    @JioCare JioCare Big fraud jiofiber, I have disconnected jiofib wifi conn and router collected by jio on 25sept. no refund yet. mob 7588319406, service I'd 400126370630. initially it tool long to collect router by jio, after 8/10 calls they collected it finally. now issue withRef

    Hi @reliancejio I've sim from Gujarat which stopped working now and at the moment i'm in navi mumbai i checked about five stores in last 15 days but they don't have green global sim. Can you help me to get sim delivered, i can't receive important calls from last 15 days.

    @mahanagargas Gas line has been damaged due to @reliancejio road side work. Now mahanagar gas is claiming to restore service by 4 PM. Are the JIO making arrangement for breakfast/lunch who have suffered from this. #konkanbhavan #Belapur

    @JioCare @JioFiberVoice #poorservice Again disruption of Jio fiber internet service fr entire day and complaint (SR0000178WAO) raisd will takes ages to fix. Previus one raised on 13th was fixed on 16th. This is Highly DISAPPOINTING and such PATHETIC service is UNACCEPTABLE.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I am getting very very high bills, almost DOUBLE for JIO FIBRE POSTPAID connection. Initially it was prepaid after changing it to POSTPAID, things are not right. There is no CUSTOMER CARE & NO ONE TO ADDRESS MY CONCERNS.

    @FibreJio @reliancejio @JioFibreCare its been 10 days the airfibre not working, your own technician says to switch due to lack of dish in place after paying advance. I endorsed you guys so far in my township but will ensure to give a proper feedback now. Very disappointed.

    @reliancejio @JioCare It has been 3 days and my J P Bank is still not working. Banking, Pasbook and Dbt Card are mising from the app. UPI reset is not working and all transactions are failing. Despite multiple emails, screenshots and videos I keep receiving the same copypaste responses.

    @JioCare Day 5 and still no resolution. I was told the engineer would come by Monday, but no one has arrived yet. Only the visit timing keeps changing. No clear update, no accountability. Please confirm if this will be fixed today or if I should look for other options.

    @JioCare Please solve this permanently, why there are so frequent service outage in my area ? Weekly there are 3-4 times outage for 2-3 hours . How somebody would use internet. Whats the point of broadband service then?

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with JioAirFiber service My connection has been facing issues since 21 May 2026 and despite multiple complaints, the issue remains unresolved Every service request gets rescheduled, technicians make excuses about a faulty wire #JioAirFiber #JioCare

    This is the @JioCare support cycle: miss a deadline, open a new ticket, give a fresh 48 hour window, miss that too, repeat. No manager to speak to. No escalation team. Just ticket numbers and apologies that mean nothing.
