    @JioCare No any actions jio team is very pore service provider not response ur area dm aravind mbl 7087233840 I have many time calls but again excuse to rush area why not understand customer problems why not improve ur internet speed jio se accha speed to Tata and bsnl ka ata

    @JioCare Useless contact of jio. Just autobot is available everywhere that is worthless. I paid for aur fiber more then 15 days ago but still it's didn't install. If u can't then return my money I will get airtel. Airtel is little bit costly but I will service atleast.

    @JioCare Past 3 days jio fiber is not working. Only regret sms coming. No confirm timing for restoration. Plan money is being charged inspite of services being down

    Extremely disappointed with JioFiber service. App doesn’t allow calling technicians, and untrained agents disrupted my entire workday. Why pay for such poor support? Any compensation for lost time? Doubtful. @JioCare @reliancejio #JioFiber #PoorSupport

    @JioCare when the service itself is poor and speed is hardly usable why should I recharge? We are on a postpaid family plan and pay bills on time yet facing constant calling and internet issues. Fix the network and provide consistent service first - then asking for payment will make sens.

    @JioCare @JioCare I raised a complaint on 20-04-2026 (SR000033VRAH), but it is STILL not resolved. I was told ODU spares are not available. How long should customers wait? Please resolve this immediately. This delay is unacceptable. #Jio #CustomerService

    @JioCare Hi Shireen... The problem is your service engineer Tamizharasan never used to respond calls when I am available at home and always visit when no one is available at home! Excellent service.... Efficient Engineer! Shame on you!!!
