    I regret to inform @reliancejio @JioCare in our area #Jio 4G network connectivity is very poor.Internet speed less then 10.0kb/s due which unable to access network.we can't execute work in this speed. As a user we are facing so many critical problems.i request for necessary steps

    Jio postpaid service is getting ridiculous as everyday have been facing the network and internet connectivity issue. Called customer service and they were unable to resolve and lodge complain today SR00001918. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare why i cant use my internet.Although i can't open my jio app .No app is not open .It's very slow internet from last 15 days in night. When i call your customers care they tolded"multiple users at same time"solve this problem immediately otherwise i will change to other .

    Sir continue from 3 months jio network is not coming at my location at all. I have already given complaints to your Customer Care many times and I have given a complaint in the nearest Jio office, @reliancejio @JioCare @jio

    @JioCare Ihave port my number from Vi to Jio, i m not rec. incoming calls, when I went to near by Jio center the guy says this is not their part, because the incoming numbers are Vi Idea. The issue will be solved in 10 to 12 days. Is this the customer care answer to be expected.

    @gmail I think the issue here is with the ISP @reliancejio but @JioCare does not seem to "care".

    @JioCare fed up with the connectivity and services. Every other day the connectivity is disrupted and on complaining they seek 1-2 days for service. Further on app you give an option for choosing time slot for service whereas the technician is never available on that time.

    @gmail I think this is @reliancejio issue. It works as expected on my Airtel hotspot.

    I strongly feel that @gmail issue is caused by my network provider @reliancejio fiber. Gmail is not working when on Jio fiber network. Anyone else noticed the same pattern?

    @reliancejio it is very ridiculous & scrapped service by RELIANCE JIO today already 6th day still excuses are given for my relocation from 3rd floor to grnd flr of same bldg Ref code issued CO0000K5VXRM time given 10 am it is already 1 pm now very scrapped & hassle service
