@JioCare very poor speed in our area. I tried to use troubleshoot on jio app it says 1. change your location. 2. Too many users in your area. (We have 4 sims in our home) We are still unable to serve 4g customer base and talking of fibre and 5g.

How to contact jio customer care if customer wants to complain. There is no direct number on IVR, listen all option and then none of them reaches, time waste. @DoTMumbaiLSA @reliancejio . Atleast provide direct number instead of IVR. Company can afford this also

@JioCare I raised the complaint multiple time to collect my disconnected jio fibre devices and it more than a month and nobody is coming to collect it.
