    @JioCare Hi I have been calling customer care people for increase the feasibility for the location which I stay but they respond we are not responsible for that . I and my family and friends are using same Jio network.they say that we don't have feasibility.

    @JioCare severe network issue in BTM first stage Bangalore, we have been raising complaints since last 3 months, every time we are hearing robo response i.e we are working on it to improve. Seems to be no action has taken till now....

    @JioCare @reliancejio Very poor customer service, they don't have remote technical team to resolve customer issues. Technical knowledge of service advisors who visit the premises also very low, since two not able to use the #JioFiber

    @JioCare All the below steps are done 1. Jio SIM is inserted in SIM slot 1 2. airplane mode is off 3. Network mode is LTE/CDMA/GSM 4. data and voice is routed through Jio SIM & data roaming is on Error: no specific error it shows, suddenly signal strength goes down to one point or zero

    Worst experience with @reliancejio @JioCare jio fiber I could have been my local WiFi band in some hop changed to jio I paid for 6m plan so waiting will change after finish very lag in Wi-Fi half off the time using my mobile network pls improve your service 0 rating
