@JioCare I had paid Rs 8072 for Jio Fiber on 6th August 2020. Today even after installing half-incomplete, internet and jio tv still not started. can you help? Is this the way to welcome your new customers? This is all very sad.

@B_A_Change @JioCare I m also fed with the kind of Service of Jio,Unfortunately I ported my all Connections, around five in number ,from Airtel To Jio,But I regret my decision because very poor network,voice quality poor,I m complaining almost about two year now but no one cares

I haven't seen such a worst Management @reliancejio @JioCare 😡 waiting for Security refund from jan.'21 onwards for mobile 77xx77xx72, So many SR made & gone, Just assurance of Credit in 7-10Days but no Credit (Last one SR000015NKBR) now even not replying to mails. #JioCheating

@JioCare Why there is no proper response on any customer mail or complaint? My Brother Mr. Jay saxena (mo. No. 9389967488) had done recharge of rs. 1208 on 26th Aug. 2021 at 12:03 pm but till now neither he got data plan of rs.1208 nor he got any proper response from your company

@JioCare I have placed an order for #JioFiber new connection on Sep 8. ORN - NO0000IMY2WT. I have received mail fro Jio service team that installation will be completed by 10 am on September 10. No response from service team and the work has not been initiated as of now 4.02 pm.
