@JioCare wow past 4 days there is no Jio network in my area. This called a pathetic service. Are you going to add these days in my plan for not usage of network. I think Mr. Mukesh Ambani has forgotten Jio. There is no progress to my previous complains also.

@haimadeshpande @RelianceJioCare @reliancejio 100 Rs per month main itna hi milega !! Issue is not JIO or Vodafone issue is unrealistic rate.. ppls buy 50K iphone but want 100 Rs per month plan.. I am not saying for you but in general I have seen ppls even not ready to pay 50 rs per month extra & buy new phone every year..

@JioCare I am experiencing slow internet speed since morning. Apparently there is some maintenance going on. Your advisor suggests there is no process to inform Jio customers regarding the same and network will be down for next 3 hours! Is it true? #disappointed

@JioCare Complaint no SR000011ZCTM still not attended to .. Apparently there is a fibre cut and it was supposed to be rectified by 6.30 pm yesterday. That commitment was given by ur technical support.... Pathetic service ... No high level persons in ur company answerable is it ?

@excitel_rocks 29 days now nd no 1 cares 2 upgrade to fibre. While speaking to customer care agent he says it is a co. policy it takes 30 days to upgrade a customer to fibre. His name was parul arora nd gave me no resolution. @JioCare @reliancejio u got a new customer contact me
