  @JioCare your fiber service is disgusting I have booked the jio fiber yesterday the installation was scheduled on 1:30pm today but I am still waiting for it they scheduled it 3 times but on booking time they are Their in 30 mins

  @JioCare That many a people in my area r could be simultaneously using Jio net should not be a valid reason for slow net and occasional no net to me particularly when I require .This means Jio requires 2 use mre powerful instrument in my area to cater seamless services .

  @reliancejio @JioCare Please come out with voice only plan, as your data plan is useless. As we have to take other broadband service (wifi) for basic mobile use. Jiocare says your data is slow because more people are using. Do you want people to pay for data but don't use???

  @reliancejio I'm a senior citizen (76). As I had problem with Voda connection, I got it ported to Jio. Your representative gave me Sim at home % promised to help insert Sim as I don't know. Despite many calls, he is not responding. Pl help. I can give contact number in private.
