@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia This has been faced since day 1 of postpaid connection ,more than 15days. No benefit of getting postpaid, This issue is on every location, Shouldn't have ported out from Jio @reliancejio @JioCare to Airtel, just needed postpaid so had to .. regret my decision

@reliancejio I am really sick of your call center, it does not allow to talk to your customer care officer, then what is the use of such call centers and if CCOs are not to interact with customers, what for they are being employed -call center must give option to talk to CCO

@JioCare In 5g, there is call dropping problem, please start VoNR service to solve call drop in 5g. It convert to 4g network to connect call over VoLTE, after starting VoNR service call dropping problem will be solve.

@geekyranjit @reliancejio I am also staying in hyderabad at first I too didn't get any 5G single once my sim got message like your 5G is enabled no problem from then on, but speeds are worse not as promising latency is improved though

@JioCare @reliancejio thanks for not responding to any of the concern in dm or tweets... would be soon pulling out from jio either porting or deactivating.. love jio so much but this 5g got to my head, i dont want extra sim if u couldn't help me in this.. thanks.
