    @reliancejio @JioCare I am getting very very high bills, almost DOUBLE for JIO FIBRE POSTPAID connection. Initially it was prepaid after changing it to POSTPAID, things are not right. There is no CUSTOMER CARE & NO ONE TO ADDRESS MY CONCERNS.

    @magical_chirag @impattuthakkar @JioCare We had this problem in Europe before, an Apple software update won’t fix the issue. Jio is trying to buy time to get software updates for all their modems, whilst furiously installing new ones at an insane pace. Basically they don’t have enough engineers, hence the hiring spree

    @reliancejio worst network in uran Navi Mumbai your network almost goes twice a week I don’t know what’s the prob when you’ll charge so much on your recharges kindly look into the matter. Otherwise I’ll change my network

    @reliancejio I pressed the option for English when I dialled customer care. The dude started speaking in Hindi and was adamant he could only speak Hindi. He said he would transfer the call to someone who spoke in English, but am still holding….more than 10 mts and no response

    I don't why but for some reason the 5G has still not been enabled on my @reliancejio sim, though 5G is available in my area. With Airtel sim I never have any issues just pop it in any modern smartphone and 5G starts working. That's why my 5G testing is done only with airtel.

    @JioCare facing network issue for last 1 month , no network coverage inside room.called customer care several times, but problem unsolved by your team.fix it other wise have to port to another service provider. Address : ekta vihar block 2/24, cbd belapur ,sec 26 , 400614.

    @JioCare Since I haven't got any call from @JioCare to pick up the device I have raised complaint with consumer forum 4027987. When you can disconnect the service as per timeline I don't see what's the issue in getting device? Y customer should follow up continuously?

    @JioCare I see instant degrade in service right after I made a recharge for one year; I never had frequent call drops when I did shorter recharges? Puzzled. I restarted my phone thrice today, just so that I can call.

    @JioCare if traveling internationally please do not take jio international roaming service they are pathetic don't activate on time so you end up with no connectivity, Airtel is excellent service provider with instent activation & superb coverage & worth the price
