None of your people had a clue what to fix when I couldn’t dial out any toll free numbers. Never experienced this level of poor customer service at airtel or Vodafone ever! Truly disgusting!

Was forced to cancel the connection & devices collected last week. Connection is now closed, can't reach customer care, and no update on refund.
