    @reliancejio Though I have raised the complaints regarding no 5G connectivity on my phone since it’s been upgraded from 4G to 5G . There are no action taken yet except false promises by your tech support past 1 month . Such a pathetic experience of being a Jio user .

    @JioCare senior executives are never available to complain, I am trying to contact them from November 2022, but they don't have time for billing and they also discontinued my services. @TRAI don't give them any further licence if they are not able to provide support.#JioTrue5G

    @JioCare I am having Internet connection issue from 3 days, i have raised SR on Saturday but still issue is not resolved. I escalated to Senior Manager and he assured it will be fixed today by 12 PM. Not sure what kind of SLA you have and when issue will be fixed?

    @JioCare @airtelindia Only when you people have proper English speaking staff instead of very low paid agents and call customer to understand the problem you can take care of the issue . Jio does not care about customers . Mukesh says take care of MataG , PitaG but forgot CustomerG

    @JioCare Even in cities like Mohali, both indoor and outdoor 5G coverage quality is poor in many areas. Speeds and signal stability fluctuate frequently despite 5G availability being claimed. Network quality and consistency need major improvement. Please do something for resolution

    @JioCare The service request is back to assigning an engineer, if you can't have resolution please remove my connection and provide compensation if this is unfixable from your side. Terrible service deeply disappointed , your whole team can't send one technician to fix the issue

    Jio is completely gone case network. I have complained about network issue end number of times. Now it's time to port the SIM. In a tier 2 city I'm unable to get network inside my home that too near National Highway 😞. Pathetic 😭 @JioCare @reliancejio today is big zero network

    @KMistr @JioCare Yeah, they have become worst. The service was fine at my previous address, that's why thought of getting it at my new address. One more thing I got to know is that you can no longer relocate your existing jio fiber. They are forcing the customer to forfeit their remaining...(1/2)
