@Airtel_Presence bye bye, finally iam leaving, no network tower from past 1.5 years, no wifi calling. Just fooling their customers everytime by saying we are upgrading. Fooling us. Worst service ever. At least @JioCare provide WiFi calling.

@JioCare My main concern / complaint is that the engineer disturbed existing connection in spite of me asking him repeatedly about it when giving permission to work. Local JIO team who handles cooly switched off phones / didnt call back in spite of numerous calls / whatsapp msgs. Unhappy.

@JioCare Raised service request for no network coverage inside office building. It was resolved acknowledging the issue. But problem is still not resolved and no eta provided. If jio is not keen on resolution, need to explore other options.
