Have submitted a request for the same but from the last 3 days it's getting shifted to the next day. Today also the respective engineer who was supposed to come didn't came to solve the issue. Just lodge complaint in Cpgrams and they will do it, also they will refund the days you didn’t get internet. Their stupid policy is if you don’t get internet for 4 days straight then they will do refund.
