    @JioCare after a recent speed issue on my Jio Fiber connection I contacted customer support but he refused to raise a ticket saying "I'm getting 20Mbps on Wi-fi which is above threshold speed". I have the 150Mbps plan. I want to know if this is really the case.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia how many times does your service have issues in a month? Such a pathetic service since a few months. Planning to switch to @reliancejio there is an internet outage everytime. How do you expect people to work from home?

    @JioCare @reliancejio Why for the past 1 week your netwk is fluctuating vigorously. Signal automatically dropping to no bar from full bars. and for d last 8 hours thr r no signals. U thief hw do I use my 251plan 50 GB data & daily 2GB data. R u walking over ur brother's path

    @JioCare You people are making only fool of us.. there's no speed & coverage in my locality.. complained several times..but still waiting for the resolution from 3-4 months..Online study has gone deep down due to you guys.. mark my words..you people will soon loose miliions of customers

    @JioCare @reliancejio Most BAKWAS and Poor internet speed in my locality. What a low level service you provide to your user. A lot of user and less tower or low capability.
