I complained about this so many times to customer service but every time they didn't work on it. I have post many complaints on Twitter also by tagging @JioCare, @DoT_India, And @TRAI, but no one is ready to take action against this. (2/2)

@JioCare Internet speed have decreased upto 10 to 20kbps, I'm facing this issue since yesterday and my work has been stopped. I observed that it was working properly even after lockdown & yesterday speed issue observed so dont give us a stupid reasons. Please take action ASAP. 🙏

Whenever I contacted customer care they asked me wait till 9th December. you don't believe guys when I contact them today they raise a complaint and again asked me to wait till 16th December. They also suspend a/c widout any reason.

@ankursethi @airtelindia @reliancejio Please Don't go with Jio. They have the stupidest customer support ever. Even in some tier 2 city you might not get proper network, forget about rural areas. I have numerously raised complaint regarding network issue. But no output.
