    @JioCare @reliancejio You have one of the worst customer service. One can't even call your customer care.Your people can't even come on time and install the services back,people are working from home understand this.I have paid fully but worst customer experience I am getting

    @JioCare @reliancejio hey team jio 5g towers are installed in my city but still I don't get good networks in my area . I live in a well reputated residential area. Everytime I have to get to my balcony to get little network of 5g. That's not all even if I get 5g the speed sucks!

    @Airtel_Presence Our Network has become hopeless since last two days. Whats happening. We are already cheated by You Airtel people by not offering amazon prime membership. @JioCare has come up with best postpaid plan. Just one month to go through your harrasement.

    @reliancejio @reliancejio your sales folks are excellent at convincing people to convert but your after sales service is down in the drains. Disappointing, at the very least, after the amount of money you charge monthly.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I had put up a complaint of my Jio Fiber. My service request is SR00001IQOL7 It was suppose to be resolved today. But it has haven’t resolved. Can you pls intervene. As I’m unable to use wifi and watch TV.

    @TRAI @reliancejio @JioCare 198 is allocated for Helpdesk Calling for Critical issues where JIO mention Balance Data, New Plans & Jio Activation over IVR, Connecting to Customer care is very Big Task here......

    @JioCare Will you replace your faulty SIM Card free or not? I can't use your service properly due to it. This is not good behaviour with your old customer. Allow free replacement and give me your nearest store address where I can do it.

    Vi stops providing internet just 1 or 2 days before package completion. Why? If you have already taken full money then why not give internet. Solve this problem soon or we will all [Family and friends] be transferred from #Vi to @JioCare #Jio @ViCustomerCare
