    @JioCare I am very unsatisfied with jio fibre team . Till now jio fibre has not installed , due to this work has hampered. Please take necessary action and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

    If I hv to name 1 most useless n draconian company, it wud b @reliancejio. Dey take their customers n their money 4 granted. Der is nonprovision to refund d money incase services not provided. And in a month 7-8days der is neither service nor repair facility avalble. #Cheaters

    @jiocare Poor, unsupported and unsatisfactory. This how they work and respond. From last 4 days i am suffering my personal and official work due to network issue,Unable to use internet make and receive calls. @jiocustomercare response it will take upto 6 months time to resolve.

    @reliancejio @RelianceDigital I have complained about the problem of my transaction in jio Store. reference number: 700753729 According to your escalation team, they have requested 7 working days to resolve the issue. But even after the allotted time, my problem was not solved.
