    @JioCare Internet speed have decreased upto 10 to 20kbps, I'm facing this issue since yesterday and my work has been stopped. I observed that it was working properly even after lockdown & yesterday speed issue observed so dont give us a stupid reasons. Please take action ASAP. 🙏

    @JioCare @TRAI I have tried everything from me.. How much time will it take to solve the issue.. I have even provided my jio sim number in direct message? Also I am unable to call customer care now(198) seems like @reliancejio has suspended my service?

    @reliancejio With what authority do your employees disconnect the call of customers. @TRAI @JioCare Some are not ready to listen. Teach them how to deal with the customer first.

    @JioCare internet has been off in our area for six days, my daily 1.5 GB of data is being wasted without using it. The service is off from the @reliancejio company. So why should I bear the brunt of it. @TRAI

    @cooladorable I think you should consider opting @reliancejio AirFiber, where you will get everything you are looking for with DTH. I had used DTH earlier, but due to poor support and service, I switched to JioAirFiber, and it has been working very well for me.

    @JioCare @JioCare Jio AirFiber internet has been down repeatedly for days. 5 engineer visits already done, but the issue keeps coming back after a few hours. This is extremely frustrating and affecting daily work Need a permanent fix instead of temporary resolutions every time

    My @jio_fiber connection 3335653840 has been down for 4 days. I’ve already complained 4 times, but every day I only get false promises of a technician visit. No support, no resolution. This is unacceptable. Fix the connection immediately. @reliancejio

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence what would it take to bundle all the airtel services that i am using.. everytime i do it from airtel app , its says “ something went wrong” if i call customer support ( that is a nightmare in itself) they disconnect the call saying “sir technical issue araha hai aap thodi der baad try karna” Kya chahte ho bhai? Time to switch to @reliancejio it seems.

    @JioCare @JioCare A new state escalation request SR0000360YXV was logged with update timeline till 17 May, but surprisingly it was marked resolved yesterday without actually addressing the issue. The connection problem still exists, no engineer has visited, and only automated responses..

    @JioCare @JioCare Different representatives are giving different scripted replies despite screenshots already shared. The fact remains that the service was unusable from 7 May to 13 May & complaints were repeatedly rescheduled/closed. Customers shouln't be charged for days without service
