Very poor service & then you charge for the whole month. Pl schedule someone for 13th Jan 1st half on urgent basis. The dates are changing since 10th @JioCare @reliancejio #JioFiber

Have submitted a request for the same but from the last 3 days it's getting shifted to the next day. Today also the respective engineer who was supposed to come didn't came to solve the issue. Very poor service..

Keshav Bajaj (@Keshav1727) reportedI had one of the worst customer support experiences with JioFiber. My JioFiber stopped working while I’m 2,000 km away from home. I called customer care 3 times, and every single time I was told: “Call us only when you’re standing in front of the router.” I repeatedly explained that my parents were already at home, had completed all the troubleshooting steps, and I just wanted a technician visit because I wasn’t there. But nobody listened. Finally, I contacted the local engineer who had originally installed the connection. He visited, checked the router, found it was faulty, and replaced it. The issue was resolved immediately. If the solution was simply replacing a faulty router, why did customer care refuse to send a technician after multiple requests? Extremely disappointing support from @JioCare @reliancejio . Customers shouldn’t have to bypass customer care to get a genuine issue resolved.
