@JioCare my jio number unlimited validity is29 August .main account balance is ₹18 .but till my sms service is unable .so I can not send any sms to my friend or family .it's a example of best service? Pl deduct my main balance and start my sms service . @ViCustomerCare @Airtel

It's regarding @reliancejio. Pathetic service of Jio fiber. It been more than 24 hours, my wifi is still not working and the much disappointing thing is the service. Customer care agent don't know what to do, nearby engineers are not picking up calls. Changing connections now.
