    @JioCare I have 5G unlimited plan active on my no. However not getting 5G speed. When chat with Jio care said you have exhausted your 2.5 gb data plan. Where as plan has 5G unlimited where 5G service is available.

    @JioCare Jio Fiber home is not working since morning. Raised a service request but an engineer is still not assigned. Is this how seriously you care about customer service? Pathetic and slow service. A local internet service provider gives 10x times better service than you guys.

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio resolution can be provided only if your technician visits. Nothing can be done just by replying to my tweet. At ground level there are many irregularities which needs to be ascertained and resolve so that customers don't face this again. Two days without net
