    @JioCare @reliancejio Yesterday i was given the time btwn 12PM to 4PM , today i am being told that it would be done in evening and its not the first time that i am facing this issue , multiple occasions and similar issue. Kindly look into it or you can be easily replaced.

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio they are providing the coverage in only 200meter area. Even we were getting good coverage when we didn't have tower in our area. Please do the needful. Or arrange a call back of the customer service, I'll explain everything

    @JioCare Still waiting for reply. Kindly explain what’s the difficulty in resolving a normal issue. A week has already passed and still you guys are saying that we are looking into it ? If this is the kind of service that i must say that you guys really need to look into the service dept.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Its been 3 days since my complaint and yet I haven’t received any rectification. The concerned engg is not responding to calls and yet he has this much courage to text back that “ will rectify when i’ll have time “. Pls look into the same on priority.

    @JioCare network is very bad in my area even not able to play youtube . Even nit getting 5kbps speed very bad jaipur is metro city doesn't deserve this services my whole family give more then 3000 in month to jio but not getting satisfaction

    Worst issue handling @JioCare @reliancejio I have ever seen. Complaint made on Last Sunday with no. SR0000137JII for JioFiber for Connection-+911417963695 and receiving message for rescheduling for Engineer visit but no resolution..Really irritating

    @reliancejio I want to upgrade my 30mbps plan to 150mbps and as per the suggestion from customer care I did the recharge of RS999 and activate the new plan but it is still showing currently two plans are active and speed is still 30mbps this ridiculous.

    @JioCare @Rasu4thalapathi I've tried it several times. Now I'm tired. The only hyperactive section of jio telecom is @JioCare , how they act like the problem will be solved in 2 minutes. But I'm requesting for 4 to 5 years yet no improvement. During peak time a WhatsApp message can't be sent. This is 4g

    @Advice03431142 I also have very very poor Jio data connectivity. Have written many times to @JioCare since 2017. But they have done nothing. Everytime they gave the excuse of not finding place to install tower. I stay at one of the best localities.

    @JioCare dear jio ! You say it's 4G But it rarely goes over 200KB/S. On my complains getting same answers everytime. I came from @airtelindia for better services now I am regretting I should move back to airtel again. Very frustrating service from @reliancejio
