I regret to inform @reliancejio @JioCare in our area #Jio 4G network connectivity is very poor.Internet speed less then 10.0kb/s due which unable to access network.we can't execute work in this speed. As a user we are facing so many critical problems.i request for necessary steps

@JioCare you guys will loose huge customer base just because of your irresponsible customer care, thier nonsense, templated for responses and idiotic behaviour. I took jio mobile postpaid, prepaid connection, and then jiofiber...now so disappointed looking at the customer care.

@JioCare Dear @JioCare I'm extremely sorry but, now your support is in a proper manner. Today itself I received 2 SMS, one of them states that the refund has been processed and another one states that I need to fill the form again. Are these SMS just fake?

@JioCare @JioMart_Support @reliancejio I hd booked order on JIO MART on wednesday 16432073180384217M but today I hv recd the mail after 3 days, telling CANCELLED... shamful for the company like JIO MART. Refund 3-15 days. Again 3rd class service.
