The worst service ne company can ever offer.Had thought 2 switch my landline,DTH etc everything to JIO, bt nw I am sure I am not taking them for sure. It's been 3 weeks now no news on the refund of thr trial package I had taken. It's just pathetic @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare Jio u and ur officials are dishonest nd liar, made several complaints, every time fake service no is given and after few hours u close the complaint without contacting/visiting. Totally fraud company with dishonest engineer, no one has come after 28.11.Fraudsters,#worst service

This is a grivience regarding jio Fiber even after the disconnection and handing over the device after the gap of 4months didn’t got any refund neither any help from jio care any the mails and details and nothing positive came out @JioCare @JioFiberVoice @_MukeshAmbani

@JioCare So many times I have given you time, there is use with your complaint and service engineer will close it in next day, last complaint open on 13 dec and it’s closed today SR000017WTBW, it’s happening since last 45days.
