(please note that the signal strengths are not good at indoors).

I was told it is mandatory valid for 28 days or so and from next month onwards I'm free to choose any plan. Due to a misunderstanding, I downgraded to the โน399 plan without realizing that it excluded TV channel services. Consequently, I returned my Jio 4K Set-Top Box, and Jio has already acknowledged its successful collection. Despite multiple emails, I have only been redirected to chatbot support without any proper resolution. I kindly request the following: โข Upgrade my connection to the โน599 Entertainment Bonanza plan (30 Mbps + OTT apps + TV channels). โข Since the Set-Top Box has already been returned and acknowledged by Jio, kindly ensure that no notional value or penalty charges of โน6,000 are applied to my account. โข As per Jio policy, customers upgrading to an OTT bundled plan after returning the STB are eligible for a new Set-Top Box without additional device cost. Kindly arrange a technician visit for installation of the new Set-Top Box at my registered address. Please resolve this matter at the earliest as it is causing considerable inconvenience. Thank you.
