    @JioCare @reliancejio so many times I have complained of bad network signal in my area and as well as in office but same reply we are trying to fix it You guys have already forced to use airtel in office but now m thinking its time to quit using ur network at home also Worst nwk

    Hey @JioCare I am using a jio Sim from 2017. The network speed was good and the call quality was also good. But now the network speed is very bad and the call quality is one of the worst. It was fine before in my area but now it's worst. Please solve this issue.

    @reliancejio from 2 day my mobile i nternet is veru slow and when i on the mobile data even not working i trying to call jio help line it takes whole day nobody is responding pathetic customer service from jio and waste of my everything cuz of jio net jio can give me my loss of 2

    @JioCare while living in a techCity Bangalore, i am receiving internet speed alwz <10 KBps.Even when i type "Jio" in Google search,it take 9-10 seconds to display results So poor internet Bandwidth allowed here in Hullimagla P.O. Road,E-city, Bangalore. Feel my pain & resolve😩

    @reliancejio i never gave a second thought to stay with jio when it raised recharge rates. In return the whole area of our Hullimagla P.O., electronic City, Bangalore always receiving internet speed<10KBps. I repeat 'always'. Increase the tower bandwidth ASAP

    Totally fedup with jio network Why jio not taking any action. I'm suffering weak network from more then one month. Let me know is there any use of dropping messages to your inbox. You are not at all improving network we are wasting time without porting to other network @JioCare

    @reliancejio I have DMed the details. But it's NOT just internet connectivity issue - it's poor call quality, frequent call drops, inability to make calls without dialling multiple times. Your team just does a sham investigation and says we're updating our network continuously.
