    @JioCare Network at Embassy Park (Quadron) Hinjawadi, Phase 2, Pune has become pathetic since last 2 weeks. Calls not clear, internet slow. Now don't ask questions like how many bars, exact location....you guys can check that out through your engineers

    @JioCare worst network & service provider. No resolution at all even after many times complaint done. All incoming n outgoing call issues. Voice not reaching to front person. Full signal strength available. Call me on 9096970651. I made mistake to port in into jio network

    @JioCare @JioCare I tried calling you on helpline.. it took 10 mins to reach your customer representative. I have network issue in my area. But you customer care said to call me in morning. If you do not have team then why did open the network. Pathetic service from jio.

    @airtelindia i port my number from @JioCare coz i was facing network issues. But your network is worst. The network drops. The 5G doesn't work. U switch 5G to 4G the moment there is internet sharing. The 4G is horrible. Waiting for this month to be over so I can switch back.

    @reliancejio I use Jio Air Fiber but my Jio mobile recharge also allocates Hotstar Mobile & so on my smart TV Hotstar login it shows single device mobile subscription. How can JIO systems be so dumb to replace normal multi-device TV subscription with a mobile one. Fix it please!

    @JioCare @reliancejio How are customers expected to manage without internet on Saturday and Sunday? Why is there no option to speak to a real customer support executive? Why are we only getting bot responses?
