@JioCare Why should the customer pay for a problem on your side and a company like Jio is so stingy that they can't even give a days or 2 days grace for a problem on your side and also that you are incapable of solvin the issue to ease the inconvenience.

Hie @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare @JioCare We are facing network issue in our area from past 6 months. Lot of people has lodged complaint and tried contacting customer care for the same. But this network is degrading day by day. Please do look into this at the earliest. Thanks
