Please improve your network. 4G is not working properly here except post midnight and prior to sunrise that too when I keep it on my window or nearby. I'm neither a vampire nor a bat. @JioCare location Kalbadevi, Ratnagiri.

@JioCare hi I have ported my number to @JioCare just few minutes ago. The number is active now in jio network, also first recharge done, but outgoing is active, incoming not active, only call from jio number is incoming, but from other operators call not coming, why?

@JioCare @JioChat worst experience switching to JIO from Hathway. Very pathetic service. I am really disappointed by this. Technician came and they just went off. And close ticket stating that we will come in sometime and it is almost 48 hrs no one turned up. NO0000LZUDFV. Help
