    @JioCare i am very disappointing to your service,you peoples are promised me ,you can slove the slow internet speed but you cant do anything for last two years ,i am complaining you many times but you cant do anything very very disappointing moment for your company

    @JioCare How you'll overturn my experience. Nobody has bothered to call or resolve the issue. Terrible customer service. You guys should learn how address costumers complaints from @Airtel_Presence.

    to pay this amount. Just give one reason why I should pay this amount. I am using wifi for data services in office even at home. For calling using @reliancejio or @VodafoneIN provided by my company. I am waiting for resolution and paid my bill every month. Now I will not!!!

    @JioCare i am Tweeting so many times but you cant give me Satisfactory Answer in my area about 2 year worst internet speed because this problem i am Using Airtel because i have no option please Do something otherwise i think Jio Is going To loss Their goodwill Jio 7014938345

    Need to have a re-assessment of the customer service process flow at Jio e-mitras. Why the customer needs to spend over 30 mins just to buy a JioFi battery. @reliancejio

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio last 3 days network dropping problem increasing day by day. No network coverage No signal quality No connectivity This is worst problem we are facing I requested to you please find out problem and solve it Before problem become harder

    Internet of jio gigafiber in my area is not working since 2days. They are not able resolve the issue. The incompetent @JioCare team unable do to anything. They are the worst. Anyday @Airtel_Presence is far better than @reliancejio.

    1/2 @JioCare Really very bad performance by @reliancejio since last 2 months. I can't even use 100 mb data in a day. Call get's disconnected automatically, Contact number comes Out of the coverage, internet doesn't work, pings get fluctuate. So disappointed.

    @JioCare Shamelessly engineer could not fix the issue & asking me to relocate with fresh connection. Why 1st engineer Dilip could decide which way wiring will be feasible. Such a mess with jio fiber
