    Please improve your network. 4G is not working properly here except post midnight and prior to sunrise that too when I keep it on my window or nearby. I'm neither a vampire nor a bat. @JioCare location Kalbadevi, Ratnagiri.

    @reliancejio,Recently i have opted for 1yr plan, with2.5 GB daily data option,Off late for past many weeks,not only me but many of us find that, Jio mobile's network is extremely slow. Is there any technical issues involved. Trust the issues will be resolved at the earliest. Thks

    @JioCare It's been more than 10 days since I completed payment for my Jio AirFiber connection, yet the installation is still pending. No proper update has been provided, and now I'm being asked to pay additional installation charges, which were never communicated earlier.

    @JioCare Last month, I lost 12 days due to external technical issue. This month, this is internal issue. Today is the 8th day that my internet is not working even after payment being made on time. This is highly unethical to charge but not provide service.

    @JioCare We are not complaining for fun we are the ones who are facing issues. You are not even addressing the actual issue and goes on saying to rest the network settings.

    @JioCare I have cancelled request for Jio fiber order no. NO0001DJ4VN2 on 20th May since the engineer on site said that it can’t be installed as there are already enough connections in the area and no place for a new one. Post that I have raised 2 service requests - SR000036CA0T
