I regret to inform @reliancejio @JioCare in our area #Jio 4G network connectivity is very poor.Internet speed less then 10.0kb/s due which unable to access network.we can't execute work in this speed. As a user we are facing so many critical problems.i request for necessary steps

@JioCare why i cant use my internet.Although i can't open my jio app .No app is not open .It's very slow internet from last 15 days in night. When i call your customers care they tolded"multiple users at same time"solve this problem immediately otherwise i will change to other .

Funny that @JioCare customer care had no idea how to look for a login detail that is being used to misuse my mobile number for Netflix. The Netflix customer care helped find it on Jio app. How incompetent can you be? And yes it was neither linked to my phone or my registered mail

@JioCare It took the big bang nearly 2 weeks to create the universe. However given the fact that it is already 4 weeks and @reliancejio as brand has been revolutionary in execution, my problem must be of gigantic proportion for @JioCare to resolve.

No incoming/Outgoing message on my jio number, I have recharged of Rs 98 first still not work, then I call Jio customer care, he said do recharge of Rs 149 I have done that also, still service is not activated, worst experience with Jio and Jio customer care@JioCare @reliancejio
