    Worst service, worst customer care response, worst field technicians if you want to experience then get @JioCare Jio Fiber at home… They can only survive & people like us put up with them is because the alternative in the market is even worse…

    I booked a choice number yesterday morning at around 8 am.. and get sms for activation agent details yesterday. Still sim not delivered. I complaint and lunch a ticket, care team said 3 pm -6 pm in between sim will activate. But still nothing @reliancejio @jio

    I'm facing a persistent audio issue with my JioFiber Set-Top Box that started this morning. There is no sound output on any application or channel, including live TV channels on Jio tv+ and all available OTT platforms , although the video is functioning normally @JioCare

    @JioCare I have already paid upto 11 Jun 26 and requested for disconnection on 9 jun 26 . Kindly resolve this issue ….why do i pay for 11 jun to 10 jul charges ….i have already vacated the home ….only jio set up box is kept with the home owner @TRAI @JioCare

    @JioCare free yourself from this Jio Reliance friends looters and tyrant just because subscription amount is with them so going to any length of torture we are fed up they won't refund and every month 5 to 6 times service disrupted for 5 days fed up don't subscribe
