    @JioCare Jio fiber internet is not working since 17th Jan 2022 as on date in sector 26 Vashi Navi MUMBAI. During this wfh time how can you expect we to live without internet ?? Customer service is so pathetic they don't respond and no support at home . #IONinternet is best.

    @JioCare @MukeshAmbani06 Appeal to improve Jio network reliability at Nerul (E), Sector 27. (8210847177). Always tower signal disappears. Appeal help desk team, be polite helping attitude to resolve the issues. Customer is not a Victim.

    I don't why but for some reason the 5G has still not been enabled on my @reliancejio sim, though 5G is available in my area. With Airtel sim I never have any issues just pop it in any modern smartphone and 5G starts working. That's why my 5G testing is done only with airtel.

    @magical_chirag @impattuthakkar @JioCare We had this problem in Europe before, an Apple software update won’t fix the issue. Jio is trying to buy time to get software updates for all their modems, whilst furiously installing new ones at an insane pace. Basically they don’t have enough engineers, hence the hiring spree

    @reliancejio @JioCare I am getting very very high bills, almost DOUBLE for JIO FIBRE POSTPAID connection. Initially it was prepaid after changing it to POSTPAID, things are not right. There is no CUSTOMER CARE & NO ONE TO ADDRESS MY CONCERNS.

    @JioCare my current plan expires in 10 days I always recharge the plan before 10 days .But this time I recharged for 1499 plan which will be active in another 10 days.I don’t want that plan.I want to cancel it

    @JioCare am tired of complaining regarding network issues at my location. Customer care people just disconnect the call half way. I haven't come across such a poor customer service ever. Please suggest how much time will it take to port to @vodafone

    @JioCare need ur urgent intervention here- I have recharge with 666 thrice, due to some jii app issue twice refunded and 3rd time recharge process with wrong 601 pack. Connected with Cust team yesterday but the resolution was not satisfactory.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Worst network experience after porting. Signal is available but mobile data hasn’t worked since yesterday. Customer care only has a virtual assistant saying my data is exhausted how is that possible when data never worked from the start? Waste

    @JioCare Thanks, but calling this a "priority" for 5 days with no resolution is unacceptable. My port-in is still pending. Please provide a clear timeline if you can’t resolve it within that timeline, cancel from your side. No one seems to be coming to deliver or cancel the order.
