    @JioCare I am being asked to submit a third request, while Jio hasn’t assigned reason why previous two were rejected? I understand you are trying to help in individual capacity but this is pure harassment by Jio.

    @JioCare I used the free Amazon prime (mobile) subs via jio recharge! Couldn’t upgrade the plan by myself. Now jio could neither cancel the prime plan nor the actual jio plan! And stupid AI bots are frontier and couldn’t talk to the customer care. How stupid this management is!!!

    @JioCare Thank you for the response, but this delay is unacceptable. My Jio AirFiber service has been disrupted for days, causing major inconvenience. I request immediate resolution and a clear ETA, otherwise I will be forced to escalate this matter further.

    I'm fed up with Jio ₹899 recharge every month, but no 5G and terrible 4G speeds I can't even study properly, despite the tower being just 100m away. #worst @JioCare Shame on Jio's owner😡 I've been filing complaints for the last three months, and all they do is send the same msg
