    @JioCare There is a severe network problem in our locality, since past 6 days. I have been calling to your customer care, but they extending the timeline daily. This is the time, when people scramble for covid resources in internet. Plz do resolve our problem at the earliest.

    @airtelindia doesn’t like their customer s to port to other operators.ported my family plan numbers to @reliancejio. payments were clear. Later they asked to pay few more amount for the duration which took in porting. Paid everything but still number is barred @Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare Dear sirYour executive call me and said that if we come in your offical store for port then we pay 399 rupees because its a payout for executive how deal with customer because company month pay that story. Is it good behaviour with customer and tell me that is not good and fair

    @JioCare What's your update on the compensation. Either you provide the compensation or we can go to the consumer forum for resolution. @JioCare As I enquired, the request was cancelled without my confirmation and resolution on 10th April @ 10:37 AM. Address this as well.

    @JioCare We have been waiting since almost 10 days and its getting rescheduled again and again..do try to resolve and fix the connection..they making some or the other excuses..hope this time its done..
