    @JioCare I have tweeted this same issue last month @JioCare , and I didn't get any refund for the number of days for which JioFiber was down. Resolve this issue ASAP or I'm discontinuing the JioFiber, no point in having a service that doesn't work😠

    @JioCare Despite multiple complaints, no permanent resolution has been provided. I request: • Immediate permanent fix • Activation of landline • Compensation/bill adjustment for downtime If not resolved within 3 days, I will escalate this matter to TRAI and Consumer Court.

    @JioCare @reliancejio you guys have zero customer service sense or intent. You just want money and once you get it you have no person on ground who is responsible for anything. You have no customer support not even a functional customer care.
