    @JioCare Plan taken - 100mbps 699/- month since first day I am not getting the desired speed of 100mbps. I am using a dual 5G and 2.4G router.Speed on 5G router on a compatible 5G device mob / laptop : getting low speed with frequent internet reconnecting issue. fiber id: +91-3222318704

    @JioCare My Fiber number is +91-4435630907. My outstanding bill is Rs.824.81 and due by 30-Aug. I have a Service Request SR00001D3APX open for more than a week. I won't pay the bill until my Service Request is resolved. Please expedite so that I can continue using Jio.

    It’s been more than 3 months I have raised my concern or issue with @JioCare still no response, saddest part is no one has even contacted to address it. They keep on repeating same reply, we understand your concern and we are looking in to it.

    @JioCare @reliancejio please let us know wht should we do to start incoming and outgoing even after recharge? We can have internet at same connection but can't make or receive calls.already got in touch with so called Customer care bt no success. Pls help us

    @reliancejio @JioCare Its More than 24 Hrs Paid Rs. 2835 to your Executive Mr. Mohd Kaif whose Phone Number is 7037604233 for Jio Business Broadband Connection but still installation not done. This kind of service you are providing in Capital of India Delhi.
