@JioCare Thanks Karan for the assurance.We all are heavily dependent on internet for our work. Location is neither somewhere deep in Himalayas nor inaccessible to location engineer. Why the delay? While Jio competitors are taking hours to resolve the issue, here it's been 3 days.

@JioCare I am impressed I logged a complaint on yesterday and today after tweeting there I got a call from 9198162814 to know that he is busy today and he will try to come tomorrow on my location and he is not sure if he is available tomorrow Thank you for wasting my crucial time.

@jagograhakjago No Internet available on Jio Fiber from last 8 days, nobody from @JioCare @reliancejio is giving me Internet to my Prepaid jio fiber connection. Jio fiber has been out of service for over 20 days in last 2 months. My JIO RMN 9829159968. I feel helpless

I had raised a complaint for the Jio Extenders received by me that they are not working at all. I got a reply with an expected resolution time of 48 Hours on August 15th. Now it is August 22nd and I am still waiting for the resolution. @reliancejio @JioCare
