@JioCare my current plan as per jio expires on 27-03-2019, but am not able to use it saying service disconnected due to no recharge done. Another novel way of looting customers.

1/2 @JioCare Really very bad performance by @reliancejio since last 2 months. I can't even use 100 mb data in a day. Call get's disconnected automatically, Contact number comes Out of the coverage, internet doesn't work, pings get fluctuate. So disappointed.

Internet of jio gigafiber in my area is not working since 2days. They are not able resolve the issue. The incompetent @JioCare team unable do to anything. They are the worst. Anyday @Airtel_Presence is far better than @reliancejio.

@reliancejio my Jio gigafibre connection not working properly since 06.04.19. Poor response from the technical team. They are not able to attend problem and the connection has error within a few hours of their attending. Frustrating and bad experience

@JioCare Have an eSim. Was changing device following instructions online. Got 19 digit eSim by SMS. Suddenly lost service. I immediately raised request and was told to visit the store. Visited store where they were helpless. My previous request must be canceled before they can help.
