    @JioCare @reliancejio I have complained about network issue at new place where I shifted around 7 months back and I have been told that work in progress and same will be resolved within 120 days. I was still waiting for resolution and again I have told to wait for 120 days

    @jio @reliancejio @JioCare very f* service. I asked about slow internet speed and cust guy told me you have maximum number of user in your area.WTH! I am paying you full amount and you are providing this kind of service.If we do not make recharge on time then you stop our service

    @satish_purohit @VodafoneIN @Airtel_Presence @reliancejio Vodafone is real cheater now days and fooling people by not giving standard value of product, day by day I am facing same issue too. No 4G network most of the time , don't know where they are building towers , In Himalaya or Alps mountain

    @JioCare @TRAI I am jio user,, if u r not able to maintain connectivity why should pay per day basis, Today since 5 hrs no network, this is happened 5th time (loss 5days charges due to no network)

    @JioCare @JioCare I tried calling you on helpline.. it took 10 mins to reach your customer representative. I have network issue in my area. But you customer care said to call me in morning. If you do not have team then why did open the network. Pathetic service from jio.

    @VodaIdea_NEWS Looks like idea no longer need new customer. Trying to port but no response from idea service center and executive force to port it in postpaid only. I guess idea has already surrendered to @reliancejio.

    @JioCare very poor speed in our area. I tried to use troubleshoot on jio app it says 1. change your location. 2. Too many users in your area. (We have 4 sims in our home) We are still unable to serve 4g customer base and talking of fibre and 5g.

    Hi @JioCare i am facing issues with the internet and have been calling customer support to send the technician they tell me just turn off and again turn on the router if this also doesn’t fix the problem remove the adapter from the power socket. Is this the solution you guys give

    @JioCare It was customer care senior executive name ishika when I ask for termination she said engineer will come within an hour and give me this complaint ref: SR0000312LER, when i call again to check status of this ref, your another executive said it is cancelled

    @reliancejio @JioCare Sir, I booked Jio AirFiber four days ago and made the payment, but so far, no one has come for the installation, nor have I received any response. If installation is not possible, please cancel my booking and refund the amount.
