    @jiocare @reliancejio Very poor network at my location, customer care executive is not responding. My incoming calls are totaly stopped due to this. Call is connecting only at outside, internet speed is also very less please solve this urgently. Lactation : Shekhapur, Aurangabad

    @JioCare @TRAI I have tried everything from me.. How much time will it take to solve the issue.. I have even provided my jio sim number in direct message? Also I am unable to call customer care now(198) seems like @reliancejio has suspended my service?

    @JioCare Hi ... Right now I'm, sorry all jio user facing issue all Aurangabad maharatra India pin code 431001 all user not happy with your network service all user same issues....and everyone website , apps is not working ..only buffering and 4 g net speed is 20 to mostly 50 kbps speed.

    I complained about this so many times to customer service but every time they didn't work on it. I have post many complaints on Twitter also by tagging @JioCare, @DoT_India, And @TRAI, but no one is ready to take action against this. (2/2)

    @reliancejio @JioCare has taken maximum 72 hours to resolve issue. Issue not got resolved but they updated to issue resolved. But why ? Now again they taken 7 days to resolve the issue Why are you thinking that a customer should pay to wait only but no resolution provided ?

    @JioCare Dear Mr. Sharath, A guy named Deepak (Phone: 958XXXX980), has arrived. Asking for ladder to attend my complaint. He claims, the company doesn't provide ladder, its the consumer, who has to provide it. I asked to call his superior, he named, SONAL, and Sonal also told, we don't have any ladder. Pls let me know, should i go and buy a ladder first??? or your people, can fix the issue? @reliancejio @RIL_Updates
