    @JioCare @reliancejio Requested for installation at office. Rescheduled from jio support twice. No engineer aasigned till now. Also call support stated that "they need to check with higher authority". If they don't have authority to support customer then what are they doing

    @JioCare The service men came and they said wire got cut due to someone's Building Construction and we hear to bear to the wiring expense. If this is the case, Please Discontinue my service and Refund the amount to the original payment method @JioCare

    @JioCare You asked me contact distributor and jio center but they are not Responding that I called them several times further they asked me to call customer but customer care also not Responding. Kindly Resolve this issue and pay back my money immediately..

    @reliancejio @JioCare : I have applied for porting from MTNL to JIO PREPAID for which order number is NO0000NJZD2Q. MTNL Sim is still showing network and number is de-activated from their end. When will JIO Sim start picking up network ? Please look into this issue.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @RelianceJioCare A classic example of pathetic service with lack of ownership to customers query. It's been more than a week and i still haven't recipient response to my "urgent" query. Does any care to respond and help???
