@JioCare bought new connection hoping to get better Internet speed compared to @VodafoneGroup.. But I should say Jio is Pathetic. Customer executive says they will look into the matter and after 15 days no solution but more problems. It takes 16 minutes to open live chat.Pathetic

@JioCare From last 15 days during 6:00 P.M to 10 P.M ,internet speed is dropping drastically and videos get buffered .My entire village is facing the same issue.while calling to customer care,I wondered why the call is being dropped before call gets transferred to customer care executive.

@JioCare Hi Jio Team , I am Avadi Chennai, following for Jio Fibre Connections for past 6 months we have jio port just 150mts from my home but they say I need wait for 6 months when I call Jio. if you don't have Infrastructure why you ask customer to wait? @JioCare @reliancejio .

@JioCare Customer service staff on call said they won’t refund and use this in next year’s renewal???why would I or anyone make advance payment for next years Renewal. This is really disappointing customer service.
