    @JioCare 2 years old jiofiber user. Opted for long duration plan but no set-up box received yet. Set-up is on the way for 5 months but it hasn't arrived at my place yet. Service ID 299841439637. Please do needful.

    @JioCare My concern is very simple as that @reliancejio stealing internet data. It's not happened only to me ... I can mention atleast 5 number of my friends who also faced same issue yesterday on 04.05.2020. Shame on you guys is it your way to give resolution. @JioCare @TRAI @MukeshAmba

    @reliancejio @TRAI_OHD We raised query regarding extension of validity of jio fibre of which you didn't replied. As I see you are not paying any heed to this matter I request you to please solve this issue ASAP within seven days, otherwise I will take legal actions.

    In my area there is bad connectivity of jio every time my online classes got disconnected And when I call jio helpline they simply reply this is because of heavy network use in your area pls do something it's my exam time I need internet with proper speed @JioCare @reliancejio
