    @JioCare This issue is not just for my number. In general the Jio connectivity in this part of Pune is bare minimum. Many of my friends who were Jio users have now ported the number to other service providers. Being a loyal Jio user since past many years I wanted to call out the issue

    @RA42069 @Apple @reliancejio Interesting. But I doubt it’s just Jio. As my other phone had network but this one didn’t as soon as I restarted after the iOS upgrade. On the other hand, my other phone could just had a phantom handshake with the carrier and no true connectivity.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @JioCare @reliancejio as per jio's customer care IVR internet service are shutdown in Pune, kharadi area as per guidelines from government. Can you please confirm what's the reason behind such shutdown. Or jio providing false information to its customers.

    @JioCare Tried multiple times to get an esim with your process Its the worst tedious process as compared to other providers making us type cumbersome messages with IMEI and EID numbers Format is confusing Auto replies are erroneous

    I have just been shifted to a new society. Here is not showing your services properly. If you do not take care of this, you will lose a large number of customers. They can port their no to another operator. Save your customer. @JioCare @reliancejio @JioChat

    Worst experience with Jio Fiber and the service requests! They spammed for recharges and when I recharged, the internet was not able to connect. I raised 3 service requests which got auto closed but nobody showed up! @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice

    @JioCare today Chinchwad area jio 5G internet connection is stop. If mobile hotspot connect with Android tv YouTube, hotstar are not load pages or not playing videos please solve this problem.

    @JioCare How? I have been hearing this for over 10 days. The resolution date was 11th May. I also have call recordings from all conversations with lies & false dates. How do I proceed now? I was supposed to get a refund/callback in 24 hours. Nothing. can you at least call & give me an update?

    @JioCare - Internet service is down for 3-4 days now, connect customer care is not reachable. Moreover, the Jio appellate service is not reachable too. When I delay my payment by an hour, you levy late fee. Now we have so much to loose with no internet, who will compensate that?
