Can a wrong recharge be not refunded if it is not used at all.And within 5 min of recharge? Karthik (@John_Karthik) reported@JioCare @reliancejio I lost JioFiber connection on 16th June at 4PM, after multiple restoration deadlines, after 3 days I got the service restored message, but it did not happen. A service request has scheduled an appointment on 22nd June. This response is pathetic.
