I also contacted the IR customer care number multiple times but there is no resolution and every time they talk about useless escalation. Not sure if this tweet will also make any difference or not. @reliancejio

@Himangs68560334 @JioCare @reliancejio I am also facing same problem using jio. I made a recharge of 555 but I can hardly use 500 mb out of 1.5 gb per day due to poor internet service given by jio. I think we are wasting our hard earned money using jio.

@JioCare @SubharthiMoulik Gandu Bhandu network #jio4G anytime slow ghatiya internet speed problems and network fluctuations issues facing continue indoor & outdoor, complaint karne par working Kiya jane and wait kre bol ke Gumrah Kiya jata hai. Very poor Bad service my current location-845433.
