    @JioCare I have requested for postpaid to prepaid conversion but it is not reflecting in MyJio app and my bills are getting accrued everyday. I have also paid 543(99 prime + 444 pack) at Manavalanagar Jio Customer care office for prepaid plan. Please help with this.

    I kept telling them they'll lose business if they don't care about thier customers... So many complaints and they cared lesser. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Enjoy the Losses now. Hope you shut down soon. I've never had issues with @reliancejio #HappyJioCustomer

    @reliancejio @reliancejio why is the internet always too slow. It says 4G and for what am I paying Jio for. Really disappointed with the internet. Whenever I need the most I don't get proper internet speed. My number is 6363183419. I am fed up.

    @JioCare @reliancejio from last week or so I'm getting really poor internet speeds. It used to work great but now even a downloding a small file takes ages. Please look into the issue ASAP

    @JioCare My jio no is 9740111173,handset is samsung j7 duo,all my phone setting is fine,postal code is 560100,and inside velkani tech park all offices we are facing the issue dont tell me know you will not get permission to enter the office,please solve this issue asap

    @JioCare What's the use i have sent you a DM already and there is no reply nor any resolution. Evening now today being the day of world cup finals I am not able to see it with ease. Internet is frequently disconnecting and the TV screen keeps refreshing. Worst experience ever!!!

    @JioCare Jio 5G is so slow that even a single message is not going on WhatsApp. Even in the Jio app, the message is not going in the Jio Care chat. The internet is very slow.
