@JioCare @reliancejio i referred my neighbour for fibre connection on may. Still i am awaiting my voucher till date. I hav re recording of customer care giving me false promise of getting in the voucher applied automatically in Aug 2022. Do u want me to upload it here?

@reliancejio Who will help it out for me. I applied for a corporate porting from Airtel to JIO. jio sent 1 person and he collected all documents several times,no clarity to that guy. After 1 month status is rejected reason: Mismatch in document.

Also E-sim is still unstable a bit! I have way too many call drops and out of coverage area notifications! -@JioCare they told me sorry sir in your area we don’t have a signal tower o live in the city centre and no coverage?? And they promise to deliver 5G speeds is a joke!

@JioCare That’s what I am hearing from all the people I have talked too from JIO. What’s the point taking premium plans if we do not get any service on time. Engineers are focused to get new connections referrals but no one wants to provide good service!!
