@JioCare Internet is very slow since last few weeks.I have 2 jio numbers & both are having same issues.On ground floor inside the house we r even facing issues even to send short messages on whatsapp. Jio app is suggesting that u r in low network area but no step in improving it

@reliancejio is one of the leading operator and it's shame #DND preferences not working. After reporting many UCC/S via @TRAI DND 2.0 App. No luck as most of the complainants getting closed with insufficient details. No status update for JIO numbers on App #DNDFails #UCC

@JioCare @reliancejio is the worst ISP in the country. Every now and then it doesn’t work. It takes 5 days for repairs. While they claim ₹1000 refundable deposit, I’m informed they will return only if disconnected within one month of activation. Pathetic.

Now also no problem has been solved. Again our data is been used in the night even when the net is off. We trusted jio the most. I have 2 jio fiber and in my 8 devices have jio connection. But this was not expected from jio. Who is using the net in night? Itself Jio? @JioCare
