@magical_chirag @impattuthakkar @JioCare We had this problem in Europe before, an Apple software update won’t fix the issue. Jio is trying to buy time to get software updates for all their modems, whilst furiously installing new ones at an insane pace. Basically they don’t have enough engineers, hence the hiring spree

Jio has your IMEI tagged as using Jio in the second SIM slot now (eSIM’s are always considered second SIM’s even if you only use one). @JioCare I want full compensation for those days in which I can't use jio fiber because of No Internet and a proper and efficient resolution for further. If you can't provide service to the customer so you can't have right to be in a market with cheap services. Where customer troubles.
