    @JioCare no proper network between 3pm to 9pm, it is reacting, from past two months, what's going on.? If i complaint in my jio app, it is telling that, it takes 5hrs 34min to resolve the issue

    @JioCare This is unacceptable. At the time of installation and purchase, it was never clearly informed that 4K content is excluded from the STB bundle subscription. I specifically chose Jio Air Fiber expecting full 4K support, especially when the device is advertised as 4K capable.

    @JioCare There is no mention of scheduled time , name of technician. It's been more than 14 hour since I raised a SR. Please take back your jio fibre connection and all the machinary ,I am ready to surrender the connection. service is such poor.

    @JioCare Have been waiting for the last escalation to be resolved and yet since the last 3 days, I am having network issues in terms of data and calls where the networks are showing 5G. Please tell me before responding, have you even checked the last escalation

    Installed Jio AirFiber 6 days ago, stopped working the next day. Red light blinking since 5 days. Support only says restart/reboot but no fix. Either give a clear resolution timeline or process my refund. Very poor experience. @reliancejio @JioCare
