Have submitted a request for the same but from the last 3 days it's getting shifted to the next day. Today also the respective engineer who was supposed to come didn't came to solve the issue. I had paid 1500 additional amont on my bill for Amazon Prime.. But when I ported my network.. You also stopped my prime for which I had paid an additional amount.. Tbc..
