    Hi @JioCare Today i joined jio network. As we checked on that time on 399 postpaid plan was showing free subscription of Netflix, Prime Video & Hotstar, As I checked in my jio app hotstar is not showing in my current plan. pleas help.

    @JioCare it's been 3 days my Jio Fiber connection is facing issues. Have submitted a request for the same but from the last 3 days it's getting shifted to the next day. Today also the respective engineer who was supposed to come didn't came to solve the issue. Very poor service..

    @JioCare I am facing problem 2ith my JIO FIBRE connection since yesterday. I have tried to contact by every available mean but nobody is there to respond Pathetic service. Don,'t ask me to DM the message as the same was sent yesterday, today.

    @JioCare The date has now been rescheduled to 14th Jan. It will be 5 days without the Jio Fiber service. Very poor service & then you charge for the whole month. Pl schedule someone for 13th Jan 1st half on urgent basis. The dates are changing since 10th @JioCare @reliancejio #JioFiber

    I complained on 13 feb and after that many times i complained but only thing I get is fake promises and excuses and didn't get a single bit solution till now I am very irritated and going to change my network provider soon .It took more than 5 min to do even a tweet😓 @JioCare
