    @JioCare @JioCare I tried calling you on helpline.. it took 10 mins to reach your customer representative. I have network issue in my area. But you customer care said to call me in morning. If you do not have team then why did open the network. Pathetic service from jio.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have complained about network issue at new place where I shifted around 7 months back and I have been told that work in progress and same will be resolved within 120 days. I was still waiting for resolution and again I have told to wait for 120 days

    @Airtel_Presence @reliancejio @VodafoneIN Water tap is not working since few days, could you please do a survey and replace it within few months. If a #plumber can, you can. Don't worry I am in touch with plumber for network issue as well.

    @JioCare @TRAI I am jio user,, if u r not able to maintain connectivity why should pay per day basis, Today since 5 hrs no network, this is happened 5th time (loss 5days charges due to no network)

    @Idea worst network from you..dnt know what is stopping you from providing you good network. The Irony is that even to tweet this I had to borrow the internet from @reliancejio. Guess need to switch to Jio.

    @satish_purohit @VodafoneIN @Airtel_Presence @reliancejio Vodafone is real cheater now days and fooling people by not giving standard value of product, day by day I am facing same issue too. No 4G network most of the time , don't know where they are building towers , In Himalaya or Alps mountain

    @reliancejio @JioCare @DoT_India @rsprasad reminder no updates from Jio customer care. Money deducted on 25 May. No recharge still. No replies from customer care. No number where I can call only IVR which doesn’t understand.

    @reliancejio Have been using Jio for last 2.5 yrs but all of sudden the network has been pathetic..caller can't hear me...No network watsover..Complained in call centre but it no avail..I can hear others others can't hear anything.Can some action be taken ASAP.Sharing location

    @JioCare I think I enough bear with the Jio, and given enough chance to Jio to improve service, now it's my final decision to switch to BSNL, at least I can really help national company to survive from Jio's destructive strategy. It's time to change.@JioCare @reliancejio @BSNL_MH

    I'm so frustrated with @JioCare! 😤 I was promised a 100 Mbps plan and paid for it, but they only activated 30 Mbps. Now I can't reach anyone, and customer service is completely unhelpful. This is totally unacceptable! 😡 Please resolve this issue immediately. #JioAirFiber

    @TRAI @reliancejio @JioCare What kind of loot is this? Requested for Jio Fiber installation - basic internet plan without OTT. But Jio customer representative said - we do not offer basic internet plans. I don't have a TV at Home & won't need OTT. Why should I pay 200 extra?

    @JioCare Jio air fiber is a paux. Very poor and pathetic service. From Saturday onwards for the past three days I didn't have wifi connection and I am unable to watch TV. I have tried ten times the customer care number. I am unable to inform my grievances.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioHotstar ordered and paid for installation of your service. They couldn't install and hence asked to cancel instead of resolution. Pathetic service people who donot care. They blame each other for the goof up. Hadn't seen such a reluctant team ever.

    @reliancejio from 5days the Wi-Fi is not working and a request is submitted in app but no engineer is assigned to me. Customer care are just saying it will be assigned in 3hours from 14th it is said. What service are you giving If you cannot give the service refund my money
