@JioCare my reliabce jio fibre is facing slow internet issuees kindly lokk into this as soon as possible though the download and upload speed are correct but still the speed is slow that I can’t even watch Youtube videos at 480p or 720 p sometimes it buffers a lot .

Dear @airtelnews @airtelindia please try to check the network connection. While calling and using internet daily I'm facing a problem in the same criteria. Kindly resolve this else I will port my number to @reliancejio and definitely they will resolve the same in better aspects.

I thought having a #JioFiber connection would be a good choice. But they have terrible service, their app is useless, and their technicians refuse to help unless a formal complaint is filed - which is impossible to do because the app doesnt work. @jagograhakjago @reliancejio

@reliancejio subscribed for Jio fiber on 9th of July, after that installation getting delayed and even agent scheduled for installation never pick calls and I am harrassed now and there is even no customer care number where I can talk to customer care executive.#worstjiofibre

@JioCare All modes of raising complaint is designed so as not to allow any complaints in first place. Thru live chat or thru 198, only bots/IVR responds and doesn't even provides option for human agent at any point. Plz get a human to respond to this tweet. Happy looting Indians
