    Hving trouble while using jio network in the area. Like hardly it goes to 50kbps for a normal usage Not even a whatsapp msgs are sent properly. Plz fix it or rather i will not be left of any choices then changing the sim card. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Sameer thanks for ur advise but it's ok let it in public and our problem is that we are not getting calls and internet in our area it's not only happening with me I asked more than 10 people in our area they also facing same issue since last 1 month

    @JioCare Yes I know the installation date is on 29/06/2021 but my problem is no one is contacting me regarding installation and the guy who visited and verified my documents said I will get call from installation guy. On installation day just like today the appointment gets rescheduled

    @reliancejio @JioCare Very poor service in Infocity area. In Info Heights apprtment the speed is like 2G.Please do needful.

    @JioCare 4g connectivity a total fraud. Most of the times data connectivity doesn't work when needed urgent. Their promises are fake!

    I am facing @reliancejio network problem at my current location. I filed a complaint about this in jio helpline but since a month they are not taking any action. When called, they say that we are checking about this. But we are wondering when our problem will be fixed.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Is it a sin to make mistakes. Can a wrong recharge be not refunded if it is not used at all.And within 5 min of recharge? Rs.1208 is not a small amount , may be for you guys its a small amount not for me.Whats the problem in cancellation of a wrong recharge?

    And @JioCare the most frustrated thing is that i called on 198 & 1991 to speak to the customer care but there was no any option to talk to the customer care. Only nonsense is there.

    @JioCare became a paid service However now that users have become completely habituated to it Jio has turned its network into such a fiasco that people are unable to access even 3G speeds, let alone 4G Could you please take the trouble to explain what the solution to this issue might be?

    @JioCare None of the OTT platforms included in the recharge, such as Hotstar, Zee5, or Sony Liv, are working. If your support team was actually helping properly, these services would have been activated by now. Please understand the inconvenience being caused.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Dear team Jio This has the reference to Complaint Service request no SR000035FAO9 dated 8/5/26 and many earlier requests of frequent breakdown of internet ๐Ÿ›œ connectivity which is persistently occurring. I have also apprised your several service engineers that the problem lies in the junction box as the wires get disconnected due to wind or when other connections are attended to by your technicians. I have been told me that they will change the junction box, which has not been changed yet. And the problem is not yet solved, I along with other residents of this area are also facing the same problem.

    @JioCare Itโ€™s been 15 days and neither Jio mobile internet nor AirFiber is working properly in our area. Repeatedly contacting customer care, but every time weโ€™re only told โ€œnetwork is downโ€ and given 3-5 hrs wait repeatedly with no resolution.

    @JioCare I have recharged my jio fiber plan through the link provided in text messages saying i will get 1 month of validity free. But after recharge it is mentioned nowhere. How do i confirm this claim ? Kindly help.
