    @JioCare @TRAI Very bad services in term of fixing an issue for Fiber Connection. No technical support provided by Jio... Every month 5-6 days connection not working and everytime customer care team saying we have minimum 48 Hours of TAT. Billing 30 days where 10days no internet

    @JioCare @reliancejio what to do . Just tell me.. still i am not able to use internet. I just recharged my no. With 599/- but not able to use internet. Should i throw this sim or port out sim. Its ok to have lose of 599/- rs than toh this type of network

    I thought having a #JioFiber connection would be a good choice. But they have terrible service, their app is useless, and their technicians refuse to help unless a formal complaint is filed - which is impossible to do because the app doesnt work. @jagograhakjago @reliancejio

    @JioCare Thanks for NOT resolving. Seems JIO is not concerned whether customers continue or not.Really pathetic service. No one attends to the service request which is raised and the request is closed without resolving the matter for the last 2 weeks. It seems Mgt is least bothered

    @JioCare Two days and more the fiber service disruption is not still restored. Jio technicians when visited after two days says that the problem will be fixed by indoor team, & the indoor technician says that outdoor team will fix the issue Req no. SR0000341HW5

    @reliancejio why do you’ll provide RCS messaging for iPhones if you’ll cannot provide support for it when we call the customer support they have no clue about it they do even know what is system refresh or data refresh how are these agents trained. How do we get help??
