    Here at Lateri road near jio tower , Maksudangarh , dist guna m.p. We are facing severe issues with slow internet. What kind of 5G network is this? It is even worse than 2G @reliancejio @JioCare @JioHotstar

    @reliancejio @jio_fiber since i lodge the complaint on 31st May 2026 your team rescheduled the appointment everyday after failing to resolve the complaint and every time response from your side is same. Advise me whether i can use jio fiber or i have to change service provider ?

    @JioCare Yeah that's what you guys have been doing since 27th of May the day I made a complaint. Your engineer who was supposed to show yesterday for whom I cancelled my plans and waited home all day never showed up. I was on call with your technical team member for almost an hour.

    Dear @JioFiber @JioCare, how many more“tomorrows”do I need to wait? It’s been 7 days without a resolution. Every time I contact support, I get the same response: “The issue will be resolved today.” Then tomorrow comes and nothing changes. This is not customer service #PoorService

    @JioCare Dear team , I know Jio is a great brand, due to some reason my Jio sim was suspended but I’m in United States but the Jio store people isn’t even responding in way manner !! They humiliated my dad this is so sad, I have been using 10yrs this sim. Need help Immediately

    @reliancejio @JioCare Worst AI implementation on 198 . I call to register complaint, but AI keeps on saying " Mai apki madad kr sakti hu" in place of asking to connect customer service associate. Worst ever I experienced. I have urgent complaint about voucher ,but still no help
