i didn't get my rs1500 refund from jio fiber Not able to talk to coustomer support. Registered no. 9934634659

@JioCare Pathetic network. Any time you call a bsnl landline from jio. It bldy says network congested. But make a call from other operator it goes through
