@JioCare i'm sorry for late reply. I did this but non of your Store executives know how to do this. Also, I called customer care and asked her the same, she said what you said but she too don't know the process of doing this when the executive asked her. So, you need to confirm once.

Dear @JioCare, @reliancejio fantastic service that I have to wait since 17 Aug for uninstallation of order no. CO0000DI1UF as you keep rescheduling visit 2-3 times every day. Even time given in call not honoured. Don’t you have enough staff or don’t want to refund deposit?

@JioCare people do not know what is the problem that even they will take money and are not able to provide service, one or two sticks remain in the name of network and in the name of data even WhatsApp message does not go. Same on you @reliancejio
