I regret to inform @reliancejio @JioCare in our area #Jio 4G network connectivity is very poor.Internet speed less then 10.0kb/s due which unable to access network.we can't execute work in this speed. As a user we are facing so many critical problems.i request for necessary steps

@JioCare i have been trying install jiofibre at my home they installed it before my home and after but when i request for connection no response by the installation team...great service 👌🏻👏🏻

@JioCare Your people took exactly 4 days to repair the issue. I lost 4 days and had to goto my friends house to login to my office network. Those bloody idiots did not even respond. What is the use after suffering, now you are coming. Kick those bastards from your office. Let them learn

@reliancejio it has been 5 days since I booked for Jio fiber installation. Not even single person showed up and even upon calling multiple times there is no solution. Never in mylife seen such rude and arrogant response from any customer support team. Patheitc!!

@Airtel_Presence Nothing but pain for the customers. Had to pay Rs.248 for services which I have never use.The Airtel Team doesn't bother at all. That's the reason why @reliancejio is eating away your share. @reliancejio looking forward to your internet services in Thane West
