    Never get JioFiber in Bangalore. It's been 16 days and the installation has been getting rescheduled every other day. I've never experienced worse service from a telecom company. @reliancejio

    @RahulGu25709277 @JioCare Same issue i also face and my all family and friends facing network automatically stop and internet and call also then we on/off airplane mode many time to fix it some time it's work some times it's not work

    Jio services have become pathetic. Have been complaining about internet issue for last 1 month we no resolution & this is happening at Lower Parel, one of the corporate hubs in Mumbai Extremely disappointed @JioCare, planning to port out of @reliancejio Welcome @airtelindia

    @JioCare alternate contact number for my account has been fraudulently updated by your Jio Store team and then deactivated my services stating I have requested same. Customer care not have any help to address it.

    Bill pending. After this i tried to contact your @Airtel_Presence cx care but no response Now i think if i should port all my and my family's airtel to @reliancejio for better and smooth support

    @JioCare @reliancejio your customer support is very poor please improve it and also many people facing same issue so please solve as soon as possible last 3 days my 2gb net going waste because internet not working solve as soon as possible
