    @reliancejio @OfficialJioTV you guys are useless and hire useless people. Your employees cannot deliver what they promise and then abuse customer and give useless reason like mistakes are common ans made by people only. If you can't work professionally then don't do false promise

    @JioCare Jio is the worst network. I ported to jio one week ago and now I am unable to make and receive calls with jio IPHONE users. I have emailed, chatted & called the customer care many times. But Nobody is replying. I have MOTO EDGE 20 FUSION (8GB RAM) bought from FLIPKART

    Hey, @reliancejio Tried to replace my lost sim. We have visited the store three times. The sim is in name of my mother. The staff is very rude. They are using words like you have to visit the store ten times if you need.

    @JioCare I paid for the set-top box on 5 Nov from jio app. I still haven't received any confirmation msg, all I get is rescheduled appointments and no valid response from customer support.

    @JioCare I need an immediate action and a call back to me on my alternate number on this calling since last one week to change my registered mobile number from u r records u r team doesn’t know the proper knowledge and some time drops my call worst experience
