I tried to troubleshoot via Myjio app but troubleshooting sucks, says data connection is off though it's switched on. Tried contacting jiocare via 198 but it's very very annoying process [1/3]

The internet speed increases somewhat at night when everyone is asleep. But throughout the day it's really poor. Your competitors are doing really well in terms of service. You're disappointing!

Multiple emails and calls done regarding this. Received only false assurances and new deadlines every time. Btw their refund policy is within 14 days. @Airtel_Presence
