    @JioCare As per your last response ...Next bill cycle date has already been passed but bill has not received yet Bill date -21 December Last month also there was issue for bill copy which I was said that bill will be sent for this december month.

    @JioCare To convert one postpaid to prepaid number you make your customer run around multiple times! That's hell of a service. Why can't you just reflect my payment in all your systems at once!!!

    @JioCare I have been trying to relocate my jiofiber connection for the past week. In between emails and customer care all I get is uncertain answers or a negative result. Why can't I directly talk with the agent in my area for a simple relocation? #JioFiber

    @JioCare In the city, I am not the only person who is facing this kind of problem. Many of my friends also have the same problem, we all are unable to access WhatsApp messages and watching YouTube videos without interruption. I hope I don't have to complain again
