@JioCare I have been facing a problem in your app due to which m unable to recharge my number... I would want to know that as the problem is from your end and the customer isn't able to make a recharge don't you think it's your responsibility to not bar the customers outgoing

@JioCare Why should the customer pay for a problem on your side and a company like Jio is so stingy that they can't even give a days or 2 days grace for a problem on your side and also that you are incapable of solvin the issue to ease the inconvenience.

@sgopinathrao @JioCare Don’t be surprised if the service engineer closes the ticket with a comment “customer not available at the location”. I have experienced it in the past.
