@JioCare @JioCare I tried calling you on helpline.. it took 10 mins to reach your customer representative. I have network issue in my area. But you customer care said to call me in morning. If you do not have team then why did open the network. Pathetic service from jio.

@JioCare hi! Ref id - SR00001AGGGC. My wifi is down sibce three days and there is no certainty, when it will from your side. Need quick resolution. Please. Your call agents are just giving me a runaround. This is very bad service. If only airtel was available in my locality.

@JioCare @reliancejio Hello, 5 days are remaining for my jio plan expiry but still whenever i make a call remider tune starts. It is not like if you dont remind me i am not going to recharge. This is very irritating. Jio has best service but this area needs to be improved.
