@JioCare @JagoGrahakJagoo 6 days to get in touch! 2 month to provide services! They provide 5g data service but the team is working as they exist in the 80's, even letters were used they wud have reaches until now! #jiofibre #jiocare

@JioCare Hi ... Right now I'm, sorry all jio user facing issue all Aurangabad maharatra India pin code 431001 all user not happy with your network service all user same issues....and everyone website , apps is not working ..only buffering and 4 g net speed is 20 to mostly 50 kbps speed.

@JioCare Internet speed have decreased upto 10 to 20kbps, I'm facing this issue since yesterday and my work has been stopped. I observed that it was working properly even after lockdown & yesterday speed issue observed so dont give us a stupid reasons. Please take action ASAP. 🙏

@JioCare I puchased Jio STB in Jan 22 but I was given a June 20 model that doesn't support Bluetooth speaker. Reached Haryana Appellate for replacing it with newer model but got denied. My money spent on Jio STB is wasted. Please review.
