    @reliancejio @JioCare We are facing network issues at pavagada town (karnataka) due to non renewal of your tower aggreement. After contacting your customer care they said upto one year they can't do anything.

    @reliancejio Prompt enough to stop the services of Jio Fibre even if bill is delayed by one day. Not prompt enough to resume the services even after a down time of 3 days. It's the state of affairs in Mumbai. Pitfalls of a monopoly business. Third world customer interface.

    @JioCare You are keep asking for some more time since last Monday. Today I have to recharge my service, and for your negligence I have to recharge for both, whereas I don't use one service since the last month. Is it fair enough??? @JioCare @jio

    @JioCare Almost 42 hours since there is no internet. I haven't heard from either a technician or your escalation team. It's making it worse. I have never thought of this experience from Jio. I need an immediate escalation and call from the nodal officer or the escalation team @JioCare
