Hey @Idea Internet speed is so slow around here and hardly able to make any calls. It used to work just fine before. I've been facing such issues for like a month now. Is nearby tower broke down or something. Using idea for so long but now i guess need to switch to @reliancejio

Every month when FTTH renewal nears, @reliancejio calls me to sell 999 plan. I promptly renew 699 plan. This game is going on for almost an year now. But I agree they have a great CRM tool which is triggering their call centre which customer to be called, when & what to sell.
