Even engineers always says, we are third party and you cant do anything about us as we will solve your issue by our will and it is like that only. Do whatever you want to do. @_MukeshAmbani

If you can’t manage the network or provide a stable data speed, stop selling the service. We pay full price, and we get terrible performance. Why should we even recharge if this is the result?

Then I called customer care and my ticket is on hold without providing confirmation code. So, no "neeyat" of providing fix. @JioCare
