    @JioCare I have lodged disconnection request 3 days back but noone from your team contacted me . I was given 24 hrs time but more than 48 hrs hv been passed. You hv pathetic customer service. Earlier also after following up for 15 days I just gave up because nobody from your team respond

    @TRAI Do you know how @JioCare or @Airtel_Presence customer care no responds?? If not then call and see how worst. Useless ivr tones which not required but no option to speak their officials. Then how cust reach to them. Worst system and worst regulatory.must take up.

    @JioCare Yesterday I got first response from @jiocare social media assuring me that action will be taken and their engineer will visit today without fail by 9:00AM. It’s 9:30 now and there is no sight of any such engineer. #JioFiber fails again.

    @JioCare @reliancejio My jio number are now frequent call drop and out of network or switched off from otherside happening. This is against @TRAI rules. Pl take up and resolve this issue urgently.

    @JioCare Hi Purnima, please do not reply if you are not aware of the concern. I have been already inform that my problem can not be resolved as @reliancejio doesn’t provide that particular option and knowing this you ppl have made me wait 1 month
