    Telecom operator like @VodafoneIN and @reliancejio network reception is very pathetic in Ghansoli and even after raising so many complaint over one year still shameless people did not solve it. They conveniently say we don't have plan to upgrade network in your area.

    @JioCare JioCare Big fraud jiofiber, I have disconnected jiofib wifi conn and router collected by jio on 25sept. no refund yet. mob 7588319406, service I'd 400126370630. initially it tool long to collect router by jio, after 8/10 calls they collected it finally. now issue withRef

    @JioCare facing network issue for last 1 month , no network coverage inside room.called customer care several times, but problem unsolved by your team.fix it other wise have to port to another service provider. Address : ekta vihar block 2/24, cbd belapur ,sec 26 , 400614.

    Hello @reliancejio your network is to be found no where.. anywhere I go there's no network.. initially there were big promises made and now you've even hiked your prices the service is downgrading day by day😡😡when I'm home there's no network, when I'm at work there's no network

    @reliancejio @JioCare I am getting very very high bills, almost DOUBLE for JIO FIBRE POSTPAID connection. Initially it was prepaid after changing it to POSTPAID, things are not right. There is no CUSTOMER CARE & NO ONE TO ADDRESS MY CONCERNS.

    @JioCare found out that jio Wifi service doesn't have engineers and technicians because of poor payment policy no one wishes to stay where as we consumer are being forced to pay for no service they have no reply only pacify with stupid talks we are suffering

    @JioCare Despite multiple complaints, the Jio network problem in remains unresolved. Internet service is not working properly, data speed is extremely slow, frequent disconnections. This is causing daily inconvenience to customers please take immediate action and fix the issue urgently.

    @JioCare The promised refund timeline has already been crossed. tell me the exact date when my refund will be credited. follow-ups have given no solution. If issue is not resolved I will escalate it to the Consumer Court. This has completely eroded my trust in Jio. @TRAI @JioCare

    @JioCare I'm a decade old jio user but can't get 3g speeds in 5g network. Even while I'm using data, I don't get call I get a message someone called you. Calls with voice breaking issue. i switched to airtel 3mnts back and now I port back to jio but no improvement in network.

    @JioCare #JioFiber Worst service by JioFiber in kannur kerala . No internet connection which is basic need. When I try to raise service complaint, they are giving service engineers appointment after 5-6 days. Very poor service. @reliancejio @FIFAWorldCup
