Mrugesh Samel (@mrugeshsamel) reported from Mumbai, Maharashtra@JioCare I have 2 Jiofiber connections. Old one is inactive & I need to cancel it & avail refund. I called helpline number 1800 893 3399 and I was told to call 1800 896 3399 instead. That number is invalid. Hoping at least you can help?
