Paid for #JioFiber new connection on Monday, still waiting for the installation to happen. What a great service @JioCare @reliancejio. I wish my new society had @airtelindia fibre, i would not need to switch. :(

Why am i getting 2G, 3G speeds for a 4G sim? @JioCare @reliancejio your representatives are telling that somany using at your area... Thats not the solution i required... Speed cant be distributed... Improve the network or will switch to others

@JioCare Today it was saying it is scheduled for 7pm now it is extended by a 24 hrs again, why does your customer care says technician will visit within 24 hrs when they can't, Don't make customer false promises which you can't keep multiple times.
