Every provider in #India is now support balance transfer and recharge plan maintenance between circles of its own network for #Prepaid. Why doesn't @reliancejio support it yet, @JioCare ?

Every now & then people calling my number will start getting the message, "Phone is out of coverage" when it definitely isn't. @reliancejio service has become absolutely atrocious these days.
