@JioCare I want to discontinue my Jiofiber connection. Nobody is attending my complaint from last 8 days. Jio customer support is worst.Have mailed you twice, contacted 8 to 10 times, visited engineer but couldn't solve the issue,visited Jio store,Work order not shown in database

I hd reported about jio network problem issue in our location since three month before but till now no any solution about this network problem . it's a big scam bkz we have pain 4G network payment and packages but d t network issue we r not used full data @reliancejio @JioCare

There is no response from the @JioCare team, regarding my issue and the team is mentioning they are on leave and not understanding whom to approach. I never thought that i will face an issue with @reliancejio. Disappointed with your service.
