    @VodafoneIN I think you should migrate all number from your database to @reliancejio Fed-up with call drops and network problem. I really don't understand why you guys can't give proper network after JiO has entered the market. Help me or I'm migrating all my number to Jio

    @JioCare wow past 4 days there is no Jio network in my area. This called a pathetic service. Are you going to add these days in my plan for not usage of network. I think Mr. Mukesh Ambani has forgotten Jio. There is no progress to my previous complains also.

    @ekbottlebeer @VodafoneIN @reliancejio Using jio prepaid as secondary connection. All unlimited plans have FUP limit on calls to Non-Jio users. Thrice had to recharge before plan expired since limit was exhausted. Ek ka network nahi hota, dusra call karne nahi deta.

    @JioCare if you are promising 100mbps in bronze plan how can you give 40mbps ? Please replace the old router. Going to gold plan is not a solution. Please help.

    @JioCare I am experiencing slow internet speed since morning. Apparently there is some maintenance going on. Your advisor suggests there is no process to inform Jio customers regarding the same and network will be down for next 3 hours! Is it true? #disappointed

    @JioCare you have still not solved my problem I sent you all the details on dm. How can you give just 20-40mbps speed and 100gb data when your plan shows 100mb speed and 250gb data ?

    I have already recharged my account on 15th July 2020 and getting expire on 14th Aug 2020 but even after I’m getting sms to recharge the account. Can you kindly check & stop this? This is irritating!!! since today morning, no service on my number Kindly resolve @JioChat @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio my problem of jiofibre not solved after 1-2 months. In bronze plan I m getting 20mbps instead of 100mbps speed and data of 100gb instead of 250gb you are promising. Please help. All details sent in DM many days back.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I already have a prepaid connection from Jio. But do you'll even port nos of other service providers coz then I have a @VodafoneIN number to port but it's a postpaid connection and I would need even international roaming service activated at certain time of the year.

    @JioCare If my location isn’t in a serviceable area then how come my address is shown in the drop down menu on your registration page? Also can I get a link showing the serviceable areas?

    @JioCare We are in struggling from speed of Internet connection from starting. I am using Jio sim and internet speed of jio is very poor at my home location. Please @JioCare improve this so we have good internet speed.

    @reliancejio I am a big fan of Jio,and also waiting for your 5G,but still my area has no 4G+ (Carrier Agreegation) in my area, even there is very bad network coverage in my area.Already complaint about it many time,but no solution till now,waiting from 2 years.

    @JioCare Moves from prepaid to postpaid. Tele-verification completed. SIM did not get activates for 4 hours, went to the Jio Service Center, got SIM card replaced, still no network. SIM in slot 1 of the phone & restarted the phone multiple times, tried selecting network manually.
