    @JioCare @reliancejio Pathetic network in my area. Forget internet even calls don't connect and call gets dropped automatically and if somehow it connects then there's no clear audio. Hello @TRAI I've been reporting issues for almost 2 years for same area. No results. Pls help.

    I have just been shifted to a new society. Here is not showing your services properly. If you do not take care of this, you will lose a large number of customers. They can port their no to another operator. Save your customer. @JioCare @reliancejio @JioChat

    Worst experience with Jio Fiber and the service requests! They spammed for recharges and when I recharged, the internet was not able to connect. I raised 3 service requests which got auto closed but nobody showed up! @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice

    @RA42069 @Apple @reliancejio Interesting. But I doubt it’s just Jio. As my other phone had network but this one didn’t as soon as I restarted after the iOS upgrade. On the other hand, my other phone could just had a phantom handshake with the carrier and no true connectivity.

    Its been More an 20 days i clicked Interested button But i think @reliancejio @JioCare is not interested in Providing me Acesss To their So called " true 5G" Network. I do have 5G handset with update and 5G coverage too. My friends enjoying and I’m still waiting 😞 #JioTrue5G

    @reliancejio why there is always issue with my mother's number i have been trying to connect to customer care from past 45 mins no one is responding and there's always issue with the network if you cannot provide please shut down your services.

    @JioCare It’s alright. I’m honestly tired of explaining the same issue again and again. Called support 17 times for one single problem and still ended up here. But thanks for finally showing concern anyway. Hope no one else has to go through this experience.

    @JioCare Warning to the Public "Everyone needs to stay alert and be aware. Don't fall for their cheap rates; their customer service is pathetic and extremely stressful, whether you use their Fiber or SIM network. There have been multiple such incidents. They don't reply on the app,

    @JioCare @DisneyPlusHS I have recharged my Jio number with the Jio Hotstar plan, but Hotstar is still not working on my account. The recharge is active, but I am not getting access to Hotstar. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

    @JioCare Let me give you a brief explanation here. The engineer with contact number +916361032819 visited my home on 8th May and he was trying to install the connection but it did not happened and he said there is no LOS signal and cannot complete the connection. So, he put it on hold.

    @JioCare I already registered a grievance on 2026-04-24 regarding the prolonged outage and shared all available screenshots/emails. Most responses were only automated outage messages. Saying there was “no delay” is incorrect.
