@reliancejio @rajasthanroyals I had jio postpaid which I ported to another network due to network issue.. I had paid 1500 additional amont on my bill for Amazon Prime.. But when I ported my network.. You also stopped my prime for which I had paid an additional amount.. Tbc..

@rpandith07 @reliancejio I have written mail and had talk with customer care even tweeted but result is nothing .. just in case we don't recharge on time they stop the service but when it's vice versa no time line in resolving the matter . How long it takes to transfer amount in the era of digitisation
