Hi @JioCare I registered a complaint to resolved my problem,not to bother. why you leaked my no., I am getting so many fraud calls. Everyone asking to visit home to check the connection. Please do it fast and resolve it asap, getting trouble since yesterday. #fiber #jiofiber

@JioCare What **** is this,when delayed ? We notice from our records that bill payments for your Jio Number 9971792535 have been delayed in the past resulting in overdue charges. To avoid overdue charges or suspension of services, kindly make your bill payment before 12-03-2021 .

@reliancejio have been using from past 2 years and m very happy with the service.Recently shifted to gokulpura (jaipur302012).Here the internet speed is worst,definitely not of jio standard.Please look into this not only me but all jio user's in this area(verified family&friends)

@JioCare The jio customer care representative has clearly stated that the recharge on which they are reporting is not the mobile number of Rajasthan jio. Number 91 in Rajasthan does not start. The correct mobile number is #9887878787. Request a refund immediately.

@JioCare I understand my account doesn't have any active plan. But it's only been a day that my plan has expired. But i have facing this issue from past many months. Expiry of plan can't be a excuse here. I haven't done recharge intentionally since i don't get internet speed.(1)

@reliancejio Must say, pathetic network and disappointing service! Jio guys just attract the customers by talking a lot about it and then they just disappear. I opted for the best speed and getting 20 to 25 MBPS only. When I tried to connect with these people, they were just unavailable.

@JioCare worst possible services ever! Multiple complaints and speed increases later, the WiFi is has stopped working and when it does it does so at pathetic speeds with packet losses, frequent disconnects and Inability to download large files (even files as small as 500 mb)!
