    AirFiber has been terrible & there’s no way I can get to talk to a human. Local reps are useless, they won’t move until I raise an official complaint. Your app shows no way to raise a ticket, the call menu is useless. Find a way, fix it today or im switching @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio I've been trying to cancel my Jio Fiber booking but haven't been able to get it done despite reaching out through the helpline and email multiple times. Would appreciate cancellation and refund at the earliest. #Jio

    @reliancejio @JioCare You’re making a huge mistake by putting an AI agent btw customers and actual support. Even raising a single complaint has become impossible. The AI keeps getting in the way instead of resolving the issue or connecting the customer to a support representative
