Can a wrong recharge be not refunded if it is not used at all.And within 5 min of recharge? I filed a complaint about this in jio helpline but since a month they are not taking any action. When called, they say that we are checking about this. But we are wondering when our problem will be fixed.

When I try to contact the jio support team they still says refund will be processed within 7 days. Really disappointed with the service.
