@JioCare Your service request number is SR00001B6U82. You will receive an update by 27/05/2022 at 12:18. This is old SRN - not yet resolved. I want a permanent solution, not a temporary one. For the last 2 weeks, we have been facing internet connection issues.

@JioCare Jio team, Your service engineer came late for one day. Why i have to suffer for that? Jio team needs 5 minutes to install a new device and 1 second need to disconnect the connection.
