@magical_chirag @impattuthakkar @JioCare We had this problem in Europe before, an Apple software update won’t fix the issue. Jio is trying to buy time to get software updates for all their modems, whilst furiously installing new ones at an insane pace. Basically they don’t have enough engineers, hence the hiring spree

Jio has your IMEI tagged as using Jio in the second SIM slot now (eSIM’s are always considered second SIM’s even if you only use one). @reliancejio @JioCare I am getting very very high bills, almost DOUBLE for JIO FIBRE POSTPAID connection. Initially it was prepaid after changing it to POSTPAID, things are not right. There is no CUSTOMER CARE & NO ONE TO ADDRESS MY CONCERNS.

I don't why but for some reason the 5G has still not been enabled on my @reliancejio sim, though 5G is available in my area. With Airtel sim I never have any issues just pop it in any modern smartphone and 5G starts working. That's why my 5G testing is done only with airtel.

@JioCare Some at Jio told me to keep patience, An engineer visit happened in the morning at 11am got the issues fixed after 1.5 hrs and again out of internet after 4 hours.. Still you want me keep patience moreover no senior called me.. You guys are a big joke seriously..

@JioCare I had a Connection of Jio fibre in Ahmadabad which I requested on customer care for de-installation and process the refund .I got de-installation request multiple time but engineer never turned out . We escalate this with Jio customer care as well .
