    @reliancejio it's been 10 days I am facing issue making calls and receiving calls on my mobile phone. The phone shows full network bar with 4G+ data but neither the calling works neither the data. Raised complaint twice but customer service is not able to sort the issue.

    @JioCare Anybody facing Jio4G connectivity or call drop issue in and around 400614 pin code? Usually turning on and off flight mode or a phone restart resolves the issue but today it seems to be a different issue. @reliancejio

    @reliancejio worst network in uran Navi Mumbai your network almost goes twice a week I don’t know what’s the prob when you’ll charge so much on your recharges kindly look into the matter. Otherwise I’ll change my network

    Hi @reliancejio I've sim from Gujarat which stopped working now and at the moment i'm in navi mumbai i checked about five stores in last 15 days but they don't have green global sim. Can you help me to get sim delivered, i can't receive important calls from last 15 days.

    @reliancejio?My area doesn't support JioFibre Connection. Its been more than 2 years and My sector has still not got Jio Fibre. When I try to contact Jio they say "they dont have connected in your area". What im supposed to do? @JioCare. My neighbour sectors have it since 3years

    @reliancejio @JioCare I am getting very very high bills, almost DOUBLE for JIO FIBRE POSTPAID connection. Initially it was prepaid after changing it to POSTPAID, things are not right. There is no CUSTOMER CARE & NO ONE TO ADDRESS MY CONCERNS.

    @reliancejio I pressed the option for English when I dialled customer care. The dude started speaking in Hindi and was adamant he could only speak Hindi. He said he would transfer the call to someone who spoke in English, but am still holding….more than 10 mts and no response

    It's Been 3 Years , Listening same thing from @reliancejio That they are working in my Area and Network will be Fix without 2 month. Because of Heavy rains and storm the Network connection lost completely in my Area , Baishakhwa , 845307. Fix it Asap @JioCare

    @pbimal_ @Airtel_Presence @JioCare Worse in terms of speed and service. Have seen jio not working for months at Olive. Service engineers were hopeless. Treated service requests as passing the parcel. Airtel service is prompt, wifi already resumed within half an hour of tweet.

    @JioCare Device is on Jio True 5G, battery saver OFF, still daily data is getting deducted. Resolve this ASAP or refund my recharge amount for last 6 months. Stop scripted replies & fix the issue technically.
