    @reliancejio @JioCare is having the worst customer services I’ve ever experienced in my lifetime. 3 months of spam calls before recharge and after recharging, the internet never ever worked. More than 30 days with 12+ service requests and nobody showed up :(

    @JioCare @reliancejio Pathetic network in my area. Forget internet even calls don't connect and call gets dropped automatically and if somehow it connects then there's no clear audio. Hello @TRAI I've been reporting issues for almost 2 years for same area. No results. Pls help.

    @JioCare why I am not getting OTP for any application, service provider, bank etc.. your customer care executive saying there is an issue from the service provider side. How come suddenly this happened? Are you saying ICICI bank, Amazon, credit card, tata, voot,hotstar is not 1/n

    Looks like 16 year association with @ViCustomerCare will now end. As VI does not support #eSIM for Idea series number, I guess time to move towards @reliancejio or @airtelindia

    @JioCare No you don’t understand the concern, you don’t want to customer stay with you. If you understand the concern then it will not took this much time to activate the True 5G on my number. Its been now 1 month True 5G is launched in Pune but still you are note able to provide it.

    @JioCare Oh common you are saying none of the service provider register with network operator?? You tell me which service provider is registered with you. I'll install that application and see I am getting messages or OTP.

    @RA42069 @Apple @reliancejio Interesting. But I doubt it’s just Jio. As my other phone had network but this one didn’t as soon as I restarted after the iOS upgrade. On the other hand, my other phone could just had a phantom handshake with the carrier and no true connectivity.

    @JioCare @reliancejio from 3 years you are only rolling out the service. What a speed?? To come at another side of road you are taking 3 years and still it is not available. Good service, if it is the speed of your service allocation then no one is going to take your fiber service

    @JioCare I know the process of activation. But this can only be done when I receive the SIM. Provide me ETA for delivery of SIM. If it's anytime beyond 11 AM tomorrow (28-May), cancel my order and refund the amount. I will not be available after 11 AM to collect the SIM.

    @JioCare Another follow-up and still no response from @JioCare. Complaint raised on 29-Apr-26 remained unresolved till 24-May-26 despite repeated follow-ups while the account was active. Account suspension later due to non-payment does not invalidate the original unresolved complaint.
