I got charged for Netflix subscription in my mobile bill. I contacted Jio care for explanation they told me to contact Netflix support we cant help you in this, even though they charged.

More than 30 days with 12+ service requests and nobody showed up :(

This is a safety hazard involving 11kV electrical infrastructure, not a routine service request. Who will be responsible if an incident occurs?

But assigning message came that due to technical issues engineer will not attene the issue. This happens when there is monopoly.
