    @reliancejio in 3rd bhoiwada we most of time did not get any network neither we can do call or neither we can receive call from anyone. If it would remain the same then i have to do port and switch the network.

    @JioCare I can't recharge my number cuz ur app isn't working n u r so stingy that u can't even give some extra validity period for a issue from ur end..n u have barred my outgoing calls....such a stingy company....

    @JioCare Why should the customer pay for a problem on your side and a company like Jio is so stingy that they can't even give a days or 2 days grace for a problem on your side and also that you are incapable of solvin the issue to ease the inconvenience.

    @JioCare I have been facing a problem in your app due to which m unable to recharge my number... I would want to know that as the problem is from your end and the customer isn't able to make a recharge don't you think it's your responsibility to not bar the customers outgoing

    @JioCare there is very poor connection of internet on my phone I can make calls but when i use internet its very slow or not working mobile data is also on and this problem is in just one of the room of my house rest every wer the internt is working proper

    Still the issue is not resolved .Since I have taken Reliance Jio service it is my job to call the technician and it is his will he will pick or not .Randomly disconnects the phone and this has become standard rude behaviour of jio employees.@JioCare @reliancejio @BokaroDigital

    @JioCare Hi team , there is no process of customer feedback at your end. You guys are taking customer granted. Very poor service and no one bothers to connect customer. I have only option is switch to #Airtel .

    @JioCare I applied for Jio Fiber and have received representative number. He declined request and not even replied to my multiple calls & messages. Not expected this kind of behavior with customer. Will be looking for other options.
