@JioCare @JioFiberVoice #poorservice Again disruption of Jio fiber internet service fr entire day and complaint (SR0000178WAO) raisd will takes ages to fix. Previus one raised on 13th was fixed on 16th. This is Highly DISAPPOINTING and such PATHETIC service is UNACCEPTABLE.

@JioCare Wish to switch to 199/- postpaid plan so went to nearby store. Store person said new sim will be issued after porting, 99/- towards subscription to be PAID AGAIN, security deposit to be paid as well... all this for an existing prepaid customer. Is this justified?

Hey @airtelindia i tried to port my @reliancejio number to @airtelindia but your staff is very bad . During call i asked them what do i need during changing sim so they said they need copy of aadhar card but when i reached there they said first i needto submit ₹80 cash (1)
