    @JioCare Today the network is very slow. Too slow to speak too much. Messages are not going well. Having your own net pack, you have to take the hotspot of another network from others. This problem has been happening since last night. Please fix it. @reliancejio

    @JioCare JioCare Big fraud jiofiber, I have disconnected jiofib wifi conn and router collected by jio on 25sept. no refund yet. mob 7588319406, service I'd 400126370630. initially it tool long to collect router by jio, after 8/10 calls they collected it finally. now issue withRef

    @JioCare your website shows it is available at this location. However, the rep who called informed there are no lines installed. Can you stop mis informing and wasting time. #Shame You can't provide service in the heart of the city.

    @JioCare Also, late charges has to be paid to me with my refund. U did not work per ur your written promise. I tried connecting my area jio office they are also not processing this. WHY ? I need detail clarification. Worst experience with Jio

    Hello @reliancejio your network is to be found no where.. anywhere I go there's no network.. initially there were big promises made and now you've even hiked your prices the service is downgrading day by day😡😡when I'm home there's no network, when I'm at work there's no network

    Again my #internet is showing issues for days, there is absolutely no way of raising an issue on the application and the IVR is relentlessly tiring. @JioCare @reliancejio #5G_reliance either resolve it, or allow me to discontinue my services.

    @JioCare @JioFiberVoice #poorservice Again disruption of Jio fiber internet service fr entire day and complaint (SR0000178WAO) raisd will takes ages to fix. Previus one raised on 13th was fixed on 16th. This is Highly DISAPPOINTING and such PATHETIC service is UNACCEPTABLE.

    @JioCare Extremely unhappy with JioFiber. I have 2 connections. Would like to discontinue both of them. It has been the worst experience with any internet service ever.

    @JioCare it's been 10 days I am facing issue making calls and receiving calls on my mobile phone. The phone shows full network bar with 4G+ data but neither the calling works neither the data. Raised complaint twice but customer service is not able to sort the issue.

    @mahanagargas Gas line has been damaged due to @reliancejio road side work. Now mahanagar gas is claiming to restore service by 4 PM. Are the JIO making arrangement for breakfast/lunch who have suffered from this. #konkanbhavan #Belapur
